He phoned us within 90 minutes and we drove away with a beautifully washed C250, with the new front tires and with the correct inflation pressures in ALL tires. More

Peter Tecson greeted me when I walked into the Riverside Mercedes dealership looking for a car. I immediately felt a kind energy from him which was refreshing since I had been meeting really rude salesman a Mercedes dealership looking for a car. I immediately felt a kind energy from him which was refreshing since I had been meeting really rude salesman at other dealerships before meeting him. I knew the car I wanted to test drive because I had seen it online a few days prior. Peter let me take it for a spin and I liked it. He was definitely trying to get a sale but he wasn’t pushy or rude. He was very patient and didn’t play games. Yes, I know it’s ultimately his job to get a sale, but there’s a classy way to do it. Most don’t know how to do that anymore but Peter does. I asked a lot of questions and he was incredibly patient! The loan guy, Julio Guerrero, was really nice as well. I ended up leaving in the car I wanted at a price I thought was fair. Peter also followed up with me via text after the sale. I really appreciated that. He even took a photo of me with my new car! That was sweet. Peter is also a veteran with a beautiful family. I felt good working with him, a man who has given back to his country. I can’t speak highly enough about Peter. I was at the dealership several hours and there wasn’t one moment I felt like Peter forgot about me. Class act! I will definitely be back when I get my next Mercedes from Peter! More
