The last vehicle I bought was an Ascent. It was more than I needed, But it was the first vehicle that I felt comfortable in. All the other vehicles were too cramped, no leg room. When I arrived Tony was my advisor. 3 hours later Keonon came with paperwork & said car done. I asked where was Tony? He said he had to go somewhere. I think I was forgotten. They go above and beyond. My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be do My one problem is we bought an extended warranty from them on a non Subaru and the service writer gave me crap about not knowing what needed to be done on our vehicle at the 30k milestone after they send me a carfax email saying that it needed 30k service. I wont be buying an extended warranty ever again. More

Roy Beck and W&L Subaru are the reason I keep coming back for service at their location, which is much further away than the nearest Subaru dealership to my home.
