I was in today for some service work and to have some recalls done on my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They ordered the parts I needed and fixed everything they had parts for as I waited. The service department guys were super nice as well as super helpful. While I waited I test drove a new truck and spoke with Jordan. He went out of his way to get me all the info I was looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. I may not be ready to buy now but when I am I will 100% buy from Ed Martin in Anderson. Thanks for the experience fellas.

Front End Alignment - Shooter
Quick service, checked in several minutes early, was out a lot faster then I had anticipated. Went straight home afterword, then later to the VA Clinic and back home. Very few miles driven, but most of the previous "drift" was gone, seemed related to which road I was on. Still want's to drift to the left a touch, have no idea if it is due to the way the state specs are when pouring the concrete or not. Will be in town today for shopping, will double check my air pressure to make sure. At the current price for tires, can't afford to put on more wear than normal..Can remember my late father telling me about camber, cast, and toe in, still can't figure that one out for myself.

I purchased a car from here in Mar 2019. I had a really great experience with everyone one I worked with besides the finance person. Brian (one of the managers) was absolutely amazing! I had an unfortunate situation happen in Nov 2019, where my car got stolen but it was recovered. I took it to this dealership to be serviced and restored and I couldn't be happier. I tried two other Jeep dealerships much closer to me (I live in Chicago) but ultimately ended up bringing it back here and I am glad I did. Brian ensured I had a loaner vehicle to use the duration of the time my car was being serviced. Russ ensured everything was fixed and up to par and had my car feeling like it was never stolen and damaged. I probably will only service my vehicle here from now on!

They have a great service department. We had a problem with our new 2021 GMC truck the day before we we’re leaving for a trip. We drove into there shop without an appointment they gave us a loner car and set us up so we could still make our trip and called us with up dates on the truck. They went above and beyond to make sure we we’re satisfied with everything. There sales people even came by while we were waiting to see if we needed anything.
