The Pete Moore Dealership has the number 1 “Sales and Service Team” in all of Pensacola Florida. I have been living here for 21 years and used to be a Ford man for years but now after purchasing 4 VW vehicles. You have excellent sales people Mark Torelli has sold me my last 2 vehicles and we are very happy with him on the team. My first car was sold to me by Gary DeStefano in fact Gary was the one who told me about VW in general and sold me on the make. I can say this Mark Torelli is very knowledgeable on the VW’s and friendly too. Another selling point is the Pete Moore facility ( lot, building crew members all very clean, people will shop and buy from a dealer just by the way it looks then when you have the right people in the right jobs it is an “ All Win Team”. It starts at the top with: General Manager Mike, Sales Manager Jeff and Service Manager Monty. I will always purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Now 3 of my neighbors have VW’s!!

The manager Gini was very nice and accommodating. Overall was good experience, however when I went to pick up my vehicle after a recap repaired I waited about 30 minutes to get my car, the receptionist didn't called my advisor until several minutes later. There was no respect for customer time.

I went into the Volkswagen parts department to pick up some items for my son's GTI, and I was fortunate to be assisted by a gentleman named Spike. Even though I didn't have the VIN number initially, he went out of his way to help, doing everything he could to look up the correct parts. When I finally received the VIN from my son, Spike didn’t just process the order—he took the time to explain what I was buying and pointed out that I’d need an additional O-ring to avoid having to do the job twice. That kind of foresight and care is rare. What truly impressed me was when he provided an exploded view diagram of the exact area I was servicing. It was thoughtful, professional, and showed a level of customer service that you just don’t expect to find—especially in a busy city like Miami. Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by the experience that I nearly walked out without paying, just from being in awe of how well I was treated! People like Spike deserve recognition. He wasn’t just doing his job—he was looking out for me as a customer. That kind of service builds trust and loyalty. Thank you, Spike!

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.
