Though there is rarely a good time for vehicle service, nor does it run cheap, my experience with Hoffman Ford Lincoln was professional, courteous, and comprehensive. I appreciate their attention, care, and the level of service I received in my experience taking my vehicle in for the first time.My Service Adviser, Zack Smith, did an excellent job keeping me informed of both service needs and progress during the time Hoffman worked on my vehicle. I've bought three cars from them and after this experience I won't ever again. The salesperson and I picked out a vehicle that fit my needs and they had in stock. Since my car was dangerous to drive I needed a car ASAP, which is why I was willing to buy a used car. After waiting for 20 minutes he shows up with a totally different vehicle and says that they had loaned the vehicle out and it wouldn't be coming back for over a week. I explained that I was highly interested and I know that when I had a specific loaner that they traded it out early since they needed the car. I reached out to the salesperson to see if they had gotten the car and his response was he's working on it. I called D'Ana in customer service who said that she would look into it. Apparently my business wasn't important to them. Today, I got a call that the car is back. Too late as I needed a car.

As a loyal ford customer ( more than 120 cars ) im sad to say I will never buy another from gengras . I brought my explorer in for service and was given nothing but a run around and unclear reasons as to what was wrong or what was being done to fix it . Customer service end of things ( Jenny ) I found rude and pretty had to beg to get calls . The car was over charged for work performed in the 3 weeks it sat there right down to the last moment when I was charged 430 dollars in labor for something that took 35 minutes ( wish I got paid that rate ) … do yourself a favor and google gengras ford customer complaints …pretty much everything that comes up I am experiencing . Sadly I miss Crowley and will no longer be buying my cars at this location .
