Awesome experience purchasing a vehicle. - Shellyj
This purchase was by far the easiest. I made one phone call told Dan exactly which vehicle I was looking for, he didn’t have one in stock. He said he would find what I was looking for and within one week he had the exact car that I asked for. I absolutely love my Mercedes. The sales and service is excellent at Cannon Motors.

Great experience at Larry Clark! - Flints
Recently purchased our third vehicle from Larry Clark Chevrolet. They are friendly and courteous and are always willing to work with the customer to help them get the best deal on their purchase. Our recent purchase was with Trey Wheeler, and he did an excellent job of reaching out to us following our online inquiry which brought us back to the dealership. He answered all of our questions and worked to enable us to purchase our new vehicle. We were very pleased, and we highly recommend Larry Clark Chevrolet!

Worth the drive! - Worth the drive!
I had been searching for a very specific vehicle for several months. I was referred to this dealership by my brother. They had exactly what I was looking for at an awesome price that beat every other I’d seen. I purchased the vehicle that day and have been 100% happy with my purchase. Jerry helped me out and has checked on me several times. I drove from Arlington TN to Tupelo and do glad that I did that day!!

Excellent service center performance - amazed
The service rep I've always worked with is Lionel Campbell. He always seems to be having his best day; he's just always friendly, understanding, and cooperative. I've brought my c5 z06 Corvette in for a couple mundane service appointments (Technical Service Bulletin warranty work) and a ripped axle boot (under my 7-yr warranty), and I've had two other unique experiences with the Service Department.
Clutch pedal inconsistencies made clutch engagement unpredictable; sometimes it just wouldn't engage at all. They kept the car for 4 days, testing it cold and I'm told, later, when completely warmed up (because the symptoms never showed cold). Lionel said they drove it for at least 20 times back and forth in their lot shifting gears through 1-2 and Reverse and in desperation, around the town and could never get the problem to re-occur. He claimed they probably had 2 hours of labor time committed to my car and couldn't justify any more time to an unpredictable intermittent problem. They returned the car to me without charge. It didn't cost me anything. (Futral did the work when the clutch finally died 8500 miles later, since I wanted to replace the diff with 4.10s [no labor nor parts guarantee under GM policy since 4.10s weren't available as an original sales option].)
I had one other experience with Service. I bought a used 2014 c7 z51 Corvette in 2016. It had 14,800 miles on the odometer. I took it immediately to Ryan to see if I could get all four of the chrome wheels replaced because they had very slight pitting. One of the four wheels had been curbed badly. (I worked in a Chevrolet dealership in California for 12 years in the late 80's; I knew my claim on two of the wheels might be considered frivolous- the pitting on those two wheels was extremely slight. The curbed wheel had the severest pitting, but it had been curbed hard, too. I didn't expect much. However, pitting is a true indication of an underlying problem during the chroming preparation phase; pitting would only get worse. As a [former] dealership employee, I could easily accept that Ryan Chev would not approve at least two of the four that I claimed; a car-show judge might not have spotted the blemishes I pointed out. I circled each blemished spot with a grease pencil and drove to Ryan.) Lionel directed me to Larry Hamil in the body shop; wheel warranties had to be submitted through the different department. They replaced all four wheels (in a "no questions asked" manner); they did say, however, that with that claim I could never claim wheel damage again. I was stunned at the warranty service. Almost 15,000 miles on the car; it was sold first 2 years and 10-1/2 months prior with less than 2 months left on the 100% bumper-to-bumper warranty and Ryan Chevrolet pushed my warranty claim through. Most aftermarket chrome wheels are guaranteed for only 2 years. I've never heard of a 3-year guarantee for chromed parts.
I've had only outstanding results with Ryan Chevrolet's Service dept.
New car purchase was great - Lindew
We had a great experience at Carl
Hogan. Everyone was super nice and not pushy. They allowed us to discuss privately and check out the car privately.
No Service - Four Days - Scott
If I could rate the service at Jimmy Gray less than 1 star I would. I called for warranty service on my 2017 Camaro 2SS (for a known issue with the Torque Converter Shudder) with less than 10,000 miles to understand if I should make an appointment. I was told they do not make appointments for this type of service and it was first come first serve. I dropped my car off Thursday 8am, I was told by Kevin they were busy and it would probably be Monday before I get my car back and they would diagnose the car on Friday. I called Monday morning to check the status. I was told Kevin was busy, the person (I believe his name was Nick) took my number and would have Kevin call me back. Two hours pass, I called back and was able to reach Kevin. At this time I was told the tech had not looked at my car yet, but would "probably" do the diagnosis that afternoon. I was told the standard for this issue (GM has released a tech bulletin) was to flush and replace the trans-fluid 3 times but the tech had to diagnose the first and would do so that afternoon. I called back at 3:45 pm to check the status and progress again. I was told it had still not been looked at and Kevin would find the tech (if he was still there) and call me back in 30 minutes. An hour later (not receiving a call AGAIN) I called and reached Kevin. This time Kevin told me the tech had left for the day. He said the tech gets in at 8:30am and he would see about getting me to the front and that Kevin would call me Tuesday at 9:00am to let me know the status. Kevin said that if all they needed was to change the Fluid the car would be ready around noon. Its Tuesday morning and at 9:15, after NOT RECEIVING A CALL AS PROMISED YET AGAIN, I called and spoke to Kevin. I was told the tech had not shown up yet and nothing had been done. Keep in mind my car has been there for FOUR working days Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday (without a call for 5 total days) and it had not yet been looked at. I told Kevin I would be over to pick my car up and take it elsewhere. Kevin at this point decided he was "going" to offer me a loaner. I told him it was too late and I am taking my business elsewhere. I called All Star Chevy in Olive Branch - they make appointments and committed to having the diagnosis performed the same-day as dropped off - we will see how that works. Bottom-line, I cannot comment about the quality of the service work at Jimmy Gray as there was no opportunity for the work to be completed.
Great place to do business!!!!!! - Outdoors501
Hometown feel with a genuine and caring staff. I met Stan and Paxton King, once I walked in the door to meet my salesperson Shawn Smith by appointment. Shawn and the truck I submitted information about online, were ready upon me walking in also. The whole process left me with a feeling of gratitude, that I had drove 3 hours from Louisiana to do business with the King. Thanks Shawn and Paxton King for making this deal one I would never forget.
Great car but BAD service - katgam73
I recently bought a used vehicle from Skinners Chevrolet Buick GMC in Terry, MS. I did my homework on the vehicle and it had a clean carfax etc. It is exactly what I wanted and I am happy with the vehicle. However, I'm emberrasesd to admit that I'm not familiar with car sales etiquette. So, I didn't realize this till I got home. They didn't fill the car up with a tank of gas for me, the oil only had 60% life left and I did not receive a 30 day warranty in case anything went wrong. Two nights later a friend of mine noticed that one of the tail lights was dimmer than the other. The tail light is made of regular bulbs and some led light strips that can't be replaced. You have to replace the whole tail light if the LED strips go out. Part of it had gone out due to water being trapped inside the tail light. We contacted the dealership to ask them to replace the tail light and they refused saying they couldn't put any more money into it. I believe it's against the law for them to sell me the vehicle when a safety feature isn't working correctly. I'm looking into that. They should have replaced this tail light without any hesitation. They also knew the tire pressure system wasn't communicating with the computer, but they claimed they couldn't fix it and I'd have to take it to the Jeep dealership. Both of these things should not be up to me to fix. This is bad business in my opinion and very disrespectful. I will not ever recommend that anyone do business with these people. I love my car, but I won't ever go back there. And sadly for them, I have to buy another vehicle soon for my daughter. I won't buy anything from them. On the bright side, I've learned a lot of lessons from this experience.
Need Stronger Management - BADBEAU
1) Late opening the door at 7:30am for service; those dropping off car to go to work want a quick check in
2) if someone is there at 7:30am for a basic oil change; it should not take over 2 hours without receiving there car back ready to go
3) customer should not get hit by a SMOKER smell as a greeting
4) use common sense when trying to contact Extended Warranty approvals; if there is no answer, find another number or go to internet to find way to contact, instead of waiting & waiting doing the same thing that is not working
5) clean you waiting area; carpet was filthy, food under chairs, spill drinks on tables, etc.
6) do not conduct financial business with a "clan" of folks around knowing about your business
7) escort the guest back to their car just like you receive the car instead of saying your keys are in it and parked right outside.
They did us wrong on a offer and that truck.needs a freeze p - Notworthy
They had a truck that was the managers son they said at first that it would be 5000 cash. Well our first deal didn't work out so we made them an offer of 4,500 cash with az 30 day warranty and we also found out the truck need a freeze plug which is going to cost 800$ they wouldn't accept our offer they said they had someone coming from Meredian to pay the 5,000 + taxes. Which weree told 5000,00. Firm before we found out it needed a freeze plug. I hope they tell the new customer that it needs work. My husband smelled antifreeze and that's what they told him that's why we offered 4,500 with warranty which they backed out when they thought they would make more money I just hope they are truthful to the next buyer I'm glad my husband knows enough mechanic skills he knew there was a problem. Thanks for nothing. I appreciate y'all not being true to your word. 5000,00. Doesn't mean plus tax and with a bad freeze plug. My husband and I were called by them for this deal. We had already left. So they did us double dirty. I don't appreciate people not following tghrough to help you in any say.they can they are just about the the$$$ even if it's got damage please at least tell the next customers about the freeze plug. That is no easy job task and will cost them 800 more dollars.
I was called a xxxxx - PM
The experience I had at this car dealership was the worst experience of my life thus far. I have spent the last 3 months trying to finalize a deal only to be called a “xxxxx”. I didn’t do anything wrong, they did!! They ran my credit 16 times! Please do not shop with these xxxxxxxxx people. I brought this to the attention of the GM and nothing was done about this situation! When I left the dealership, I was told that everything was final but it really wasn’t. It’s now the end of February and it’s still not finalized.
Brand new tahoe shakes terribly! - Disappointed customer
Not only will I never purchase a gm vehicle ever again, I will ensure everyone knows the terrible customer service I have experienced with this dealership. If you want a quality vehicle, do not go with a tahoe. According to Turan Foley, it is normal for a tahoe to vibrate/shake. The vehicle shakes so bad, it makes you nauseous. Turan Foley treated this situation with no care at all. They treat you so good while making a purchase, but do not expect anything beyond that. By far, the worst customer experience I have had in all of my life. I have purchased 4 brand new vehicles (this being the first gm vehicle) and I have never had even close to an experience this bad. I will never stop telling anyone and everyone I can about the quality of a tahoe and the experience at the turan foley dealership and service center. Do your research before you buy. I wish I would have, because this is a very known issue.
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. The... - allstarreview2
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.
