Stellar Advisor - Caring for a Classic

This past week, my Lexus ES300 was at Lexus Auto Mall in Tucson, AZ, under the direction of my advisor, Peggy Maben. Although, the car went in for an oil change, she and I decided to rotate the tires earlier than mileage indicated. Once the wheels were off, well, let’s just say Peggy had myriad matters to address and orchestrate. If you think I don’t care for my car in a timely manner, you are oh so mistaken. Peggy and I are on top of it, whatever it entails. She’s an exceptional listener and follows through on every aspect to the customer’s satisfaction. Once a technician determines a problem(s), she explains the scenario in a way that the customer understands without talking down to them. She’s receptive to questions and stays in contact with her customer throughout the entire process, i.e., from the time their car is checked in till it’s picked up. What more could a customer possibly expect from an advisor like Peggy, who brings 30 years of experience to the table? Answer: Absolutely nothing! Respectfully submitted, Trish

I went in for an oil change and found a car I loved. This is my second Lexus and my salesperson Todd was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to deliver my car! As well as Nina in service. My husband is disabled and because I bought a car while getting an oil change, logistics were tough. The manager, Ken Demski, was so understanding and helped immensely. Both the older Lexus and new Lexus were delivered to my home the very next morning. I love the Lexus family!

My problem involved an erroneous mileage entry that went to CARFAX and overstated the mileage on my Porsche. When the service manager and I reviewed the documentation he agreed about the error and he took care of the erroneous report on CARFAX…and he did it quickly.

My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. He is polite professional and knowledgeable. He takes his time to answer all my questions and never makes me feel rushed or unimportant.

Brianna is fantastic she gets the most out of my extended warranty, she’s been terrific with my daughter and her mini Cooper. She’s always right on top of everything she’s professional and friendly and always feel comfortable when I need to bring the car into her she’s very straightforward about, whatever needs to be done and whatever recommendations that they have our mini is older so it has had quite a bit of service but I am always comfortable with whatever recommendations Brianna makes. Love her!

My 2013 Sportage had a check engine light appear. My first thought was that this would end up costing me lots of time and money. My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Thank you Sands Kia! You have a customer for life.
