Great customer service, however although I had an appointment and arrived early, the service department was really busy (over booked?) so I had to wait outside their service bay for 15 minutes and in my car for another 10 minutes once they directed me to drive into the service bay.

This is my second lease from Corwin Honda. My customer service representative, Nic, was very relatable, caring, and empathetic. I would compare my visit and comfort to seeing an old friend again. Sales management was no different, I felt listened to and my concerns were heard. Sales met my comfortable numbers. I felt like both sides won, which is super gratifying. Finance was a win also. I expressed what was important and I was heard. I also didn't have to pay a premium for those options due to a Costco member discount. WIN. Corwin Honda will see me again in three years. And I will be purchasing my third car from Corwin Honda.

Trust all of the bad reviews. After going to the service department since 2020 for all of my major repairs, I will not be back. Between the poor communication, unprofessionalism, and causing an oil leak, they definitely leave a lot to be desired.

Without my asking, and at no charge, they gave me a Carfax report and other documentation about the Civic. They even gave me some tips about selling the car!
