Not happy with service. I brought my husband's car in and charges for service were fine. Next day brought my own car in and got charged extra for an oil change from what I can see. $34.95+ tax in addition to the oil change cost. Also, I asked for service on my fan for the air/heating system and was told the fan for the engine was fine. That was not the problem. Also, never bothered with coupons before and will never again. First time using them and it was not a good experience. Too long to go into it. Don't bother sending them. Feeling like I did years ago when I would get charged for things by being told services is needed and not being told the cost up front but the bill indicates it was okay on a prior vehicle. I okayed an oil change when I was told why engine light was on. That was another item I had come up just before my appointment. The car still showed 34% oil but I understand it was last July since oil was changed. Should not be charged for 34.95 under parts for an oil change that costs 69.95 with coupon which was just given to my husband's car the day before plus an additional $20 off as an instant rebate, which is paid back to your dealership from GMC/BUICK. Minimum I should at least get 34.95+tax back. And, the certified MPI form is not complete. It is blank and last time I was given someone else's form. I know the tire pressure in one tire is low and I was told all was good. Need another appointment now for the fan to be looked at. I will go somewhere else since no appointments available on Monday or Tuesday. Please do not have the service team call me. The owner should if anyone really cares.

In March 2013 I had my first car Oldsmobile Allero ( brand new) claim total lost after a drunk driver hit my car. I was injured and work only part time. I need a car because of my job( visiting nurse) and I lost my hope that I will be approved for another car loan. After multiple loan applications denied in different car dealer shops I went to Bob. The service was amazing, the dealer for entire 8 hr contact more then 22 lenders and finally he get approved my car loan for Ford Fusion 2011. They even told me after one year to make refinancing on the car loan.I was skeptical that a use car will help me,special with my high mileage what I have to drive. this car had 48,000 when I purchase. Every one knows that Ford Fusion 2011 had 9 manufacturer recall. I moved in September 2013 in Western Massachusetts and here is required total vehicle inspection every year. I pass all inspections with no problem,on every recall my car doesn't need any repairs to be done. Yesterday my Ford Fusion had a little celebration ,we make 250,000 mileage in 7 years and we still driving with no problems. this year we pass again the inspection. All works on this car was breaks ,tire and recently the bearing because of the bad roads where we have to drive to patients house. We are very satisfied and soon our son's will drive and we will come again to buy cars for our sons. Thank you guys you are the best.

Amazing experience, I called after hours to get some information on a suv they had for sale (not thinking anyone would answer) but low and behold the owner answered stating they did have the car available ( the only person to answer after I called 9 dealerships). We drove from ma first thing in the am and ended up working with Richard who was also the nicest person who took great care of us and was such a pleasure to work with ! everyone at this dealership was so pleasant and easy to talk to they quickly got us in our new truck and even ended up buying our other suv off us with no hassles! I can not say enough about this car buying experience we have bought many cars and this was by far the easiest, fairly priced, and most friendly staff we have ever worked with!

Don’t waste your time. Wanted to trade in a brand new Tahoe that I just bought for a Yukon Denali they just got. They told me I can get a rough idea of my truck’s value on their website. Online value of my truck on their site was $64k-$71k, figured I could be fine with the low of $64k. Drove an hour for them to tell me they can only give $60k max for it. Wish I knew that before driving a xxxx hour.

He was able to provide us with a trade in number on our vehicle and a estimate of a monthly payment for us to think about before a test drive. Horrible dealership. Trashed my credit and scammed us out of over $1000. General manager accused us of doctoring documents. Never buy anything from them.
Spoke with both Stanley and Stephen, the general manager. Horrible customer service and the manager had the audacity to defend the poor service of his staff. No one at this dealer will do anything to attempt to solve the issue. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
