If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Boulder Nissan is hands down the best Dealer and Service department I've ever experienced. Anyone can sell you a car but the real experience and value is in the service and the relationship. These guys are really there for their customers.

Sales experience was great.with Terry.. Financing went through just fine. But I have been trying for months now to get my licenses plates. They have excuses, The first one is covid, next is someone lost your paperwork but we don't know who but you can keep driving down here to get another paper plate. But they never fix the problem. Don't even bother asking to speak with the GM you will only get his voice mail and he won't return your call. Paper plate expires AGAIN in the next week and they just won't bother sending the papers to the courthouse so I can get my plates. Good luck buying from this place!

Annoyed and frustrated with the whole experience after purchasing my truck. I purchased a truck 07/31/2021 and was told they would fix the alignment and the handle that was broken. It's now 09/09 and still nothing. I emailed, text and called dusty several times with 0 response. 3 weeks ago I spoke to Spencer who stated there was some confusion on which handle it was. Instead of calling me you chose to just wait for me to call you even though I was told the day we picked up the truck the part was ordered. Still haven't heard whether or not we can bring the truck in and sick of the run around. Will never purchase another vehicle from you. I have been more than flexible waiting over a month but now I'm frustrated.

BUYER BEWARE! NISSAN OF DURANGO sold me a lemon. They also didn’t tell me it had been in a SERIOUS accident. (they said someone hit the bumper) When I purchased it Jay Jensen, the sales agent told me to bring it back and they would detail it, fix the rear headliner, which was missing the plastic screws that hold it up, and also fix the XM GPS antenna that was disconnected. They said they had to order the plastic screws. When I brought it back the repair technician tore the plug to the XM antenna fin off and took it. (BECAUSE HE BROKE IT). They said they would order that part. It was $180.00. Two weeks later, they rudely tell me NO, they will not replace the part, or do anything.
