I recently purchased a vehicle from Key Lebanon & cannot say enough positive things to express my gratitude.
When I found the Jeep online that I was looking for, I was a little nervous on the drive there because I do not typically like or trust salesmen. Then I met James. The minute I met him I liked him right away. He was so down to earth & welcoming. James went above and beyond my expectations. He told me all of the little things that dealerships usually don't and added a human, not the typical robotic, factor that I appreciated.
The Jeep I purchased was missing a bezel on the front & when we brought it to his attention, he not only ordered it right away & paid for it himself, he had it sent right to my house.

I have been bring my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to this dealership since it was new which now the vehicle has 108,000 miles. I brought the Jeep in for service in January of this year for a loud grinding noise coming from the brakes. I had since January brought it back '5' separate times for the same issue. Each time that I picked the vehicle up from the dealership and drove just down the road I had to turn around each time because the issue wasn't resolved. Each time I have picked up the vehicle I was notified by the service manager that everything looks good and there is no sound. I would turn around each time and have the service manager ride with me in the vehicle and every time it was stated that "I didn't hear that when I drove the car, it's not supposed to do that". I was then after the fifth time having it serviced that the Jeep is safe to drive though the brakes are not stopping the vehicle.

Wouldn't honor previous deal after credit was pulled TWICE - reggie11
Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through.
They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all
