We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it was in the top of the engine and replaced the entire top end. When we picked it up, it was still doing the same thing. I had told them about a known issue with that particular engine and they chose not to listen. Got the car home and saw that the oil had been way overfilled, presumably to try and hide the knocking sound. Took the car back a couple days later and they said a knock was normal. I asked why it hadn't knocked before 75,000 miles and they had no answer. They refused to look at the engine any further. Took the car to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem as the identical thing I told Randy Wise. They replaced the entire engine at no charge and also told me about a class action lawsuit that would reimburse me for the seized engine in my Sonata, which Randy Wise had replaced and charged me almost $5000.

Very happy with overall process. Brad S. was a great guy to deal with. Pricing was honest and they took the time to go through the pricing with you line by line. Everything was upfront and never felt cheated. Received more for my trade than expected. Also worked with one person through the entire process instead of being sent to multiple places as some dealerships do. Also never felt pressured into buying anything extra. Bought from 5 dealers in my life and this was overall the best. This dealership is 2 hours away from me, but well worth the trip.

I guess this is the first negative review. My daughter bought a car from here and it is having an issue. In the last 6 weeks or so it is having an engine issue. It has to go in for a forth time for the exact same thing. Shep get it back when they have had it 4 to 5 each time. They tell her it is fixed, then in a few days to a week it starts again. Each time they say it is something different. they cannot figure it out and give he a run around. They won't let you talk to anyone higher than the service manager.

I did my part to avoid this negative review. Sales man Capus Robinson is illiterate with paper work. He had our plates and titles for the two Kia Souls I purchased CASH on 11-4-19 all screwed up. There was several lies and promises of accessories that has never been honoured. It took until my husband's bday 12-17-19 for what we thought everything was finally straighten out after Matt Szabla from LaFontaine Volkswagen went above and beyond making things right for my husband's tags for his plates even compensating him for his inconvenience after Matt Law from LaFontaine Kia was incompetent on doing so. Now it's February I go to SOS to renew my tags sit for three hours to find out I have been driving around with a plate registered to my husband's Kia!! And now my car sits in the drive with wrong plates, and expired tags because I'm furius that I have to call up there AGAIN and get this all straightened out when someone that holds a higher position should have went through all of our paperwork and made sure everything was straightened out. This has been a huge inconvenience and taking up a lot of time and gas running back and forth to the dealership and Sos. It is the worst buying experience I have ever had. I'd highly reconsider taking your business here.
