Purchased a brand new car here, sales rep. - tpeffer2022
Purchased a brand new car here, sales rep. (George) told me the porters were going to take it back and get it ready for me to take home. Not sure what that means at Art Hill mazda because every door panel on the inside had Scuff marks throughout the entire bottom portion of the door panel. This was noticed a few days to a week or so after taking it home. Upon further inspection some pieces of the wrapping on the outside of the car was never removed and there were white speck marks on driver's inside door panel. Also, after a week or so the psi of all 4 tires was at 47psi when it should have been at 36 upon delivery to me before leaving (found an unfilled delivery inspection form in glove box), which makes me think they never filled out the delivery inspection form. Sent photos of the issues to George (Sales rep) and the response from him was "I'm surprised you are now just bringing this up to us after almost a month of having the car". Lesson learned here is that if you buy a car from here INSPECT every inch of the car before you leave. I then spoke to Matt Monix (sales manager) at this location. He told me to bring the car back and he will take care of the issues as well as give me a full tank of gas. Upon arrival to pick up my car, the car was not filled up with gas. The front tires had a large amount of brake dust built up before I dropped it off and was told that would be detailed to remove the dust. Upon inspection of the front tires they were barely cleaned and still dirty (looked like they literally took a dry microfiber towel and tried to dry wipe the dust off of the tires/wheels). If you are on the search for a new car or used car please beware of this establishment
