Never go, who ever service your car make you mess. will use inefficient technician: Dalton lane young messed up with lighting system. 12/18 - I took good condition car for oil change but adviser Sotha Khim mentioned recall, I agreed for that airbag replacement. After service car did not started. adviser gave jump start - car started. I drove home and left car for a day not started. I thought old battery - on Christmas eve, changed the battery drove to Mall of georgia, stopped car, found that backlighting system not working and keep lighting. will see, how Adviser will rectify this issue otherwise, I don't want the airbag, - need my car needs to be original state. Before go to this place for service think twice. If they make to its original state, I may consider giving good rating even though they caused me to take this trouble during Christmas Holidays.

Don't stand behind their products. Drive an already damaged car causing further damage on a clutch that shouldn't be driven. Then they call someone who makes no decisions about the car despite having my phone number from me, the tow company that towed it and the person they called. Threaten to charge storage fees for my vehicle despite the service manager stating he would reach out to honda for me to see what could be done. Multiple employees telling me that the damage they found wasn't caused by me, but the second I reached out to hinda myself all of a sudden the clutch is burnt out but they never informed me of this damage.

Made an appointment for a recall issue by phone. Brought it in at schedued time only to be told part had to be ordered. No one on the phone knew this. Part was to take 2 days to get there. Waited a week, changing weekend plans coming back a day early to complete service. Was told they didn’t order the part the previous week, then wanted to know who I talked to when I told them the story. They don’t know who my service advisor was? 2 1/2 weeks later, recall still needs to be done. Going somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here.

The worst experience I have ever had at a service department. Honda AutoNation off Thornton road. Their service repair is awful, poor workmanship. My Honda Odyssey went in for routine maintenance and came out a mess with us having to return 4 times so far!
