Don't take your car for service here, if you do and get Mateo and his trainer, ask to switch employees. The service is beyond bad, their communication skills un-existent, zero care if you have been there 10 minutes or 5 hours.
I took my mini to check a nail on the tire, A NAIL, they told me it would take 4 DAYS because they were too busy (even though I had an appt) and they would give me a rental, ok, I guess... After ONE HOUR waiting for the rental I get a video message saying they are checking the car and to text/call back if I have questions. I write back, no answer, I call back, no answer, so I wait to get a quote, which comes up for $350 to change ONE TIRE. No one told me no rental was coming, that they were checking the car but I took it as a positive that I would get my car back, and I wait... 3 HOUR LATER, literally, i walk in to the dealer again like hey whats up with my car?? Since 10:30 am checking on a nail and its 1:30pm, and they tell me to wait still. AT 2:30PM I get another notification from their app but with no visible new info, I get up and ask whats going on, they tell me no news, just a new video, which theres no new video in the app, in here I start questioning if this guy knows what he's talking about.... ANOTHER hour goes by, by now 3:30, i've been at the dealership 5 HOURS so I walk to the guy again, and when he sees me come in he jumps up with a "OH LOOK! your car is ready now", they changed the tire (for $350!) 20 more minutes to bring the car out, and the guy tells me oh sorry. I washed it but with the rain it got wet again, car front full of bugs and interior still dirty) which ok fine, don't wash it, but why lie....
So in summary, this guy called Mateo is getting trained by this xxxxx that gives zero s about his clients. The trainee is lost, not checking calls or messages, the trainer is in la la land just walking around for coffee and avoiding us in the waiting room after seeing us for 5 hours waiting on a nail... Really I have gotten better services at Toyota.
