This dealership is absolutely phenomenal. From the start, Shelby was knowledgeable, kind, and truly went to bat for us. Our situation wasn’t easy, but she made sure we drove off in exactly what we wanted—our Cadillac Escalade. She teamed up with sales manager Carlos, who took his time and worked the deal in our favor. Not only did we get the truck we wanted, but he got our payment even lower than expected. They both went above and beyond—no shortcuts, no pressure, just real effort. Honestly, this kind of customer service is rare these days. Most dealerships make you feel like just another number—but not here. Shelby and Carlos actually care and it shows. We couldn’t be happier. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you’re buying a vehicle, go see them. You won’t regret it.

Louis helped with my purchase, he was very patient, professional, honest and very knowledgeable, he took time to answer all the questions I had. The staff are very professional and friendly. They found me financing that was in my price range. I am disabled, M&M was the only dealer that seemed to care about my budget. I went to 6 other dealers that only tried to rip me off with junk cars. M&M went out of their way and sold me a very clean great running Honda that I can be proud of. Kudos to Barry for his help, he really knows his stuff!!!!!!

He shows you two times or three times if it takes it, he’s very good at work with he won above in his beyond his experience. I think he did a remarkable job some selling me my 2014 Subaru Subaru Forrester. I have love this car and he made it happen. he never disappointed me my family or my brother from the time we went in from the time we left we were just greeted with happiness thank you Joe from West Virginia. We have been dealing with this dealership for about 12 years and this was our 5th purchase. What I like most is the “no haggling” over prices like almost all dealerships do. The service dept. is easy to work with as well. Always can count on Fletch to give you the most for your vehicle. Our salesperson, Ross Hughlett, was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased-so explaining the setup on UConnect was easy. If all dealerships were this easy to work with people wouldn’t get that dreadful feeling when going to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle or to just talk to a salesperson.

I usually hate buying vehicles but I had a great experience buying a truck at Darcars of College Park. It was a bit of a drive for me but it turned out to be the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Kimberly was my salesperson, and she did a fantastic job. She communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I inquired about the truck until after I had purchased it. She sent me pictures, video, and several emails before I ever met her. Once I got to the dealership, she made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. Mike, her manager, answered questions for me about the truck and was very knowledgeable about the truck. Alex took great care of me in the finance process. He didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need and made sure I got the best deal possible with protection plans and finance rate. I will definitely come back to Darcars of College Park when my wife is ready to buy a vehicle. Thanks to everyone for a great experience! You showed great customer service and professionalism and it was such a positive experience. Thank you!

I was going to buy from this dealership about a month ago. I decided to wait until after the holidays. When I say I have asked these people to stop calling me, it's a understatement. BUT what really got me mad is when I started getting calls and text at 11:15PM!! Who in their right mind would text someone about buying a car that late at night!!? These people must be desperate and trying to make a deal when the customer is sleeping! I will NEVER do any type of business with a company like that. I have been in retail and sales management for over 40 years, and I would never think of doing something like that. I wish I could give zero stars!

Honda of Owings Mills is a dealership with excellent employees. This is my fifth experience buying a new vehicle from them. A couple of days ago I met with Peter Schwab and Andrew (?). These two gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable of their crafts. Both of them worked with me to my satisfaction. I would also like to add that they were extremely patient with me while answering my questions. I would definitely recommend any potential buyer to check them out!
