I used to sell cars many years ago and I know it is not easy and of course everyone hates to talk with a salesperson, until they need something. He did a super job. No pressure on his part. Every time I have needed service, Bret has been super helpful, nice and even took the time to speak with me about getting out of my EV choice after I learned how poor the battery performs during winter up here. He is lovely to work with and makes the service/maintenance side of owning a subaru more enjoyable

Stopped by with my granddaughter looking to buy a new or used car March 18, 2026. A woman ran to the door to met us. She told us her name was Abby Harris. As we sat down she noticed another customer that apparently she wanted to deal with more than us and let us know by the heavy sighs and eye rolling. She couldn't answer any of the questions I asked such as current deals on new vehicles vs used vehicles. She just kept saying I only am here to help you find the perfect car! Well darling the perfect car has a lot of variables like price-financing and warranties. I was ready to purchase a car that day but this 'salesperson' sat behind her computer asking me for my phone number and email etc. We left and did purchase a car that day from a local dealership that knew the inventory - made us feel welcome and appreciated! Just wanted you to know-you lost a sale that day- and I will tell everyone I know where the best place to buy a car is and it is not Exeter Subaru!

Avoid this dealership and service department. They will sell you an absolute lemon, with a slick smile, and expect you to be happy with it. The absolute bottom of the barrel beings populate this place. Shop for, purchase, and service your vehicle elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
