Our salesman Jeremy was very nice. No complaints there. Once we agreed to buy the truck, that's where the issues began. There were no "detail" people on site so poor Jeremy had to try to detail the truck himself. Sorry, Jeremy, you're no detail man. I spent all day yesterday trying to scrub off the waterspots.
They had only one finance manager so we had to wait over an hour to simply write out our checks and be handed the paperwork. This was the point at which I realized they had added in an extra fee (around $450) for "keeping the lights on". I would have thought the profit margin in the sale would "keep the lights on".
Jeremy was a nice guy and he was quite embarrassed at how we were treated but there was nothing he could do.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We were looking for a used Tahoe and I reached out to Blackmon Chevy to see if they could find us what we’re looking for. The salesman I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The problem I had was with the manager that called when he found a Tahoe was wanting us to basically commit to buying it before it arrived and told me he had new ones he’d rather be selling! His whole tone and the way he spoke to me really shot the whole deal. But the got the tuck in and my wife stopped and looked at it and decided it was in to rough of a condition to buy so we bought elsewhere.

Pulled in dealership when I noticed warning to ask where I could get air. The nice gentleman said to just pull in his service department ( didn’t get his name had a purple shirt on) and they would be happy to look at it for us. Buyer Beware. Yo-Yo Financing. - Derek Craft
Beware, this dealership engages in Yo-Yo financing.
On 09/02/2019 I traded in my truck at payoff value and purchased a new one at this dealership. We were approved financing at an acceptable rate, signed papers and left with the truck.
11 days later, we were contacted by "Tony", the Finance Manager, telling us the financing had fallen through, and that we either needed to bring the truck back to the dealership or sign a new contract (+5% higher APR than the original contract and +$60/mo higher payment). I asked about terminating the deal and just taking my trade-in back, along with my down payment. Tony replied, "No. We've already paid for the truck." So they have taken my truck and placed me in a position where I have two choices. Return the truck and walk home, or pay close to double the retail value of the truck due to outrageous finance charges.
I was appalled. Before returning to the dealership to sign this contract I knew I would regret (what choice did I have, really?) I reached out to both GM and the manager of the dealership. I recounted the facts as they happened to both parties. GM stated they would open a case and relay the complaint to the dealership. I spoke with Brent Skinner over the phone and explained the negative experience we've taken from his dealership and asked if there was anything he could do for us as a customer. Perhaps something to retain a customer and act in good faith that the deal had gone from fair to taking advantage of a consumer?
"No", Brent Skinner's words were "As a customer, you don't see our side and what we have already done for you to make this happen" - meaning the new contract with a ridiculously high APR that they had to "pull strings" to make happen. Even an offer of a tank of gas to drive out 30 miles to buy into their deceptive practices would have been a nice band-aid on the wound they've inflicted on our wallets already. Let it be known that I did my part to reach out to all relevant parties to find a solution before resorting to sharing my experience with the public. However, it was made apparent to me that management at this dealership doesn't deal in pragmatic, good faith solutions. "Sorry." is best this business has to offer, from my experience.
This dealership will allow you to leave their lot with their vehicle, with a seemingly great deal, under the impression that the financing was approved and finalized, only to reel you back in, pointing fingers at financial institutions and not their own feigned ignorance of what an approval really entails. Twice, the finance manager gloated about having "been in the business for over 20 years", but for us it's become apparent how those years were spent.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this business in any capacity to anyone. I can guarantee that my family and friends will stay far away from this place. Y'all had a choice and several opportunities to turn this into a positive experience and make a return customer of us and you failed tremendously.
In the end, it may have been completely legal. But legality does not equate morality and in our opinion this is a very immoral business.

The main problem with this dealership is that they refuse to be proactive. The service advisors do not keep you updated with the status of your vehicle service. I took my car in for a simple transmission flush and fluid change and was told that I would hear from them in 3 hours, well they never called and my car was there all week. When I got my car back it still has a problem, 3 days later it was back at this xxxx hole place because they screwed something up; oil under the hood and a mechanics tool was left under there. It’s been a week and my car is still there and they refuse to give me a loaner vehicle. My car is still in the same parking space it was parked in when I turned it over to them. Horrible service!

We had a horrible shopping experience at Ryan Chevrolet in Hattiesburg. To keep it brief, we were interested in purchasing a vehicle and noticed it had a check engine light on. The sales guy & used car manager (I assume?) would not take care of the issue and instead tried to pressure us into purchasing the vehicle "as is" at full price. So glad we took our money elsewhere. Would not recommend purchasing from this dealership!!!

The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.
