I bought a Forester from CJ Nichols in 2015. He was such an outstanding sales person and had done such an incredible job with the test drive, that I never forgot him. When I decided to look at an Outback, I wanted to work with him again. It was a great decision. CJ is still at Tucson Subaru and his long term experience has only enhanced his sales and marketing skills. He really knows his products and his genuine enthusiasm for the Subaru line is contagious. He has had a number of Subarus himself, so I completely trust his expertise. He is engaging, fun and a terrific salesperson who never does a hard sell, which I totally appreciate. I used to work in insurance marketing/sales and my former boss told me that a great salesperson makes a friend of his customers. CJ definitely follows that principle. He made me want to buy a Subaru, despite the fact that I initially wanted a BMW. That takes a special kind of person. It's a long day buying a car, but CJ never seemed tired or irritable. When he said goodbye, he still came off as genuinely happy, full of life and enthusiasm, and happy for me, which is a rare skill. I am SO glad I thought to come back to Tucson Subaru again!! He made it a singular pleasure to go through the car buying process. Thanks so much, CJ!
