I appreciate the assistance I received from the service manager on my past bad experience with my last appointment with my Volvo 2013. She made sure I had a loaner car for this appointment and also requested an adjustment to the $130.00 previous charge to agree with me that I probably had a loose wire that kept the door window buttons for working only half the time....I knew this and to be charged $130.00 to just tell me that is probably the issue.

Bought 3 cars from them. The last one was a Subaru. The salesman talked me into buying the extended warranty for it and told me it was equivalent to the manufacturer's. Well it appears no one told the Service department that because everytine I mention it to diagnose/fix something they tell me they don't know what it covers and make me authorize paid service. This has really soured my opnion of Williams. Won't be buying or servicing cars there anymore!

Very happy with overall process. Brad S. was a great guy to deal with. Pricing was honest and they took the time to go through the pricing with you line by line. Everything was upfront and never felt cheated. Received more for my trade than expected. Also worked with one person through the entire process instead of being sent to multiple places as some dealerships do. Also never felt pressured into buying anything extra. Bought from 5 dealers in my life and this was overall the best. This dealership is 2 hours away from me, but well worth the trip.

Buyers remorse. The process took over 5 hours and I think I was just tired. It is not their fault I fell for their selling tactics. Sales person was frustrated and cursed while putting together the deal.
Once I got to the finance department and they recommend the other purchase options I signed on the dotted line I was stuck (Binding contract no backing out) Not even 24 hours latter and I regret it! Bottom line never buy a new car because it is a depreciating asset not worth the new car price.

We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it was in the top of the engine and replaced the entire top end. When we picked it up, it was still doing the same thing. I had told them about a known issue with that particular engine and they chose not to listen. Got the car home and saw that the oil had been way overfilled, presumably to try and hide the knocking sound. Took the car back a couple days later and they said a knock was normal. I asked why it hadn't knocked before 75,000 miles and they had no answer. They refused to look at the engine any further. Took the car to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem as the identical thing I told Randy Wise. They replaced the entire engine at no charge and also told me about a class action lawsuit that would reimburse me for the seized engine in my Sonata, which Randy Wise had replaced and charged me almost $5000.
