Love my Crosstrek! - nikivl
I knew I wanted a Crosstrek after driving my son's. It was just a matter of where I would purchase it. Mack Connor answered all my questions and gave me options! No high pressure sales! Granite was willing to work with me and my budget!. So now we have an Outback, Impreza and 2 Cosstreks in the family!

A word to the wise - WiseBuyer
Just a word to the wise about Belknap Subaru. I’ve found that the sales staff at this dealership refrains from using high-pressure tactics when you visit them to purchase a car. That can be a “good thing”, but like everything, it has caveats. You will be offered a non-negotiable price that is “fair”. And I use “fair” in both meanings of the word. Their price is “fair” in that they don’t try to gouge you. But it is also “fair” in the sense that it is NOT a great price, it is only middle of the road. Chances are you can get a much better price at another dealership, if you are willing to pay the “price” of dealing with high-pressure tactics and hard-bargaining.

Fantastic Service Department - MelinaS
I brought my Cross Trek in for a routine service and always appreciate the attentiveness of the employees and the comfort of the waiting area.
Amazing service on my overall Outback repair needs - Bsmuda
When my dashboard turned into a flashing Christmas tree on the way to Mount Snow I brought my car to Keene. Ryan the tech and his service manager promptly got my car in and found the issues. Yes I admit I neglected to have some parts replaced a few miles back and they noted and replaced those. More importantly my transmission had gone on my 6 cylinder 2013 outback. I received a loaner outback (very nice limited 4cyl package) and was on my way. A short time after I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up. Much appreciate the fast and friendly service here in Keene!
oil Change - DTL Forester
I called today to see if they had any openings for an oil change. The girl who answered the phone, said yes, they would fit me in. She asked me what time and I gave her 11:30. I was in and out within an hour!
Best car buying experience.....EVER! - Lmvanv
From beginning to end it was painless. I was not planning to get a new or used car but had no choice when the cost of repairs on the old car was more than it’s value. I live in a rural area and knew another sedan just wouldn’t be good in New Hampshire winters. Several friends suggested Subaru, actually everyone I asked suggested Subaru. So...dreading the car buying process I went to Profile Subaru, prepared to “do battle” with a pushy sales person fearing they would try to talk me into an expensive new car that I didn’t want or need because they had to meet a sales quota or something similar. That’s NOT what happened. When I arrived I was pleasantly and professionally greeted by Jim Curran. When I told him I was just looking he left me alone to look, not hovering over my shoulder. When I had questions he was very helpful, knew the answers and I felt like it would be OK to open up conversion about why I was looking. Before I arrived I was sure I’d be seen as an old lady they could take advantage of, that’s how my last several car buying experiences had gone. I’ve been buying cars for more than fifty years and they were all the same......until I went to Profile Subaru. WOW what a difference,! Nice people, no pressure, very knowledgeable, fair pricing. As Jim and I drove several cars I could tell he had a good since of what I needed, even more than I did. He suggested a 2016 Outback with only 24,000 miles. It had everything I wanted and then some!!! Jim explained all the bells and whistles, what they were for and how to use them. Then we talked price and I was prepared for the usual nightmare negotiations that go along with buying a car. NOPE none of that either. The price he quoted was way below market value, less than I wanted to pay and then there was an additional $3,500 off. Plus they included the 30,000 mile service, a new set of tires, the balance of the new car warranty and the roadside assistance plan, and training whenever I need it on the bells and whistles. Dealing with Profile Subaru, Jim Curran and Jeremy Roy was a wonderful experience that I will recommend to everyone !!! Thank you Jim, Jeremy and Profile !!
Surreal experience - casey
40 days later and I cant register my new Subaru. No help, from dealership! Friendly until they get your money. After that you're on your own. No registration equals a car you must pay for and won't be able to drive. I won't ever do business with any Subaru dealership anymore because of Dan O Brien Subaru
Refuses to repair damage found during test drive on 3-9-2019 - Wallace
Negotiated a price on line. Went to purchase a 2014 RAV4 XLE on 3-9-2019 noticed body damage that dealership did not put on Car Fax. Dealership said they would repair all damages at no additional cost.
They put the car in the body shop and said I will be ready in 10-12 days. 12 days later I get a call stating they decided not to fix the damage because of the cost. I reminded them we had a signed purchase and sales agreement and an email stating they would fix the damage at no extra cost . I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. Dealership said they no longer have the vehicle that it was wholesaled. the Owners of this dealership very Dishonest and that dishonesty has made it's way through the whole dealership. Avoid this dealership at all cost
Awful Customer Service - Christine M
If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I bought my car in April of 2014, my salesman was Ben and he was wonderful knowledgeable and easy to work with. The zero comes from the customer service counter any time my car has ever had to go back to Subaru for anything. I purchased a warranty for the interior of my car just in case any of the seats got stains in them I couldn't get out. The first time I got my car detailed there was a spot that didn't budge, I asked Subaru about it and the service counter said if the detail person I had couldn't get the stain out there is nothing different they can do, with zero attempt or follow up after that. I mentioned that my car never really gets cold with the AC on high anywhere other than right in front of the vent and they said well its cold in front of the vent so that's the best it will do.. Fine I deal with a warm car because I do know I drive a great car safety and reliability wise and that is more important. When my car only had 30,000 miles on it they told me my tires were unsafe and I needed new ones and they told me about the ones they recommend there. I saved up and spent the $750 on brand new all season Yokohama tires that I was told were rated for 75,000 miles. I recently went back to have a safety recall fixed and was told I needed brand new $750 tires after my last ones had only gone 26,000 miles!!! Along with $854 for just my back break pads and rotors and one caliper that might be frozen. I was told my car is unsafe and the work is urgent but I passed on them doing it that day because that break price is ridiculous and the unsafe tires they sold me. The dealership told me I had to contact Subaru of America and gave me the number. I tried to call it and it was the wrong number I had to call back and get the correct number, I called Subaru of America and they told me I had to talk to Yokohama directly and transferred me over only for Yokohama to tell me they do not speak with consumers and I needed to go through the DEALERSHIP! I called the dealership again and they said they had never heard that and they couldn't help. I called back Subaru of America and the representative there told me he would start the case number for me and then transfer me back to Yokohama. Yokohama immediately said they had no case number or file for the clear defect in my tires and once again couldn't help me I had to use the dealership. I called the dealership back for the third time and was told if I could show every receipt of all work done on my tires since I bought them they MIGHT be able to help I called back Subaru of America about the case they had already started for me and I said I was never told I would have to keep a perfect paper trail of my tires being rotated when I bought them. I do have the papers for every time Subaru has worked on my car or the one time I had my windshield replaced but with minor things like breaks and tire rotations I choose to support local mechanics and also have a certified mechanic in my family that can do those things as a much more reasonable price (Compared to the $854 quote for rear breaks as example) so basically I was talked into buying $750 tires because they were supposed to last me so long. They made it 26,000 miles and oh well the joke is on me for trusting the service department that sold them to me. I love my car but the customer service I have been given every time the service department has had to look at it has been so awful that I am just going to save up for a cash down payment to go with my trade in Forrester with only 56,600 miles on it for a Toyota. I will never own a Subaru or Yokohama tires again it is has EVERYTHING to do with Subaru and Yokohama customer service.
Don't waste your time here - Unimpreza'ed
First off, notice how there are no reviews in over 7 months for this dealership. I did quite a bit of research looking into a 2018 Subaru Impreza 2.0i 4dr. sedan CVT. I was emailing numerous dealerships, negotiating the selling price of the car. Vasiliy was very responsive and answered questions, but when it came to asking for a purchase or lease agreement he wouldn't send me one with the info and fees outlining details for the vehicle. He "assured' me that there was no hidden fees, but I wanted the paperwork in hand from Vasiliy so if I went to the dealership he couldn't change the numbers or not give me what we agreed upon. This isn't my first time dealing with sales people. Once I got the price I wanted for the Impreza, I confirmed the selling price I asked for a lease agreement. What does Vasiliy do?! He sends me a blank copy of a lease agreement, no numbers, no fees, just a blank photo copy of a lease. It was all smoke in mirrors. He would not offer me such an agreement because all he wanted me to do was come to the dealership so he could not honor his price. What a waste of time. Go give someone else your business, do not go to this dealership.
Mike Salesman Great / Jeff Finance - Not Great - Clarkvt
We bought a "used" 2016 Subaru Cross Trek from Ed Reilly. Worked out great with Mike the Salesman. Polite, professional and fair. When we went to the finance meeting with Jeff, he would NOT stop pushing to up-sell me with the extended warranty. I had to say NO 5 times even to his "employee" rate. Asking me why I did not want it. I told him that I was buying what I thought was a quality and trustworthy car. If I thought I would need a warranty, I would not want the car. The funds saved on the warranty I would use to have my local guy fix what is wrong. He kept telling me that the same Chinese manufacturer that is used for Chevy's electronics are the same ones used for Subaru electronics. He said he just had to have his Subaru wheel bearings replaced at a cost of $ 1,600 and with the extended warranty he did not have to pay anything. I was really surprised to find a Subaru employee trashing Subaru's just to up-sell. He made me feel like the person int he wrong because I did not by the warranty. Not happy the purchase process!
