I have lived in Bristol for 31 years and I have never bought a vehicle from Stephen automall. Well that changed today Nov 24th 2020. I saw that they had literally the car i was looking for in the show room a used 2018 Dodge charger scatpack. It is loaded with options. They had the car listed at an amazing price which i could not pass up. I contacted the dealer and was there within 1hr. I met with Dean the salesman, Brian Fisher, the sales manager and Frank the finance manager. They all were very professional very respectful with the 6ft rule and very friendly. They gave me top dollar for my trade and then some and got the terms and payment I wanted from the bank. I could not have asked for a more smooth transition. I feel they went above and beyond to get me everything I asked for.

Im a very skeptical person & always thinking people & businesses are out to screw customers. Well that was not the case at D'Addario GMC. Called in on a regular weekday morning and got Greg A. on the phone. After a couple of minutes of talking to him I knew right away I liked the guy. Made an appointment for that Saturday. Long story short, the process from beginning to end was very smooth. Greg was very straight forward with me and answered all my questions. Jim in finance was also a pleasure to deal with as I know myself that i can be somewhat of a hard xxx to deal with but he was always professional. These guys made the experience simple and easy! Only hiccup was registering the truck but that was on DMV's end!

Spoke with both Stanley and Stephen, the general manager. Horrible customer service and the manager had the audacity to defend the poor service of his staff. No one at this dealer will do anything to attempt to solve the issue. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

In March 2013 I had my first car Oldsmobile Allero ( brand new) claim total lost after a drunk driver hit my car. I was injured and work only part time. I need a car because of my job( visiting nurse) and I lost my hope that I will be approved for another car loan. After multiple loan applications denied in different car dealer shops I went to Bob. The service was amazing, the dealer for entire 8 hr contact more then 22 lenders and finally he get approved my car loan for Ford Fusion 2011. They even told me after one year to make refinancing on the car loan.I was skeptical that a use car will help me,special with my high mileage what I have to drive. this car had 48,000 when I purchase. Every one knows that Ford Fusion 2011 had 9 manufacturer recall. I moved in September 2013 in Western Massachusetts and here is required total vehicle inspection every year. I pass all inspections with no problem,on every recall my car doesn't need any repairs to be done. Yesterday my Ford Fusion had a little celebration ,we make 250,000 mileage in 7 years and we still driving with no problems. this year we pass again the inspection. All works on this car was breaks ,tire and recently the bearing because of the bad roads where we have to drive to patients house. We are very satisfied and soon our son's will drive and we will come again to buy cars for our sons. Thank you guys you are the best.

The dealership has given me awful service In fact I think I was deliberately deceived. I paid for my vehicle 9 days ago and left my trade there. I still don’t have my new vehicle nor any sense that they’re even trying. The dealership made clear and definitive promises to me about getting my vehicle registered in Massachusetts in “one day no problem. That they do it all the time. In fact they said they did a car the day I bought mine”. Money changed hands and now I get a totally different story. it’s out of our control because of Covid things are all backed up. We can’t do anything. One day Mass is no problem and we have it under control? The next it’s a crisis. Very unprofessional. Expectations were clearly set and promises made. I still haven’t heard from anyone at dealership other than salesman who gives half answers. I have a borrowed car and they act like they’ve done nothing wrong. No help, no info, no concessions. Just “hey it’s not our fault.” They’re supposedly professionals claimed to know the system and have it all under for control. Now act like they’re victims.

Broken promises. I bought my truck from this dealer about a year ago and it has been the worst decision I have ever made. The truck is fine, now, but the service I received has cost me lots of time. When I originally bought the truck i was told that the vin etching was not optional because they "vin etch all of their vehicles". This may be true, however, I later learned that it is an optional warranty that they are charging for and not the actual etching of the vin. Not fully disclosing it as being optional is illegal. Moving on, i bought the truck and after getting it home i found out there was a laundry list of things wrong with it that should have been caught in the CPO inspection. Although they were all covered under warranty after fighting over it my truck still had to spend a week in the shop only a month after i bought it. I had so many problems I had to go to GM corporate because of how dissatisfied I was that a truck I spent more than $30 k on had to already go into the shop. Soon after my complaint was filed I received a call from Jamie the Used car sales manager who offered me two free oil changes to make up for the hassle. Although almost too little too late I accepted and even told the GM rep that they attempted to make it up to me. Now I tried to use these free oil changes and Jamie himself told me that he doesn't remember our conversation and would not honor both free oil changes. Instead he offered me one free oil change out of the goodness of his heart. This is just another way that Gallagher BUick GMC has over promised and under delivered. The team at Gallagher clearly doesn't know the meaning of being a company of their word. I don't feel like I bought a vehicle from a reputable GM dealer, instead it feels like i bought a truck from a buy here pay here business. I hope my bad experience encourages others to take more time and consider whether they really want to do business with a dealership who only cares that you take the vehicle off of the lot.

He was able to provide us with a trade in number on our vehicle and a estimate of a monthly payment for us to think about before a test drive.
