I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!!

LeSueur has become my go to service center for my VW for... - baluscher

LeSueur has become my go to service center for my VW for several years now. I drive down from Prescott to utilize their services. My first experience was having a timing belt changed in an older VW Jetta diesel. They did the work for significantly less that the original dealer proposed. My second experience was with a balky a/c unit on my VW passat wagon diesel. Again I went to the original dealer -- they charged me $125 for diagnostics, recommended either a complete replacement of the a/c (about $1,500) or trade the car in. Decided to check with LeSueur. They kept the car for nearly a day trying to figure out the problem and ultimately replaced a $5 part and charged me less than the diagnostic at the other dealer. Has worked fine since that date about 3 years ago. I had one other more serious issue one time. A part LeSueur installed on my old VW failed. It was a failure due to a manufacturing defect in the replacement part, it had nothing to do with LeSueur's work. The failure caused some additional damage to the car. LeSueur stood behind its work and the part and took care of the entire repair cost with no hassle. It was the single best experience I ever had with a dealer and showed their integrity and honesty, something that you can't put a price on. I highly recommend LeSueur for its honesty, fairness and integrity. The employees I have met have all been professional and helpful. I have great confidence in this dealer.

Stellar Advisor - Caring for a Classic

This past week, my Lexus ES300 was at Lexus Auto Mall in Tucson, AZ, under the direction of my advisor, Peggy Maben. Although, the car went in for an oil change, she and I decided to rotate the tires earlier than mileage indicated. Once the wheels were off, well, let’s just say Peggy had myriad matters to address and orchestrate. If you think I don’t care for my car in a timely manner, you are oh so mistaken. Peggy and I are on top of it, whatever it entails. She’s an exceptional listener and follows through on every aspect to the customer’s satisfaction. Once a technician determines a problem(s), she explains the scenario in a way that the customer understands without talking down to them. She’s receptive to questions and stays in contact with her customer throughout the entire process, i.e., from the time their car is checked in till it’s picked up. What more could a customer possibly expect from an advisor like Peggy, who brings 30 years of experience to the table? Answer: Absolutely nothing! Respectfully submitted, Trish

I went in for an oil change and found a car I loved. This is my second Lexus and my salesperson Todd was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to deliver my car! As well as Nina in service. My husband is disabled and because I bought a car while getting an oil change, logistics were tough. The manager, Ken Demski, was so understanding and helped immensely. Both the older Lexus and new Lexus were delivered to my home the very next morning. I love the Lexus family!
