I had an excellent experience purchasing my new truck! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and honestly the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made all thanks to Phil M! What really stood out was how quick and efficient everything was. With a baby at home, we needed the process to be fast, and Phil made that happen seamlessly. We told him exactly what we were looking for over the phone, and he came back with the perfect option..which is the truck we ended up purchasing! Phil was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He truly listened and guided us in the right direction. He also gave great advice on how to preserve the truck’s value, including recommending undercoating. On top of that, we were even able to get running boards included at no extra cost, which was a huge bonus! I absolutely love my new truck and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. My car went in for its 60k mile service and to fix two rims that had curb rash. Darn curbs always jump out of nowhere! I received back in excellent condition, the rims looked like new, and they offered a ticket for a complementary car wash. Therefore, just like my previous interactions at GMC of Watertown, it's always a phenomenal experience.

Went to Stephen Automall in Bristol, Ct and received a professional buying experience meeting with Mike Collins the sales professional. He really knew his stuff. Thank goodness it was a great experience at Stephen Cadillac because the previous dealership I visited wasted 2 ½ hours of my time and never to date bothered to follow up by phone or text about the Cadillac XT5 I was interested in. Mike at Stephen Cadillac was the opposite and followed up by text and phone quickly at least 6 times answering all my questions. The delivery process went smoothly and on time. The car was in the showroom when I arrived and created a caring atmosphere for delivery as well as a delivery coordinator to go over all the functions on the Cadillac. If you are looking for a car or truck I highly recommend you call and set up an appointment with Mike.

Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC. We also worked with sales manager Steve who got us the best deal on the exact truck I wanted with all the features I needed by locating it. The entire team was great.
