I just purchased an Infinity QX60 2020 from Ray Catena in New Jersey and was incredibly happy with their customer service and attention that was given to me not only from Keith the sales representative, but from the dealership’s manager Joe too.
Keith Wilhelmy helped me through the process and was really accommodating to my needs and he was also very patient with me. He was never overly pushy like I would expect most salespeople to be. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ryan Y. about 1.5 weeks ago. A few days after purchase, our area rained for 3 days — During the 3 days of rain, the car began leaking water INSIDE onto the dashboard. The water was leaking from the front ceiling near the front windshield into the car on the dashboard. Eventually, after days of water flooding in the car it finally gave out and the car didn’t even start. No lights no engine start nothing.
For real what kind of car that’s barely been driven leaks water INSIDE.

I wondered why the customer experience had declined so much since Brian left. After multiple errors and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who was honest and shared with me that they are no longer an Infinite dealership. They are not legally allowed to do warranty repair work on your Infiniti dealership. So very sad things have deteriorated so much. Steer clear.
