I really appreciated this dealership, friendly, they follow through, I wasn’t buying brand new and my trade was not new by any stretch. The staff was exemplary even though I changed my mind on trading several times, they rolled with it really.well. I have had many Subarus but never one from Tri City- I will go back and definitely recommend.

Stopped by with my granddaughter looking to buy a new or used car March 18, 2026. A woman ran to the door to met us. She told us her name was Abby Harris. As we sat down she noticed another customer that apparently she wanted to deal with more than us and let us know by the heavy sighs and eye rolling. She couldn't answer any of the questions I asked such as current deals on new vehicles vs used vehicles. She just kept saying I only am here to help you find the perfect car! Well darling the perfect car has a lot of variables like price-financing and warranties. I was ready to purchase a car that day but this 'salesperson' sat behind her computer asking me for my phone number and email etc. We left and did purchase a car that day from a local dealership that knew the inventory - made us feel welcome and appreciated! Just wanted you to know-you lost a sale that day- and I will tell everyone I know where the best place to buy a car is and it is not Exeter Subaru!
