I am not sure about the sales side, but DO NOT take your vehicle to them for service. They are underhanded, they took TWO WEEKS to cut and program a simple key, (that's after they did it wrong TWICE), and my vehicle was damaged afterwards and they took no responsibility. I gave them one star because i couldn't give them less. If it takes them two weeks to make a key i can't imagine how long it would take them to do other things.

I have to admit that Foss Motors really impressed me. What you don't know is that I went to a NH Nissan dealership the night before looking to buy a car. I was treated like a moron and neither the salesman nor his manager would not listen to what I wanted. They wanted to sell me a Dodge Caravan years older then the one I was driving, instead of the Nissan Moranu I wanted to purchase brand new. My sales man, John Tomaszewski, at Foss Motors was totally respectful, and has the best listening skills of all the salesmen that I have ever dealt with in my whole life. He put me in the perfect car that meets my every needs. I decided to go Pre-Owned until I knew without certainty that this is what I really wanted. I will go back to Foss Motors and John Tomaszewski to buy a brand new Jeep Cherokee in the near future. Never ever having used the Service Department before I can't rate that yet, but my friend Marcy Giallongo has and speaks highly of it. She was the one that influenced me to go to Foss Motors and buy a Jeep and I am so very happy I did.

I stopped in to the Berlin Ford Dealer and spoke with a salesman on 12/27/18 and he took notes on mu 2015 Ford Escape regarding a possible trade-in.It is now 1/6/19 and so far I have not received one reply or trade offer.

Ok so all of their good reviews are because they offer you a better extended warrenty if you write one.
I never write bad reviews but I’ve never hated a company more. I’m also not a person who claims they never write bad reviews and does them constantly, I’m 100% a writer of good reviews when they need to be heard because nobody ever says nice things about companies.
They told me if I got the extended warrenty and one of my tires pops then all four would be replaced because I am all wheel drive, SURPRISE! They just didn’t expect me to find out that that is not true whatsoever. Warrenty covers the affected tire and you have to pay for the rest!

You obviously cannot get rid of an extended warrenty so I’m paying an extra 4K at the end of my loan just for someone’s commission!
Now my car is making a terrible noise and I had to wait two weeks to drop it off and ten minutes later they called me to tell me I should bring it to a Subaru dealership because since they aren’t Subaru they won’t cover the warrenty costs.
So now I am picking it up and bringing it to Subaru which I could have done two weeks ago.
They also claim if you get your oil changes done there only they’ll fix your engine if it dies, I have no proof that’s not true but they make you wait two weeks for an oil change, prob hoping you make an appointment somewhere else.
I literally am beyond disappointed with Allen Mello.

I reached out to this dealership through their online form as it was after business hours. I briefly laid out what I was looking for, and gave specific instructions to only contact me by email if they were able to find what I was looking for. I received a reply that they could not find what i was looking for, but wanted to sell me a new model custom ordered. When in all actuality the new model doesn't come with everything I was looking for. I ignored this response as I was busy. Over the course of approximately a months time I received several emails and phone calls even though I specifically asked not to be called. After an inquiry with another dealership didn't work out (about two weeks prior) I decided to reach out to Hillsboro, NH Chrysler again. I wrote a stern yet respectful email to the salesperson who had been calling and emailing me over the past month. In the email I stated that I was some what annoyed with her failure to follow my request, but would be willing to work with her if she could get exactly what I was looking for without playing any games. I sent a link of the exact vehicle I desired which was for sale, but unfortunately across the country.
Now here comes the extremely appalling and unethical part. Approximately 15 minutes after I sent that email I began to receive HUNDREDS of phone calls, texts, and emails from other dealerships and services that apparently my information was entered into without my consent. They used areas where it was obvious I would receive the most contacts like Boston, MA. I spoke to the manager who refused to take any responsibility, and was adamant nobody on his sales team used my information to attack me as such. It's possible this may have been a team effort as some of the services I was signed up for had my name misspelled and others did not.
If I could give negative stars I would. This dealership would not be recommend by me to my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and sanity and steer clear of this place!
Wouldn't honor previous deal after credit was pulled TWICE - reggie11
Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through.
They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all

From the minute we walked in, my wife and I were made to feel very welcome. Lambert isn't like most dealers in that they don't pounce like vultures. They were very friendly and let my wife and I make up our own mind.
Working with Casey Bonas was great. Straight shooter who takes care of his customers. I recommend talking to him. When we couldn't get our car insurance agent on the phone (it was on a Saturday), they offered us a loaner to drive until Monday since we were trading in our other vehicle. It was a very nice Malibu.
We decided on a 2015 Jeep Compass and have been so pleased with it. During the brutal winter of 2014/2015 it had no problems handling the snow and ice.
