I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at United, thanks to our wonderful salesman, Michael. Michael is a genuinely kind and caring individual. He willingly stayed past his working hours to accommodate my husband’s work schedule. He really listened and worked with us to find a vehicle with all of the features we wanted. We were able to get top dollar for our trade-in. His no-pressure approach and big personality sealed the deal for us. I highly recommend that you ask for Michael at United if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Do not use this dealership. I’d give it no stars if I could. I had a contract with them and they are charging me more each month. The first month was correct but the months after we higher than it states in the contract. Also, the car is a 2025 Equinox and it constantly has red flashing lights, warning of tire pressure and other things wrong. The engine light has gone on the three time in the first six months and the car was brand new when I received it. Not worth the money or the hassle!

When I first arrived to my appointment the check in lady, and I'm not sure about her name, I believe it was Evelyn or Vanessa or some variable of that; she was rude from start to finish. her tone and her attitude was unpleasant and unnecessarily nasty. I will not come back to this place and get any service because of her. It doesn't cost to be nice; its free. There was an older gentlemen there who was very pleasant, he was trying to sell me a car but I just bought this, he was nice and charming.

This is our third purchase at this dealership and we will not make the mistake again of going anywhere else. We will always buy from them. I started the day just looking around and not planning to buy one but the way Michael Covone listen to what I wanted and needed he hit it out of the park.
