Beware the service department is a rip off after paying almost 4,000 they gave us coupons on the next service with stated exclusions not 2 days later I need back breaks and rotators I try to use my 10 % off coupon that there organization gave me and they say they can’t use it because if some kind of discount I paid 600.00 you didn’t give me a discount I use to love this service department but now there just crooks ripping off customers I will never return thanks for the amazing service

I just happen to be browsing some of the other reviews as i wroteone earlier and i believe it is true as stated the 90 day warranty is a sales promotion they stretch everything out till you are out of warranty my cabin filter was filthy as well a air and my back seats cushion was falling off back was told after i purchased that no more money would be put into the vehicle after being told by salesman that everything was covered except some electric very shady sales and service seem like they work hand and hand not to stand up to their end of deal just get your money and you can hit the rd jack and tell your story walking we hear you but dont care i was told i should of bought a new car but u sold me car that you said was nationwide certified with no remorse if u dont back your vehicles why sell it bottom line and then had the nerve to say we dont know to much about honda in service so i asked can i take elsewhere and let them examine the vehicle i was told no they will not honor only there tech can diagnose which leaves me at the mercy of them not wanting to fix my vehicle then if im not mistaken vehicle was serviced with all aftermarket parts they told me where honda parts very shaky dealership from sales to service

I have brought many cars in my life time and I must say this was the best experience that I have had. Devlin did not hassle or hurry me. He gave me the time to ask any questions that I and my husband had. He was all around great. If I needed to buy another car today or tomorrow he would be my go to guy. Thank you so much Devlin. Let me also add the whole staff I had to deal with that day was great. I was so impressed when I was walking out of there in my brand new car and had not even produced a cent to them yet, but they trusted it was not far behind. The service I received was the worst I have ever had in my life. I spent over $4,000 for parts/service. The parts took almost a month and was installed damaged plus had shoe prints all in side my vehicle. I will never use this location and warn others not to use them. If i could rate them -stars I would. The people acted like it was nothing and that was the sad part. No effort to make it right. Don't use Bowie Chevy service center because they don't value their customers. Wish i could rate them No star because that is how i was treated.

We moved to Maryland and did all our state inspections here, and for you Marylanders you know how tough that process is to go through. The service reps go above and beyond to make life easy on you to bring it back after repairs and/or give you a very competitive price on doing the repairs themselves. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, and while we haven’t bought a car from this dealership yet, we have interacted with the sales team, and they are just as great. We will be doing all our service here and hopefully buy our next car here. As a general rule, I hate dealing with car dealerships, but this has always been an incredible experience. Call it the Chick-fil-A of car dealerships.

Update !!! I dropped my car off for service May 14 ( I just bought this car a month ago) and told me they were going to send it somewhere else to fix mind you they never gave me a rental and couldn’t even give me a date when it would be done . Through all this time since I dropped it off I been trying to get a hold of them and nobody has called me back and when they answer the lady said they are busy always. So yesterday was june1 she said the same thing except now she tells me that they won’t be taking any calls !!! I’m like are you serious!!! What the xxxx!!! So guess what now had to explain to my boss that I had to go look for my car and that I will be late to work!! So I go there and the service department guys were rude to me and told me they don’t know anything about nothing and that they don’t know what to tell me so I go walk around the building and guess what I see my car parked around the building and I come back and ask them and then they say oh I had no idea it was there !! So they were lying to me all this time telling me that my car was at another shop and that they didn’t know why they were taking long ! The whole time it’s been parked in their building !!! So now I’m waiting at the dealership for a manager !!! Mind you I been waiting for this manager since 8 and it 11am on a Wednesday !! This has to be the most terrible place ever how could they treat customers like this ... and it looks like I’ll be wasting my time here and miss work for this BS !!

After receiving my car back from another local body shop I was totally devastated. It was horrible. My gray Cadillac CTS4 was 2-3 different colors/hues (GREEN). I was impressed with Criswell from the moment I drove onto the parking lot but the professionalism of Kevin Fleegle and Greg Harrell blew me away. The went over my car like a surgical team... every nook and cranny. They showed me all of the flaws and explainEd in layman's term how their resolve. The end product far exceeds my expectations. DO NOT TAKE your Business to Hoffman Chevrolet while I was out of town in Hagerstown visiting my daughter new Base. I started having issues with my 2010 Tahoe 2 days before having to head back home to Ohio. I took my Tahoe in 1st thing Tuesday morning 03/06/2018. To be told the alternator and tensioner pulley was bad and couplings. $1,000.00 repair, I had no choice but to pay the bill hope for the best. My Son and I left town Wednesday Morning 03/07/2018, the Tahoe started making the same noises half way home 7 hour drive. I was forced to pull off highway 2.5 hours from home when the passenger side wheel bearing went out !!! During a snow storm strained had to have the Tahoe Towed 2.5 hours home. That was the scariest experience I've ever had to get through. Broke down so far from home and it's snowing so hard can't see 30 ft in front of you thru the mountains. I had to have both Wheel Hub Bearings replaced the passenger side was by far the worse. The Multi-Point Inspection is practically blank, if they had checked the brakes they would have found the rocking of the wheel because the bearing was going out. I do not believe my Tahoe was driven, they would have found that the bearings where going out.
I called the Dealership about what had happened about the misdiagnosis of my Track and the results of the correct repair NOT being done. I call Mr. Greg King Service Dept Manager 03/08/2018, told him what happened he said he would talk to the Mechanic and call me Monday. He never called me back, I called 03/14/2018 left VM, he still didn't call back. I called again 03/15/2018 Mr. King told me he is not responsible for miss diagnosing my Truck, his mechanic did the repairs for the sounds I told him about. Have a nice day and hung up on me !!!
On 03/16/2018 I receive a call from Hoffman Chevrolet to follow on my service at the dealership and was told my 2010 Tahoe is in HIGH demand wanting to buy the Track from me !!! Are you SERIOUS ??? I explained what had happened and the Rep said that is NOT how they want the Customers treated and she would follow up with the GM.
I'm NOT surprised at all I haven't heard from ANYONE !!
For the SAFETY of your Love Ones DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here they DO NOT CARE. It's ALL about the DOLLAR not your SAFETY . Needless to say I will let as many people I can know about this experience since they do not care to talk to me about what happened. I guess since I'm from out of town Customer Service doesn't apply.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.
