We've been taking both of our vehicles (one isn't even a Nissan) to Woodmen for years and have always had tremendous customer service. They might not be the most inexpensive but the quality is outstanding. You get what you pay for that's for sure. There's been a few time where I've had to wait a little longer than I had hoped but to be honest, it's totally worth it.

I was ready to buy an electric car and once in the door met Mike Henry. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, and no one was pushy. The dealership itself uses solar panels and is a truly green building. Getting this kind of car, whole exciting, also came with a learning curve. Mike was helpful and knowledgeable and checked in with me a couple of days after I took my Leaf home to see if I had questions. It was a relaxed and professional experience.

My car was determined to be a total loss by my insurance company and all of a sudden, I was car-less and had to find something quickly and within my budget. I used CarGurus, Cars.com and Craigslist and was shopping for three days.
I found a used car on CarGurus, and I was ready to sign, but I just needed to look a little more. Until I found this beautiful Nissan Rogue 2019 at cars.com. I called and Sterling from sales helped me. I took the car for a test drive and boy was I pleased! Sterling and Eric were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They treated me with care and they paid attention to every single detail I had in mind. They had answers to all my questions and they took the time to explain all the steps to me. I had a limited budget and Sterling jumped through hoops to get me the deal that I wanted.

Service Center doesnt know their own cars and will scam you - Adam C
Their service center is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM. $500 for a part that did not need to be replaced (blower) and then they tell me they dont know whats wrong and its a NISSAN pathfinder (their own vehicle). Could spend another $1000 for them to "look for the problem". Yeah right! They don't know their own vehicles and they will steal your money. My car isn't repaired and they took my $500 without blinking an eye while admitting they didn't do anything.

BUYER BEWARE! NISSAN OF DURANGO sold me a lemon. They also didn’t tell me it had been in a SERIOUS accident. (they said someone hit the bumper) When I purchased it Jay Jensen, the sales agent told me to bring it back and they would detail it, fix the rear headliner, which was missing the plastic screws that hold it up, and also fix the XM GPS antenna that was disconnected. They said they had to order the plastic screws. When I brought it back the repair technician tore the plug to the XM antenna fin off and took it. (BECAUSE HE BROKE IT). They said they would order that part. It was $180.00. Two weeks later, they rudely tell me NO, they will not replace the part, or do anything.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & HIGH PRESSER SALES. THEY WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE.
