I have purchased three vehicles from Wally Frank and have always enjoyed the experience and been well taken care of. Camilo and the service department do a great job as well.
Tammy Davis was wonderful as usual! She is so pleasant... - AMANDAJEAN0530
Tammy Davis was wonderful as usual! She is so pleasant and professional! I was finally able to see the video of my car as it was being worked on! It was great to see! I also asked for the next oil change info sticker for my Terrain as a reminder and it was very professionally printed for me! Thanks for the exceptional service!
Great Service - Suziespal74
My 06 Chevy Impala was well taken care of. Every employee I interact with is pleasant and provides fantastic customer service. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced! I know my car is in great hands when I bring it here.

Don't trust Partyka - Mr. Clean
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience using Partyka to service one of my 17 commercial vehicles. We took one of the vans in to diagnose a starting problem and were charged the full $129.00 diagnosis fee which ultimately led to the simple replacement of the battery. The total cost out the door was $314.71 for a diagnosis that would have taken less than 10 minutes. I spoke to the Service Manager and the Service writer and the feeling that I got is that "it is what it is and too bad that we had to charge $129 for the diagnosis, but thats what we charge." I also got an estimate for front and rear brake work that was very poorly written and confusing. I then called another Chevrolet dealer and found the Partyka prices to be very high. I need to have trust in who ever repairs and maintains my fleet and unfortunately, I don't have this with Partyka and will never bring any of my 17 vehicles there again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership,... - Codymit
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership, hung up on me when I was asking about my warrantee and charged for my free oil change. Had my car for like 3 months now, it was not checked before leaving the lot, had to get new breaks for it, the check engine light keeps going on and off, but got turned away when I drove all the way there for my service appointment. Disgusting people and how they treat you. Only time they will show any kind of care is when you HAVNT bought the car yet...

Helpful & Friendly Staff - Kate
When we bought a car at Grossman's, the dealership staff was very helpful, friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. After buying the car, there were several trips back, to ask questions & we were always welcomed very nicely & helped w/whatever concern we had. To give you an idea of the degree to which these guys help out: we stopped by once to ask a question when the NAPA wiper-blade replacements we bought for the car wouldn't readily attach to the car's wiper-assembly. Cody Baumgartner came straight outside & actually put the wipers on the car for us himself, with no charges & a great, pleasant attitude!! This seems to be the best staff-group they've assembled so far, in the time I've dealt w/this dealership. I'd recommend!!

I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealership over... - Bear
I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealership over a dozen years. I choose to do so because I trust their service department to do the job right with the correct parts and for a fair price. I discuss with the staff what services are needed and when they are due. I am very fussy about my vehicles and won’t let just anybody in or around them. I choose to have my vehicle serviced by the dealer as their technicians are trained and certified specifically for my vehicle and they use oem factory parts.
Bad service experience - Rich W.
I have used Gengras to service my Buick for about 6 years. Usually OK, occasionally below average, occasionally above average. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever hard with service of any kind.
I had an 8:30 AM Monday service appointment and said I needed the car by the end of the day. I was told that was fine. On Monday afternoon at 3:50 PM I called to check on when my car would be ready and was told they hadn't started looking at it, but I was 2d in line and they hoped to look at it before the end of the day. Excuses offered were "backed up from last Friday," "short-handed," etc. No apology for my inconvenience or for what would obviously be more delay.
I called Tuesday at 1:20 PM and was told they had not even started looking at my car and probably wouldn't until Wednesday. Again, no apologies, but more of the same excuses. I asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was going into a meeting but would call me back in an hour or so. I told them not to bother, because I was going to come and pick up my car.
Less than 15 minutes later I got a call from the service manager apologizing, acknowledging that the service I had gotten was unacceptable and that an 8:30 AM Monday appointment should mean something more than "when we get to it at some point this week" and stating that they were looking at my car right then. To his credit, the manager fell on his sword and apologized for the poor service several times and asked me to let them at least finish looking at my car. 25 minutes he called me to tell me they had diagnosed the problem and to his credit he offered me a substantial discount on the cost of repair in compensation for the poor service and the inconvenience of being without a car for two days. Less than two hours later the problem was fixed. So it took about 3 hours to diagnose and fix the problem, but if I hadn't said I was taking my car, it would not have been ready until at least Wednesday after lunch. Totally unacceptable when I had an appointment for first thing Monday AM and made clear I needed the car by the end of the day and was told "OK."
Gengras was by far the closest Chevy service until I moved in March. Now there is another Chevy service that is about the same distance away from where I live and I am most likely going to use them. I don't see myself going back to Gengras Chevy and I can't recommend it to others.

The service experience is always excellent every time I come in for service work.

They got it right the first time.
My GMC was recalled for a steering problem.
It was brought in to the local GMC dealer twice to r&r the problem. Fail
Called Grossman service and what a great team between parts, service and body shop.
I won't hesitate to call them in the future.
Everything you have heard about dealer service is not true. They are better than the independent shops.
Treated very rudely by Valenti Chevrolet service dept... - pammyjogirl
Treated very rudely by Valenti Chevrolet service dept today.
I am from out of state so had questions regarding Emissions testing. Wanted to get it done & look at new cars while waiting, but left after service clerk was abrupt and condescending. Very loudly so.
I was so surprised by how unprofessional he was I decided I was going elsewhere. As I headed out he was scoffing loudly. Will never do any business with Valenti!
Horrible customer and service - Lucy
I bought my car in for a recall, asked if they could check why my car was hesitating. As I thought he asks the mechanic, mike did not. I got my car back from recall he never asked a mechanic to look and than told me i would have to leave my car for two days and pay for a diagnostic’s. No thank you. I took my car to another Hyundai dealership fixed it with the hour free of charge at Old Saybrook Hyundai.
Exceeded expectations - tich49
I usually don't write positive reviews as I expect good service for the price I pay. Cargill collision center however exceeded my expectations all around. Great service at a great price and ahead of schedule.
I asked for an estimate for light damage to my Silverado rear quarter panel just to have when I went to my local body shop for comparison. Cargill's replacement price was less than the local shop repair price. How can you beat that? My truck looks like the day I picked it up from Cargill.

Before I write a review on how long I’ve been trying to get my car situated and fixed properly as that what insurance is for. I’d like to talk to someone to make sure this is not what really goes on over there.

THE WORST incompentant liars I ever met. my 2016 truck has had 7 brake jobs in 60 days and still is not fixed, thay have had the truck longer than i have, Dist manager screaming at me on the phone telling me I can t speak. SCREAMING. absolutely a disgraceful operation. Forced us to take back an unrepaired truck with faulty brakes, threatened us with pure hostility as if we did something wrong

Had A terrible time trying to get a loaner for. Recall on my 2017 bolt was not given. Loaner to get to work after calling bolt conacere and them telling me to ask for a loaner to get to work due to not enough miles available on a full. Charge due to recall reprogramming of full charge brought down to 90 percent
I was looking for a newer car to buy. I visited numerous... - jyunik1
I was looking for a newer car to buy. I visited numerous car dealerships, all were very positive, but H&L Chevrolet was a cut above the rest by far. Every call was returned, every question answered promptly. I live in Harrisburg, Pa., and because of COVID-19, I could not travel to Connecticut because of my occupation. H&L drove the car I wanted to buy to Pennsylvania. They drove 3.5 hours to deliver the car I wanted, then drove 3.5 hours back. Talk about above the call of duty! The salesman Lou was great to work with, he was very professional, and he was the one who drove the car to Pennsylvania. I give them an A+++
"Stan the man! I went in looking for the new corvette... - Combat Vet
"Stan the man! I went in looking for the new corvette early in 2020. I searched over 15 different dealers with no one looking to help me find one. Stan worked through the covid issues and mapped out a game plan. It took some time but it came in months before expected. Many people did not believe that mine had come in faster then theres when they ordered months before me.
Andre did a great job sitting down with me when I first ordered the car. He went over the optional items of the car but he also got to know me and my ideas I had for the car. Andre told me the options that he did not think I needed to spend my money on for what I was looking for. He could have easily tried to push me for options that I really did not need.
Brion was super friendly and I could tell he was trying to make a personable connection. Normally I would appreciate his conversation but all I wanted to do was get out of his office and drive my new corvette.
Paul went above and beyond. He really knows what he is talking about and has a real passion for corvettes. He stopped what he was doing to go over every little detail of my new corvette, as I sat in the warm car and he was in the freezing cold. Paul gave me his contact information in case I had any questions in the future. After having a conversation with him about a friend that wrecked his C6, Paul took the time to find a quality corvette body shop that was in my friends area. Paul's passion really showed when he went above for a person he never met and who was not a customer of his. Paul was almost more excited then I was going over my new 2021 corvette.
Over all amazing experience!
Poor customer service - m4micah3
Their service dept picked up my Hummer with a forklift and damaged my vehicle. Who moves a customers vehicle with a forkift? When I pointed it out the guy in service first denied it and then said the dents won’t affect the operation if it. On Monday I was assured the parts were coning in next day air, here it is Friday and now they are telling me maybe Tuesday. No reply from Dave McDermott about this issue, no compensation for being out a vehicle all this time, and yet they still processed my over $5000 bill for the initial repair, that now I wonder if any of that was caused by the forklift
