I arrived at Whaling City Ford with one specific SUV in mind and not to be talked into a different on of similar value and style. I was approached by Patricia Smith and in a matter of minutes she was pulling up in the exact SUV I was looking for. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and if she did not know the answer she got the answers for me as soon as she could. When we went for the test drive she focused her attention on my 9 month old child so that my girlfriend and I could fully enjoy the vehicle all while answering out questions. Great customer service on her part and very happy with my new vehicle.

This dealership was top notch! Darren Beylouni went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the explorer we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on an SUV the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. After diagnosis of problem could not get definitive answer as to what was covered under double warranties that we have and paid for on this vehicle. Training and communications lacking. Had communications issues last year between parts and service team. Seems like an ongoing problem at this luxury car dealership.

The whole service experience was a joke! I was left repairing my vehicle on the side of the highway after leaving from the service department. They scratched the xxxx out of my truck, and after telling them there was never any follow up to try to resolve this. They brushed the whole thing off like it never happened. Since then I have gone to another Ford dealership and have been treated one hundred percent better.

STEVENS FORD HAS SUCH A TURNOVER WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPT AND I CAN SEE WHY NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO CHECK A CAR OR COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A RESPECTFUL WAY AFTER PURCHASING A 56000.00 VEHICLE AND USING ANTIFREEZE AND SMOKING WAS TOLD BY STEVEN IT WAS A BREAK IN PERIOD THEN AFTER BEING GIVEN THE RUN AROUND TOOK CAR TO PARK CITY FORD AND THEY FOUND IN HAD A BAD HEAD GASKET KNOW AFTER NUMEROUS TIMES OF COMPLAINING ABOUT A TICKING IN THE ENGINE AND BEING TOLD THEY DIDNT HEAR IT AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG NOW THEY SAY THEY ENGINE IS NG AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS WE WERE GIVEN AN EXTENDED 5YEAR 100,000 MILE WARRANTY IN FEB OF 2014 WE ARE UNDER THE MILES BUT THEY DIDNT EXPLAIN THAT THE 5 YEARS GOES BACK TO THE DATE YOU PURCHASED THE CAR STAY CLEAR THEY ARE A RIP OFF
