We had a great experience. We test drove around 4 cars, and went with the 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback. It was a fast and easy experience.

I just recently leased a Honda from these folks, and working with David Quach and Chyrlyn Alvarado was a real pleasure. They were up front with me about all the the leasing details and extremely helpful when I had questions (and I had a lot). I really highly recommend checking these folks out if you're considering a car purchase or lease!

I loved my 2020 Honda Accord CRV, and now I replaced it with new 2017 Accord. The salesman (Abdul S.) and the manager (Cody G.) were very friendly and helpful . I love my new car and I'm happy with the service at Superior.

No Concern For Customer Safety - topcity36
On 7/25 my wife and I visited O'Daniel Honda, it wasn't a great experience. When we got there we mentioned we'd been working with Mark Johnson (who did a good job by the way). We were asked to wait for Ryan to 'wrap up with his current customer' with the implication the wait wouldn't be very long. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes to then talk to Greg; not great. We then took a test-drive with Greg who was okay. We ended up not purchasing a CR-V from O'Daniel, I'll go into why below.
We went into this car search pretty certain we'd purchase a CR-V, my wife has wanted a CR-V for several years. After working with Mark and getting a great deal we'd planned on doing a test drive, it'd been a few years since she did her last test drive, and then buy the car on Monday. Unfortunately, from the minute we arrived it was abundantly clear the dealership's focus wasn't on the community's nor on the customer's safety. There was nobody wearing a mask, other than us, at O'Daniel. Nobody. In the middle of a pandemic. Nobody. When we went on the test drive with Greg he made a few cracks about being unable to breathe with the mask on. We said nothing; because it doesn't matter you need to wear a mask. More importantly, jokes like that encourage people who legitimately believe mask usage makes breathing significantly more difficult. When we went to both Toyota and Subaru their ENTIRE staff was required to wear masks and were wearing them correctly. COVID-19 is no joke, it is unfortunate O'Daniel Honda doesn't chose to protect its customers, let alone staff, by mandating masks. Hopefully soon there's a vaccine and/or treatment for COVID-19 soon and this will be a moot point. However, until then, if anybody asks me about my car buying experience I'll be making a point to tell them about the lack of concern for the staff and customers at O'Daniel Honda.

We were traveling in a rented Expedition and decided that we really liked the vehicle. We spent the night in North Platte, NE and noticed Bull Summers Ford. We walked around the lot at night and looked at their Expedition/Navigator inventory. Compared to some other dealerships that we have looked at since, they had a great selection. We went back the next day and talked to Rich who really took care of us. We found a slightly used 2019 Navigator L and fell in love with it. We worked out a deal pretty quick and had a lot of fun with the finance team then drove the like-new Navigator home...Which is in Indiana!
If They Won't Take Trade-In's They Don't Deserve My Business - sambethune
Wanted to trade my 2004 Toyota Prius for a used 2007 Toyota Camry because I wanted a bigger car. I drove the Camry and liked it; then I was told that the management does not allow trade-ins on cars priced under $5,000 (which this particular Camry was due to high mileage). Obviously the dealer can set whatever policies they want but this strikes me as really dumb and it means they're not really interested in doing business with me. Many families like mine have both a new car and an old car and based on this dealer's policies when I am ready to trade our new car for another new car I will not be looking to do it with this dealer.
I should also mention that the salesperson told me "at least we have a basis of contact and I will keep checking with you to see if you sold your Prius and want to buy the Camry outright. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from him. I guess I was right and my business didn't really matter much to them.
