Great experience with Tanner! He was able to explain everything and was cool/calm the whole time. Not pushy at all. Only thing I disliked was some of the vehicles I got into didn’t seem that clean inside. Popcorn in the back seat, etc. there was also a sticker that was misplaced on the back of the car. So there was a big adhesive circle on the rear end.

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.
