Found the car I wanted at a fair price. I had been looking for this particular model BMW for a few months at this point in time and knew they sold quick at the price listed. Called into the store and Alan answered promptly. We discussed everything and he took the time to answer my questions. We did online financing to have it ready and secure the car until I could make it up there later in the week. Alan called back once financing was approved and we discussed down payment and other options. We agreed on price and he gave me a full breakdown on all costs. BMW was as described and very very clean. All service was done and it had a full tank of gas. I had my family with me including my 2 year old son who had a blast running around the all indoor show room. The entire staff treated us with respect and the facility is awesome. All in all a fantastic experience. In and out the door on Saturday in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I am happy I found them! Thanks Alan!

I have always heard great things about this dealership from relatives who live in Streator, but I live in Springfield so I thought I would have a wider range of options here in the capital city. Unfortunately the dealerships I visited here to get a Bronco really jacked up the price, even with their "sales" and many people have complained about their terrible service. After seeing some of their shady tactics in person, I made the drive to Streator and have never been happier with a car purchase. I see what the hype is about now. Don told me that he would have driven my car down to me if that is what I would have preferred as he has done for other customers. My Bronco is beautiful and was far cheaper than what Springfield was adding on to the price of their "sale". I am recommending them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a car and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Just took delivery of my second purchase from Ultimo in 4 and a half years. Both times they treated me with respect and transparency. Their service department is easy to work with as well. I live out of state but visit the area quite often due to work and every time I am in I get my maintenance service done there as my local Mercedes dealer charges an arm and a leg even for an oil change. I can say they have a lifelong customer in me. Highly recommend their sales department, Alan, Tash, Chris. Sean in finance is easy and helpful and Nick in service as well. They all treat me like I am part of their team even though I am just another customer from 2 states over.

It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely publicly endorse businesses or people; however, yesterday Jim Snowberger & I met some outstanding individuals at Affinity Auto Sales in West Chicago IL. Henry Ramos was our sales advisor and Jay Delanovic was the Finance Manager who handled our sale; these are 2 of the most polite and professional Gentlemen I have met in a very long time. In a post-COVID world, customer service has gone by the wayside but definitely not with these 2 Gentlemen...they listened to our needs, had very good insights and were genuine in casual conversations. I truly believe they could lead a seminar on how to connect on a human level with people for those in not only sales professions but in LIFE in general! It was quite a long drive to get there for us but that didn't matter to Jim or I because of the care and consideration we were both shown before and after the sale. Jim contacted Henry via email 2 days prior to us arriving you make sure the Jeep was available, he was quick responding, very polite and offered to have it fully detailed before our arrival. He was a man of his word! Jay fully explained all of the paperwork in great detail although both of us have previously bought vehicles; he wanted to make sure every detail was covered. Traveling from central IL to Baha was a risk to us but this was THE ONLY CAR I wanted. After it was all said and done, the drive down Pulaski from I55 was the hardest part of the whole day. TEST DRIVING in unfamiliar surroundings wasn't something to which we were looking forward but Mason was calm and gave great directions so we could drive on residential as well as busy streets. He also gets major points from us because he let us take our time looking over the vehicle and was available for questions. This was the farthest from a high-pressure environment we've ever experienced. Vehicle was honestly represented in web photos and when we saw it in person, there were no surprises. CarFax available when requested was a comfort. After-the-sale service is prompt and friendly as well. Mike went to the moon and back to get us the best financing options out there, which made a HUGE impression on us. Paperwork was well explained and easy. We won't hesitate to contact them for future purchases.
