My husband and I have had been loyal Yukon Denali's owners since 2000. It was time to shop for a new 2017 Denali, however we always wanted to have a Cadillac Escalade which we thought the monthly lease payment would be too high for us until we met RAY MCINNIS (Sales Consultant) and GEORGE KERIAKES (the finance manager) at Tustin Cadillacs.
Our experience with these two gentlemen was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, Ray and George welcomed us with open arms. They are polite, knowledgeable, patient and NOT PUSHY AT ALL!
CHRIS MONTEJANO (Certified Technology Expert), who spent close to 90 minutes teaching us all the technology bell and whistles of this gorgeous car, also has been very patient, kind and helpful.
OH...Did I mention this car can park itself !!! :)
Our monthly lease payments is beyond lower then we expected and estimated, which made us pool the trigger and drove off from the dealership as proud owners of a 2017 Black-on-Black luxury Cadillac Escalade ESV !

I live in Colorado Springs and had been looking all over the country for a great Honda Crosstour at a great price. Steve Long was great to work with, and an honest salesman. I bought this vehicle sight unseen and went solely off of the information Steve provided and pictures on their website. This is the CLEANEST, 1-owner, Crosstour I found anywhere in the US at an incredible price! I flew to San Diego one-way, Steve picked me up from the airport, completed all the paperwork, and was on the road driving back to Colorado in under around an hour (actually, I went to the beach for a couple hours first). All combined, the cost of the vehicle, one way flight, one night hotel (drive home), and gas back to CO all added up to far less than comparable Crosstour's with the miles and year I'd looked at.
Service department rip off - CamaroSS
I had a bolt fall out of my RF brake caliper. They fixed it in about a half hour. Cost of the bolt was $10.84. My bill: $297. You do the math. Avoid this place!
Lack of customer service all around! - Bad experience 2017
From the onset of my lease turn in, to my new vehicle lease pricing, this dealership denied the national ad price from television with a screen shot from my phone, then the business office did not pay GM Financial the correct price for my 2015 Encore turned in, causing me to be harassed by GMF for 2 months resulting in a negative hit on my credit report and embarrassing calls to my employer. I will not do business with them again!

I've been waiting for over 30 min for someone to help me. They put a number on my car 25 min after waiting while everyone was helped. Now, that I've asked someone to help me he says he couldn't, but would get someone from the other side. As I'm waiting writing this there's NOT one car waiting for service. It's not like I don't have anything else to do but waste my time here.

So many bad things about this dealership I don't know where to start. I contacted Penske interested in a used car they had listed on several sites. The internet manager asks me to come over and says he'll have the car ready for me to test drive. I drop by early the next morning and car is nowhere to be found. After a while, the rep claims the car is at the Mazda dealership getting service for 3 separate recalls and won't be ready for a week. Says he's sorry for wasting my time but that he'll let me know when it comes back. I said OK I understand...just call me when it's ready and I'll come by again. I wrote him an email stating the same.
A week passes by and no contact or update. I notice the car listing was raised by $3k and shortly after taken off from all the listing websites. I asked the rep what happened and he says the car was sold on his day off. Based on the reviews here, I have no doubt that's a lie and I'll never know what really happened.
Don't waste your time here. Take your money somewhere else where the staff treats you with respect and honesty.

The only good Customer Service Rep left is Lou. Avoid Mark at all costs.
Service is bad, slow and unlike all the years of Renick in their history.

We traded in our Escalade ESV at the end of our lease term to a new 2018 Ecalade ESV on
August 26, 2018.
After hours of negotiating with the sales manager SVEN SJODIN about the over mileage into the deal he made the deal happened!
In the deal everything was calculated all of our over mileage including some wear and tear on the returned vehicle which he estimated at $150, we also upgraded our new lease to 15K a year.
We got the new car and we drove off.
On October 31 2018, we received a bill from
US Bank with all termination fees that we owed for the returned lease, in the bill is the FULL AMOUNT for over the mileage including tax and $500 for wear and tear.
BUT the upgrade for 15k was nicely calculated into the deal! We said to ourselves it must be a mistake!
Mr. SJODIN was negotiating the deal for hours!!
We just couldn’t agree on a lease price that would include the over mileage and the wear and tear cost! Why would he choose cheat us like that???
A big dealership such as Silver Star in the AUTO MALL will cheat their customers like that!?!?
So we first called SVEN SJODIN General Sales Manager since he is the one that prepared, approved and submitted the deal, we left numerous messages trying to reach him, but he never called us back he kept ignoring our calls.
We then called GM corporate office to complain and they said to wait three days for someone to get back to us, during the three days, all of the sudden SVEN SJODIN General Sales Manager decided to call us back!
He said right away that the over mileage wasn’t included in our deal and that we don’t have it in writing…., we got so mad when he was trying to play dumb then he started saying you guys can’t do anything I never put it in writing!
Right there we realized it was all planned out!
That was his plan to seal the deal and scam us with the over mileage!!
Today we spoke to the corporate office again about their dealership scam THEY SUGGESTED
TO PUT AN ONLINE COMPLAINT ABOUT SILVER STAR CADILLAC IN THOUSAND OAKS!
Can you believe it?!?! They suggested to go complain at Better Business Bureau about this Cadillac dealership!! So that’s what I’m doing!!!!
I will post bad review and share my story in many places possible!! Now I’m stuck with $4709 bill with no one taking responsibility! Just unbelievable!
I’ve traded so many cars in my lifetime with many dealerships….I was never cheated and lied while signing a car lease, let along from such a big dealership!

This chevy dealer has horrible service and has no communication between each other . Sales representatives have no athority or knowledge on how process goes , the team lead are no better , they are rude and try not to listen and work for you . The finance could not get the paper work correct and ran our credit 14 times for almost ten days and after the day we signed our contract with out our permission . The dealer then sent the sales person to our home to sign a new contract and knew nothing about the contract , he did not have the correct paper work . He said he would be back three days later , but the next day the dealer called and wanted us to go in . When the third day came manny said he would be here at 6pm , 6:36pm came and he showed . He then said he would like to go over the contract but knew nothing when asked and said we could read to be sure . When trying to talk to some one about our issues we were told we would get a call back or they were busy . I never got a call back. Even calling corporate they could not help . They are only about problems with the truck and the dealer is independent . .
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone .

Very frustrated with our experience. We had to make 4 trips to the dealership because we had to resign contracts 3 times as well as they didn’t put a smog check in the system and had to go back in for a new one. Now almost 2 months later we are dealing with them again because of more financial problems! Horrible customer service from the financial person we worked with as he interrupted and talked over me the entire time I was trying to talk to him over the phone.

the Service manager John Chappell and his crew are all top notch, knowledgeable,and a experienced crew. they have been keeping our family, 91 Eldorado, on the road for as many years now. always straight up and honest about what are car needs and how much it will cost, once the problem is diagnosed. sometimes fixing simple stuff on the spot, if time permits. with older cars, like are families Eldorado, the experienced staff can recall the problems that come up with the old cars. they also seem to be up to date and well informed on the newest technologies. great group of guys, I always enjoy talking with them.I don't think your going to find a better dealership, around, with this kind of quality service department.

her what I wanted. A 2012 Cadillac CTS with certain conditions. How much I was willing to pay for a down payment, and the monthly rate.
The conquest? Julie said YES!! can do. I came home with a fantastic car with all the option goodies I liked. The best part, Julie listened (very important)to my request.

My name is Tim and I recently Bought my first new car from Graham Chevrolet in Santa Barbara. The team at Graham was wonderful, the sales woman that helped me Erica Smith answered every question I had and got me my new silverado. She didnt push me into anything and found me the exact truck that I wanted. The sales manager Ben was very polite and treated me with respect, and the Finance manager Vance got me Payments well below what I thought i was going to be paying. All in all this was the best experience i have ever had at a car lot. I went to 5 different dealers before Graham Chevrolet and I had a horrible time. The sales people tried to sell me cars and SUV's that were nothing like i wanted and were way out of my price range. It was nice being catered to at a dealership for once. I would deffinently recommend Graham Chevrolet to everyone!!! Thanks again guys!!!
Dishonest charging for service repairs - bkcorfman
Always took our vehicle to Desert Auto for regular service that we purchased new at Desert Auto. First Problems with AC coil leaking in dashboard. Desert Auto could not find the leak and just recharged the AC system under the 36,000 mile warranty. Then after the 36,000 mile warranty returned vehicle with same problem, Desert Auto found the leak no longer covered under the 36,000 mile warranty. Thankfully the extended warranty covered the repair with no deductible. At approx. 50,000 miles the check engine light came on. Took vehicle to Desert Auto who ran tests showing engine misfired, and determined that coolant was in the engine oil and quickly gave us a loaner vehicle thinking we would be without a vehicle for a while. Couple days later Desert Auto called to say it was condensation in the engine oil, not coolant and the problem was carbon build up in the engine that caused the misfire “check engine light”.
They went on to say that the intake manifold was removed and the total repair cost would be over $500 to clean the carbon build up and work.
I argued with the Service manager that they had misdiagnosed the problem from the beginning, the intake manifold should never had been removed if the problem was condensation and carbon build up. Long story short the Service Manager agreed to charge only $250 and no car rental fee. My wife and I reluctantly paid the charge.
Our last issue was the blower motor for the AC worked intermittently, Desert Auto could not diagnose this without it happening when we took the vehicle in. So we had to return the vehicle when the problem occured again. Desert Auto completed the repair quickly the same day and told us they would forgive the $300 charge since we were unhappy the last time we had our vehicle repaired, since our extended warranty had expired. I had to take our paperwork to their office to correct the problem with the expiration date that was 7 months later than what Desert Auto told us.

I thought I would never take the time to write a review but my experience buying a car here was amazing. Please ask for Jonathan Garcia if you are planning to buy a car. I am super picky and I shopped around everywhere to find the best deal. Prior to speaking to Jonathan we were going to buy a car that evening at a different dealership but the problem was it was not the color my husband wanted. It had everything we wanted and we thought the price was good. Four different Chevrolet dealer sales men told me that the color we were looking for was no where to be found. I went online and inquired this particular dealership (Putnam Chevrolet )to give it one last try to see if they could help me locate the color we were looking for. Within three minutes I got a call from Jonathan and I explained our situation to him and he said he would call me back. Within 5 minutes he called me and I was expecting for him to tell me that he couldn't find the color. To my surprise he said he found it. He said it was a ways away but he promised he could have it delivered. Not only did he beat the other dealerships prices he also found the same exact car with all the features we wanted and my husband got his dream color. I just have to say that I was giving up thinking that all sales men were dishonest because I have to say omg! some of the salesmen I encountered tried to pull fast ones on us. Jonathan drove over an hour to deliver our car with a full tank of gas. He made sure to explain every single detail of the car very patiently right out side our home. He is not just professional but honest. I would like to add everyone there was nice and friendly. It was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. Thank you so much for the great experience and we will be referring friends and family.
