I had an amazing experience purchasing a used vehicle from the folks at Mini of Daytona Beach. Every aspect of the purchasing process was very smooth and seamless. All staff members were courteous and professional and kept me aware of what was happening at all times.
Mic was very fair in negotiating the value of my trade in vehicle and worked with me on the price of the used vehicle as well. His finance manager worked hard to get me a competitive interest rate and loan term and ultimately had me driving off the lot with the vehicle feeling very pleased with my purchase.
Where I was thoroughly impressed though was with the service I received AFTER I drove off the lot. I noticed a few issues while driving the vehicle for a longer period of time. Mic made sure to note everything that was wrong with the vehicle and coordinated setting up service with a dealership that was closest to me to have everything rectified. He called ahead and made sure the service manager knew to expect me and informed him of all the issues that they would be repairing on the vehicle. Needless to say, everything was taken care of and the vehicle is in superb condition now.
I can’t thank Mic and his team enough for making the process so pleasant and painless. That was my absolute BEST car buying experience to date!!

I went to this dealer with money in hand and not one of the 6 or so sales people or 2 chatty receptionist acknowledged my presence except to ask if I knew the song that was playing. I walked the floor then asked where to see more models and was directed to the parking lot...really, "out in the lot". I wandered and found 2 cars I really liked. On way back in a young lady came out. Great, help!! BUT she didn't know them SO she sat inside while I went back out to "the lot' to get her the details. Seriously. NO HELP! And I found out my friend I was on the phone with actually called them to tell them I was there! Any who...went elsewhere and got the mini I wanted at a much better deal. "You work on commission, right?"

I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car. When I picked up the car my sunglasses were no longer in the car. Yes they say to take your belongings but if you leave something behind it should still be there when you get back if you are dealing with a reputable company.
