I have owned and driven Honda vehicles over 15 years. Over that time, only Superior Honda of Omaha has provided both scheduled and very infrequent unscheduled maintenance to my vehicles. Most recently, I went to get my oil changed and as a part of my vehicle upkeep spent time with my service advisor going over preventive maintenance of my vehicle (2008 Ridgeline). What stands out most about my experience it is the service provided by Dennis Heath. Dennis is like the 'family physician' of my vehicle, and this is so greatly appreciated! The time he spends looking back at archived maintenance, current needs, and consideration to future preventive measures goes so far beyond what I first experience my FIRST time working with another service advisor 15 years ago. I was referred specifically to Dennis simply because...he cares. While Dennis may "old school" in my book, it is his interpersonal full-service mindset and years of experience with vehicles that makes him such an important part of my vehicle's ongoing performance. I cannot recommend him more as a service advisor. I urge patrons to inquire about the vehicle he restored, I think you will understand why (after seeing this) he is so good at what he does. Purchase of new 2018 Odyssey EX-L - markhein53
I purchased a new 2018 Odyssey EX-L on July 9, 2018 from David Quach. This was an internet purchase. I live in the Des Moines area about two hours from this dealership. I obtained quotes from dealers in 5 states and David gave me the best quote and made it worth it to travel two hours to purchase the vehicle. I had never seen or driven the vehicle until arriving at the dealership to purchase it after interacting with David through phone calls and emails. All my interactions with him were positive. After we arrived at the dealership we test drove the Odyssey and David explained and showed us all the features of the vehicle. We were pleased with all the time he took to ensure we knew how to use all the features. He also told us he would send us videos of the features in case we forgot how to do something. True to his word we have received those videos. The vehicle was clean inside and out (as it should be). The paperwork was ready to go. Tari Brewer helped us with the paperwork and walked us through it. She offered different options and explained them well. We didn't buy any of the options but based on her explanations we are still thinking about them. This was a great buying experience. I would definitely buy from David again and I have already shared my buying experience with family and friends and have recommended him to them. Price was our driving factor. I recommend getting as many quotes as you can. If you contact David I hope you have the same great experience that we did. They got a five because they worked with me on every angle of the sale. See four of my family members have bought from here and they treated them right. So I thought I would give them a try. I was looking for something specific and Ryan Dye helped me find the perfect pickup for me. He was very patient flexible to set up a test drive. Katie Rupp was awesome making sure I was contacted after I sent request for information through ft he website. She even made sure to help me when I got to the dealership. Ryan and Katie made the experience feel awesome, looking and buying the vehicle. Then to top it off Milt in Finance is fun spirited, great personality, and genuinely cares for your business! If They Won't Take Trade-In's They Don't Deserve My Business - sambethune
Wanted to trade my 2004 Toyota Prius for a used 2007 Toyota Camry because I wanted a bigger car. I drove the Camry and liked it; then I was told that the management does not allow trade-ins on cars priced under $5,000 (which this particular Camry was due to high mileage). Obviously the dealer can set whatever policies they want but this strikes me as really dumb and it means they're not really interested in doing business with me. Many families like mine have both a new car and an old car and based on this dealer's policies when I am ready to trade our new car for another new car I will not be looking to do it with this dealer.
I should also mention that the salesperson told me "at least we have a basis of contact and I will keep checking with you to see if you sold your Prius and want to buy the Camry outright. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from him. I guess I was right and my business didn't really matter much to them.
