He was very familiar and able to communicate the features and functionality of my new Outback Wilderness. I had gone in there this past weekend and went to look at the new Outback. I was met immediately as I had walked in and was shown a new Outback to test drive fairly quickly. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle as Im just beginning my search but if I do decide to go with Subaru I will definitely be purchasing from Amherst Subaru. The main reason was that I didnt feel pressured to say yes right then and there and everyone on staff was friendly.

I wanted to get a Subaru for a while now. I found a low mileage 2025 Impreza. The Sale's woman Abigail Harris was outstanding. There was never a problem and or any pushing to get a more expensive vehicle. She worked with what i wanted and did a xxxx of a job. She was or should i say is a very kind and lovely young woman who did her job as a true professional. She made buying a new car fun and a great experience. (That is hard to find when buying a car). I am very happy with the car i got and very happy with the way i got it. It was a truly good experience

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Jessica quoted me a price on a 2025 Subaru and confirmed it via email. Before we drove there, Emily confirmed the price over the phone. We rearranged our day to pick up the car, brought a check and when we arrived, Jesse came out and said the price has increased. How can a dealer do that when their employees confirmed the price by email and verbally? Suggest you stay away!
