Had issues with the A/C and US-Port and Nick was very professional, competent and great at communicating the stages of the service and work required. My experience was great and I haven’t been able to express that in YEARS about Volkswagen in Oak Lawn. The recall that was done on my Atlas was ready way ahead of the scheduled time and I was updated throughout the process. I was advised that my cap for my windshield washing fluid was missing which was a total surprise on my end - but was advised I would receive a call once it comes in. Once that is received I can say my trust is on the way to being restored with VW in Oak Lawn again. I was advised of maintenance that is needed for my Atlas soon. Now, if customer coupons can be disseminated for repairs needed, that’d be icing on the cake!

I had a problem with the remote start on my car. I called Volkswagen customer service and that had me reinstall the app but it didn't work. They told me it would take 4-21 days to get back to me. I found that unacceptable. So, I called Daniel Sepulveda, who I purchased my car through. He was very gracious to help me and it only took a couple of minutes to get the app working. I'm so glad because the weather has been so cold. Thanks Daniel!

Just had excellent service from Castle. My sensors started acting weird and turning themselves off, after recently getting my battery changed. I know sensors are stupid expensive, and was hoping it was just a software issue , but even getting that looked at can be expensive. But my advisor got the head tech Ricky to take a look before putting it in the shop, and he was able to fix it without needing to do any major work. I really appreciate that level of service.

Brought my Beetle in for service at 32,000 miles and expected to have a $300 service charge for different maintenance my manual stated I should get. My bill was under $150 and I was told that my vehicle was in great condition. Glenn was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable.
