Finance and titling although it went smoothly it still takes a lot of time, and I was paying cash. B+ First service experience for running board went very smooth coming in. Picking up the vehicle was a little unpolished. I walked in one writer was busy one was on the computer so I went to the guy on the computer and stood until he acknowledged I was there. It was a uncomfortable dead air time. He asked what I need when I told him I was there to pick up he just said go to the cashier and pointed over his shoulder. Scored a B-. Parts when I asked my salesman about trailer hitches he looked them up and then we went to the parts department with some questions. The parts guy was totally disrespectful to the salesman. Then gave me the take it or leave it attitude. C

My Chevy Equinox died on me 06/10/2026. Needed to get a vehicle ASAP due to my business and personal scheduled. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River Il to look for another Chevy Equinox. When I arrived at the dealership and got out of my vehicle, a young man named Kadin meet me in the lot. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. Went inside the dealership and he found me 3-vehicles that I might be interested in. Long story short, Kadin went through the process with me and I was there at the dealership about 2-3 hours, and walked out with what I was looking for. If you are looking for another vehicle, I might suggest that you look up Kadin at Jack Schmidt in Wood River Il for great service.

Charlie Vaccaro is spectacular, and Chris was super helpful in finance. I now have a beautiful used vehicle, and I was treated very fairly with my trade-in. I will certainly be looking at the Dennison website next time I need a vehicle. You need to as well--you'll be glad that you did.
