THE QUALITY OF THE WORK PERFORMED WAS SO DETAILED I COULD NOT EVEN TELL MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED. THE LADIES AT THE RECEPTION DESK MADE ME FEEL AS I WAS PART OF THERE TEAM. This rating is solely based on customer service from Asif. Sometimes the technicians don't get everything right the first time, but as a service advisor Asif holds the shop accountable for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. I only do business with this dealership because of positive customer experience with Asif. He is thorough, considerate, accommodating, and attentive. 12/10. The dealership itself is nice. Snacks are available in the waiting area. Clean rest rooms. I purchased my vehicle here, but looks like my sales guy has moved on so I can't recommend a specific sales person.

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place. Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
