I had gone to 5 prior dealers looking for the best price and some never even had a complete website. I went to Stevens expecting to have to order my New 2018 Explorer Sport. Turned out they already had it in stock when everyone else said "No One has it". Brahm my salesman was absolutely fantastic and had the utmost patience and professionalism. He offered to answer any question I had even if I had to come back at anytime. Stevens made my day and we absolutely love our new Explorer Sport. I am surprised to see many 5 star reviews. I don’t mind to give 5 stars if they have done the work as expected. But unfortunately what they have done to me I am very disappointed. Jason Peltz was the service rep and Brian Pires was the tech assingned to my vehicle. They failed to diagnose the electrical issue that was causing the overcharge at first place My calls were being ignored and when I ask for the status update Jason Peltz was updating the status of the vehicles that was in his garage belongs to other people but don’t wanted to update about mine. If someone likes that kind of jokes just give them a try. After month and half wait I went to their office Jason told me that the mechanic is working on my car and it should be ready soon. I decided to wait there I knew he talks about the bush and whatever he say is not true. I decided to wait there for few hours. At the end of the day he came to me and told me that your car is ready but unfortunately it is still overcharging. I asked him why you want me to take the faulty vehicle which is not fixed, you make me wait and misled me. Service Manager Elizabeth Lofand got involved and assured me that my car will be fixed but didn’t tell me when? she gave me the loaner car which was helpful. I have waited for more than 3 months and finally my car is fixed I was charged $675 extra to correct the engine light. They held my vehicle longer to make the job bigger. Total bill was over $2500 with hefty labor charges. Instead of giving me reasonable discount they have over charged me. Absolutely poor customer service. Unprofessional ,incompetent and rude staff. Not recommended

I was in CT for a few weeks helping my brother. My 2013 Ford C-Max Energi had been working fine on the way to church. When I came out and started it, the SYNC console went black and then kept showing a "Scheduled System Maintenance" message. I have no idea "who" scheduled it. Then the system would reboot 3 or 4 times. I had no radio, phone, navigation or climate control. I took my car to Crowley. They provided a courtesy shuttle ride back to and from my brother's. They kept the car for a few days waiting for a replacement part from Ford. Thankfully, the part and installation were covered by a warranty extension by Ford.

First, let me say that the price I paid and was offered for my trade (which I opted to not trade) was very fair. So, if you are looking for a good deal on a used vehicle deal, this is probably a good place to check out. The only reason I can't give the dealership a higher rating is that everything seemed a bit rushed. When I drove away with my new (used) vehicle, the "change engine oil due" message was displayed. I called the dealer and they ensured me that the oil had been changed and that they just forgot to reset the oil life. The car didn't come with an owner's manual, despite being a certified pre-owned ford, so I had to find a video on line to figure out how to reset the oil life (not hard). Also, the car only had half a tank of gas in it when I drove off the lot. Not a big deal, I filled it up when I got home for $20, but I would typically expect that a car I buy from a dealer have a full tank of gas, fresh oil change, and new windshield wipers (I'm not sure if the wipers are new or not, but they seem kind of cheap). My satellite radio hasn't started working yet, but I'm giving that a few days since the dealership may need to register the car as certified pre-owned. Also, I purchased a Ford ESP plan from another Ford dealer on line (much cheaper) and the other Ford dealer also told me the vehicle hasn't been registered as a certified vehicle yet, so that is also on hold. It may be typical for it to take some time for that process to occur, especially since I bought it on the Thursday before a holiday weekend, so we'll have to wait and see on that.

I was interested in a car that I saw online. I filled out the online form, was immediately contacted by Shaun. He was easy to communicate with, provided straight answers to every question that I had, and did not pressure in any way in person.
Park City Ford was great with pricing, very patient with me as a picky buyer, and accommodating with my schedule. They even drove the car I was interested in to my nearby mechanic for it to be inspected.
