My rating is of Courtney Gale, Business Manager, specifically - while there were some hurdles to clear with my out of state purchase, and the overall state of the vehicle, she was exceptional. She helped me significantly, and was follow up on the status of my car on her days off, after hours and on the weekends. I wish all customer service experiences were like dealing with somebody like Courtney. I could not recommend her more, fantastic service. Keith F.

In 2023 my husband and I bought a car from Ross at Greenwich BMW. Ross was very easy to work with, so when we wanted to purchase two cars this year, we contacted Ross. He was even better than we remembered! Once again, Ross was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a good listener. Should we need another car in the future, we will not hesitate to call on Ross.

I've been working with DJ on purchasing a '26 X5 xDrive40i, and he's been absolutely phenomenal. He's been extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He helped me locate the exact spec I wanted, and consistently stayed in touch through a complex deal. DJ made sure I was updated and supported even though things were a bit hectic. I really appreciate that he never disappeared even when I asked a million questions about rates, incentives, or timing. He was completely honest, clear and respectful the entire time. It really felt like he was looking out for me instead of just selling me a car. I'd highly recommend asking for DJ if you want transparency and professionalism from start to finish.

dealership likes to continually email you despite claiming to have removed your email numerous times prior. Like most dealerships, they say one thing, turn around, do another. They also send mail to your address including offers to extend service on vehicle, which are known to be scams. Due to past negative experience including an attempted extortion by a former GM, Elias, as well as harassed off lot by a Lou Camerota; unprofessional behavior by an old sales rep, David Morgan m, I no longer buy cars at this dealership.
