This is the second time I have leased a vehicle at Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater. This time, as with the first, the experience was totally professional and without pressure. Spencer Rudloff was very professional and really knew the attributes of the Q50. He spent the time to go over the details of the car and I was able to test drive any particular model in order to really understand their differences.
When it came to the pricing there was some back and forth - this is expected. However, there was absolutely no pressure and no "hard sell" from the management. Spencer handled the complete transaction.
Deliver of the car was just as well managed. All of the necessary information was provided on-line or email and when I arrived at the showroom all was ready.
I left the showroom with a new car, all the documentation and a tour of the car guided by Spencer.
I would not hesitate recommending Catena of Bridgewater and Spencer Rudloff to anyone looking for a new Infiniti - or any new car for that matter.
Their service department is a five-star operation as well.

Made a good deal on a 2018 QX60 AWD with driver assistance package with Carey Jackson, and picked up the car yesterday. The whole transaction was quick and smooth; only involved a test drive a few weeks ago, and a few phone/text/email conversations to confirm a final price, and spent a few hours in showroom to verify the new car and signed some papers, then off to home; the whole experience was great, and the price was better than my expectation.

price wise, Holman infiniti has great deals.
however when I purchased certified infiniti vehicle from dealer on end of aug, and it took until mid October to get the title registered with CT DMV. no one communicates with you once you are out of the door. I was charged extra amount for registration fee on top of documentation fee, which they promised to return once everything's finalized, but still nothing
unless you are buying from NJ where you can be on top of registration process, I would stay away

I wondered why the customer experience had declined so much since Brian left. After multiple errors and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who was honest and shared with me that they are no longer an Infinite dealership. They are not legally allowed to do warranty repair work on your Infiniti dealership. So very sad things have deteriorated so much. Steer clear.
