Although the dealership is 55 miles from my house, the drive is immaterial when compared to the quality of service received.

While a (very) few names (Service Advisors) may have changed over the last 20 years, the outstanding service @ Pete Moore has not! Irregardless what type of car, major/minor repairs, scheduled mtc or "warranty" work - the Service Department @ Pete Moore in Pensacola has consistently been EXCELLENT!! I thought it was largely due to "my" Svc Advisor, whom I worked with for over a decade. But when he had to leave for medical reasons - Jay Rosenfeld - who also remembered and knew me from coming in - immediately stepped in to take care of me. These guys and this entire department are just exceptional, straight forward, friendly and "cool"! You feel like "family" while checking in & out. No surprises or confusion here. Everything is explained in a simple, easy manner. I "used" to shop around, compare prices. And when I did their estimates, parts, etc. were always better. But the REAL VALUE and Deal, however, is "what they do and how they do it" (very thorough). It's hard to describe or explain, but they are simply "different". And better. They "catch" (see) things before they get costly, or dangerous, or leave you stranded. One unnecessary part, repair, etc. - which seemed to always be the case elsewhere - never occurs here. Sometimes they do find additional issues while working on my car, which is what I want them to do, but will always call first to discuss.
They don't try to "scare" you or pressure you (nickel & dime you with add ons) into doing additional or unnecessary service. They are not "selling", which many other shops, dealers, etc. definitely do. They focus on the problem, reason you first went there for. And FIX IT - the first time! Again - no surprises here. They do what they say. Communication is superb. Service is outstanding. You won't need the Manager, Mike Kern, but he is always close by, and accessible. Mike is positive, upbeat, always smiling.....and it rubs off into/onto the entire department. These guys are such a "pleasure" to deal and work with, they make "having to go & fix your car" even Fun!! I simply can not say enough about this Svc Department and everyone who works there. I am a woman so having an issue with my car has always been a horrifying experience until this past week when I meet an extraordinary individual named Gilbert in the service department! He was an absolute pleasure to work with welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable! He was a huge help. He listened, gave me many options to fix my problem and to my great relief I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or the other. He gave me time to think things through!! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, like I was the only person there that needed help. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and unbelievably it came in a little under what he told me it would cost. He has earned my loyalty! His company is lucky to have him as an employee! I cant say enough..a heartfelt thank you seems insufficient!!!

I purchased my 2017 Jetta last year in November, I was told I would recieve a “coupon book” to use towards my service in the mail i never received it so i stopped by last Friday because my service was due already the receptionist (Jennifer) whom i was greeted by was very helpful in answering questions I had she also was able to get me the coupon book as well as directed me to the service depot. Overall I would definitely recommended Gunther of VW to family and friends! staff is very attentive, service was quick (Norman was my service advisor) & Helpful. Thank you!

We have owned a 2008 Jetta for 6 years. About a month ago the A/C started acting up. ( which I know is a common problem for these vehicles). We both work full time jobs so I don't really have time to put the car down for that kind of troubleshooting and repair. So I made an appointment with Brandon VW to inspect and repair. We had chosen Brandon VW because they work with a rental car company since we knew we would need to leave the car there for a couple days. My wife arrived at 430pm (her appointment was at 440pm). When she went to check in the service writer (Carlos M) told her it was a little late in the day to do a repair like that. She said she had to work and this was the appointment we had made knowing it was an A/C problem. I arrived at 530pm the car was already inspected and was told by the service writer that the compressor relief valve was leaking so the compressor and misc components needed replacing. I asked what it would cost. 40 mins later (630pm) after having to track him down, he finally showed me a scratch piece of paper with some numbers scribbled on it saying it would be $2100.00. This is what I expected so I said fine (knowing the troubleshooting was wrong) but the repair would fix the system. Then asked about a rental car and was told too late the close at 6pm. So asked is that it? We just walk home since you were avoiding use for 40mins. Was told he would call us an UBER. We just walked out the door and was left to deal with the A/C myself which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. No customer service at all and doesn't care for you or your time. Highly do not recommend unless you like being lied to.
