Routine Maintenance - Love my CX-5!
The service on my CX-5 was fast and timely. I got right in and when talking to the sales representative, that sold me my car, I brought up an issue and he immediately addressed iand got it updated in my car. I was very satisfied with my visit.
The only suggestion I would recommend is that to make sure after the car wash the cars are actually clean and dry. After I paid for my car, I went out and my car was completely wet and wasn’t clean like a “car wash” would clean.

The environment is no rush, the staff are personable and the veichles both used and new are reliable. The service techs were great! Tony and Kixie made me feel right at home, but they were very professional. They got me in as soon as I got there and I was a littly early. I had a tail light replaced and it only took about 20 minutes! I would recommend Royal Mazda to anyone. This is my first Mazda and it will be my next car too!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. Going into the dealership, we were a little hesitant as we both have had horrible experiences in the past with car salesman/dealerships. Coming into Art Hill, we were pleasantly surprised and they thoroughly exceeded our expectations! We met with Richie Pauley who was fantastic. He truly listened to our needs and was very straightforward with the process. The finance department did a great job of taking care of us and we were well informed on our purchase. Everyone we met with from Tony to Richie to Stana; they were all very professional and extremely helpful. The environment at Art Hill is completely different than any dealership we have ever been to. They work together as a team and truly have their customers best interest in mind. Hands down, the best car buying process we have ever had. I purchased a used truck from here on Sept 1. After all the necessary paperwork was done and my plates were transferred I was ready to go. I then asked for the spare key since there was still only one given to me and they informed me there was no spare. This was never mentioned during the negotiation process. A spare key ended up costing me $215 so I reached out to the dealership to see if they could cover this cost. They responded and asked me to get a copy of the bill for them. After our discussion over the weekend Andrew reached out to me today and informed me they would indeed pay for it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Crashed, actually totaled, my 2016 Mazda CX-3 2 weeks ago. I had bought that car and my wife's CX-5 both at Hubler, so naturally I returned to get my new car at Hubler. Hooked up with saleman Mike Ferguson, and what an experience. Mike is the absolute top salesman I have ever dealt with in all of the cars I have bought since 1971. I told him what I wanted. It was not on Hublers lot, but it was out of state in Cincinnati. Two days later, which was today, I was driving it home. Mike is so good at listening to my needs and rushing to make it all work. Thanks Mike Ferguson for your guidance, expertise, and pure joy to work with. My 2018 Mazda red CX-3 is the bomb and I have you to thank.

I took my F350 there for service. It was a certified pre-owned from another dealership. The brakes were locking up. They told me it was because the rotors and pads were so worn, it was over extending. It would be $1200 to replace them.
I said, let me have my truck....it had been Certified 1 month prior. Take it home, pull of tire, pads and rotors are brand new and had been changed at the certification....actually found paperwork to verify.
They also charged me $125 to diagnose. I took it to another Ford Dealership and they replaced the master cylinder ( WHICH FIXED THE PROBLEM) and told me it was covered under the warranty.
