I purchase a 2025 used Equinox EV with assistance from Carson and Cody. The transaction was completed online and on the phone, since I live 325 miles away and could not visit the car it self. They quickly and willingly printed and sent me service records and a Carfax upon request. This was very important to me as the car had been returned to GM with a warranty issue. While attentive to these unique needs there was no pressure but complete attention to the necessarily complex process of buying a car with 1600 miles on it "sight unseen". Though texting and emails they worked with me and my Credit Union loan officer to expeditiously complete the sale, which in cluded shipping the car to my home. Although it was not his job, even the truck driver helped me verify the paperwork was in order and called his supervisor to help as well. As a 7 year EV owner I realise that with EVs still being uncommon there are challanges to buyers and sellers alike regarding correct information about the vehicle. If they did not have what I requested they found it without hesitation or complaint. I have driven the car without incident for about a week and am very satisfied with it, the price, the value and the acccesibility and follow-up with staff.

Chris at Jenkins Chevrolet was easy to work with. My husband and I bought a used Jeep in their lot. They negotiated a fair price and ended up taking care of unknown car issues after the sale even when we didn’t originally didn’t get a warranty. They made sure the car was fixed and all issues resolved without charge! We felt well taken care of and in the midst of the issues they communicated with us even when they were out of the office. They really care about their customers and make sure they are happy with their purchase.

Finance and titling although it went smoothly it still takes a lot of time, and I was paying cash. B+ First service experience for running board went very smooth coming in. Picking up the vehicle was a little unpolished. I walked in one writer was busy one was on the computer so I went to the guy on the computer and stood until he acknowledged I was there. It was a uncomfortable dead air time. He asked what I need when I told him I was there to pick up he just said go to the cashier and pointed over his shoulder. Scored a B-. Parts when I asked my salesman about trailer hitches he looked them up and then we went to the parts department with some questions. The parts guy was totally disrespectful to the salesman. Then gave me the take it or leave it attitude. C
