I brought my car in late one Sunday night (December 3, 2017) and parked it out back, then used the drop box for my note and keys. Matt Blocker had suggested that I do this the very next time that the ongoing problem occurred, so that they would be able to read the codes before the battery was jumped off. They have been working on this problem for several months. (Once on July 11, 2017, and again on November 13-15, 2017.) In following Matt Blocker's instructions, he and the service department were actually able to determine the specific problem and fix it this time! I am so happy and impressed!! Thanks to all of you for making sure that you fixed it right! For the first time in a year, I am confident that I won't be stranded again! (The problem first occurred in Rome, GA, on December 30, 2016 through January 3, 2017, and Riverside Chevrolet claimed to have fixed it. I continued having the problem again in July and also November, and then again recently.) I appreciate the great people at NeSmith for insisting on doing it right! Thank you, Carol Ann Fischer

I went in to service my vehicle and was approached by a professional salesman named Mr. Price about upgrading my vehicle. He was very pleasant and not pushy as I have experienced in the past. I expressed to him at this time I'm not in the market for a new car because of other current obligations. He proceeded to show me new 2025 models and I absolutely loved the new inventory. When that time comes I already know what I want!! THANKS again Mr. Price!!

I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford.

Excellent Service Dept. with knowledgeable service advisers and mechanics. I had thumping vibration and noise from LR. Also under the vehicle noise at all speeds. Free diagnosis charge Found bent skid plate in front rubbing on front sub frame. They fixed that No charge. Badly warped LR rotor and slightly warped RR rotor. Advisor offered resurfacing of rotors as option. I wanted new OE painted rotors and they gave me a very good price for the new premium OE painted rotors. Same OE painted Rotors for actually less in price than I could get from RockAuto and much less in price than the online Mopar Parts Giant. Pads were slightly high in price but the labor cost of $199 was reasonable. This made it a complete no brainer for me to have the dealership do the brake job on the lift instead of me doing it crawling around on the ground. They noticed coolant pump leaking from shaft and that was replaced under warranty. I'd very pleased they did that. I am very pleased with the cost of the rear brake job. They also rotated the tires for no charge, Spoke with Brian the mechanic and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Fadil Hamidovic the service advisor is the most knowledgeable service advisor that I have met! I've had new vehicles from various dealers and he is unquestionably the best. Other things about this dealership. Clean and modern customer waiting area. Free coffee bar. Spotless restrooms. Quick and efficient free courtesy transportation with a super nice driver. I rate this dealership a FIVE STAR dealership.

Always treated professionally but with great friendliness... there is a woman in the Service Dept. whom I especially like: she always remembers who I am and what my life is about... she makes me feel valued there.
