We are on car 5 or 6 with VW Marin and we’ve never had any issues, both sales and service. One of our cars went in for calibration with the body shop and Daniel, who I always work with, took care of the 70K service and one other issue while the car was in the shop, saving me an extra trip and saving me time. All the people at the dealership are super friendly and I plan on taking care of my cars needs here, and no place else! 10/10!

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

Both of my key fobs died today and when I got to the dealership Greg Hayes was there to save the day! He was amazing, we were in and out within minutes. Billy at the parts counter was able to find the last available battery for my key fob and we were set to go! They were both super nice, friendly and helpful. I didn't buy a car today but I'm going to Greg Hayes when I'm ready to upgrade my VW.

Ryan from service from the moment I met him made me feel respected and special! He knows the meaning of “The customer always comes first” He explained everything in detail so I understood and when they had to keep my vehicle instead of sitting in a shoddy waiting area they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off.
