Dealing with professionals is one of the most pleasant experiences one can encounter! Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay has two such professionals, Robert Annis, and Joe Cleaver.I can't thank them enough for the patience they had with me, a first time Mini buyer. My questions were answered in a timely manner. Bob made sure he went over every detail of my beautiful new MIni. He took me for a test drive upon my first visit, and since I built my desires via the Mini website, Bob made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was awesome!
Joe was equally awesome! He made the financing experience painless. He advised me wisely to ensure I wouldn't run into any problems down the line.

Jorge Mere has been the Service Manager of my two Mini's. Neither purchased at this dealership, however, Jorge's service advice and support has been first rate! He communicates with you via text/telephone to keep you advise of the status of the work.
He is trustworthy-a prize in this business-to be honest and forthright in recommendations for service work. Jorge was recommended to me and that was the best advice I received in 10 years!

I bought my 2015 Mini Cooper. I was so excited until days later the indicator light came on telling me the washer fuel was low. That told me that this used mini was never checked out before putting it up to sell.
After many phone calls to the GM ( phone tag) Kevin the service manager told me to come in and they would check out the car. I was told they filled everything and even did an oil change. I thank them if it was really done. This should have been done before I bought the car. I live over an hour away and it cost to drive there. They could have offered to replace my gas.
I don’t feel confident in this dealership and would not recommend. I had other issues..I was given my registration stickers which would expire in a few weeks only to find out they were good until 2019. Another issue I was approved for financing then days later the financing lady Stacy called to say I needed more money down and the loan had changed after signing the contract .I told her I had financing. I did contact my lawyer and I was advise this was not legal for them to do. It might had been a mistake but come on...get your stuff together! Last when buying a car the sales person goes over the car with you, this never happened. No Manuel in the car. I was told they don’t give them now days. Need to go online to access it. What happened to customer service? For what you pay for these vehicles you think they would include a Manuel. Not everyone has a computer...Just way to many problems with this dealership. I have bought many cars and never had any problems.....

What can you say about Orlando many well this is what I have to say bed Orlando Mini if you want honest people and people who care this is the place to be indigo to I was very impressed with the service from Spencer the service man that I had for my car they were so polite and so helpful for anybody that would be looking for a car this would be 100% worth your money I have not Ever seen a dealership that looked after the people that buy their cars as much is this dealership the parts department was the best if you ask me I would buy a car from them again and again and again I will tell all my friends and family this is the place to go to I like to think Orlando many for all they did for me

I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car. When I picked up the car my sunglasses were no longer in the car. Yes they say to take your belongings but if you leave something behind it should still be there when you get back if you are dealing with a reputable company.
