I bought my car from Foss 4 months ago. It appears as though when they received my car from the dealership they traded with, they didn't inspect the underside of my car. The AC drain for my 2018 Jeep Compass was not connected and that led to the AC draining into my car and soaking my floormats. When I called Foss to fix this issue they told me they don't do weekend appointments and that they couldn't help me for two weeks. That was very discouraging given that I bought my car from this dealership, thought there would be more loyalty. Especially given how poorly I was treated when I purchased my car, the whole reason I even got the car I have because of some shady business dealings by one of Foss' salesmen. I would just avoid this dealership, don't buy from them and don't go to them for service. I will not be returning to them ever again.

I will never use this dealership again. My Dodge Avenger has corrosion on the hood starting from the factory seam. It is a known issue willth them. I called to make an appointment they said it would just be denied but if I insisted they would take pictures and send them to Chrysler. I went in Monday at 10am for the appointment. They took the pictures and said they would send them out to Chrysler to see if they would replace the hood. I received a call from the service department less than 24hrs later saying it won’t be covered. I found this to be odd that they got a response that quick. I called Chrysler myself and they had no records from Mariano’s about my case nor did they have the pictures! The lady I spoke to was upset that they did this to me and said they know we stand by our product and just replaced a hood on another avenger through them for the same reason. She also said it takes 1-2 business days to hear back from Chrysler not less than 24hrs. They have a specialist now handling my case. I will never go back to Bob Mariano’s.

I recently purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler from a private party. During my checks on the vehicle I found 2 recalls open on the vehicle so I contacted Allen Mello Dodge/Jeep service. I told them the situation and we made an appointment to have the vehicle brought in to take care of this. As I mentioned I did not buy this vehicle there and was never a customer of this dealership prior.
I showed up, they took all the information needed and performed the recall service without question. Very friendly representative who took care of the paperwork and pleasant to deal with. While there I had them do an oil change, considering it is a dealership I think the price for the oil change was acceptable. They recommended some services for the next oil change which I would expect from any good repair facility.
I will use this service department in the future for repairs I cannot perform, I found them to be friendly and fast in their service. I expected to wait 4 hours, I was there for about 2.

The entire sales experience was easy, smooth and enjoyable! There wasn't any hard and fast sales tactics that made you feel uncomfortable. From walking on the lot, to test driving, to driving home with our new vehicle, everything was relaxed, friendly and even fun! Chris, Joe and Ted were great to work with! Plus they were very competitively priced, which was originally he reason why I contacted them and drove an hour from home to work with them. I'm thankful I did!

Warranty should be honored, calls returned. If they wait it will expire and nothing is done. How can you expect repeat buyers when sevice is poor to nonexistant.

Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through.
They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all

From the minute we walked in, my wife and I were made to feel very welcome. Lambert isn't like most dealers in that they don't pounce like vultures. They were very friendly and let my wife and I make up our own mind.
Working with Casey Bonas was great. Straight shooter who takes care of his customers. I recommend talking to him. When we couldn't get our car insurance agent on the phone (it was on a Saturday), they offered us a loaner to drive until Monday since we were trading in our other vehicle. It was a very nice Malibu.
We decided on a 2015 Jeep Compass and have been so pleased with it. During the brutal winter of 2014/2015 it had no problems handling the snow and ice.
