This is the fourth time im buying a car and it’s the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Listened to me and what I want without forcing me into something and telling me what I should get. I was very surprised at this. Great job here! He was both my finance person and the sales person. This made me so comfortable and I relaxed the entire time while he took care of everything making sure he matches my budget. My first impression was that he is an honest car sales man which I had never seen before. Thanks Daymond! You will definitely have my business again.

I was a customer of Flemington Car & Truck Company for over 30 years. During my last lease the dealership I was utilizing was sold. As my lease came to maturity I was given the opportunity to return to Flemington Car & Truck Company through their Fleminton Infiniti Dealership. I knew both the Manager, Steve Kylie and the Salesman, Robert Presuto from my previous experiences and leapt at the opportunity immediately. I have just leased a 2018 Infinity G50 and am so pleased to be back "home" again. The level of professionalism and courtesy is unsurpassed. It is a good feeling for me to know that I am again with people I can trust and rely on. On my second infinity, Don Lotano was my salesperson on my first Q50 and just last week , while in for an oil change, bumped into Don in the show room...needless to say, I picked up my new QX50 last Thursday.
He made the first experience memorable, so I knew if another car was to be needed, I would look for Don to help with the next transaction. His knowledge of his product and easy sales approach made this purchase even better than the first.

I can not rave enough about Tom Horan and his invaluable assistance in my purchase of a certified 2017 Q50. I first met Tom 14 years ago when he was an internet sales manager and got called out to assist me at Infiniti of Flemington. What a rewarding experience!! With his outstanding experience and knowledge, he was able to assist me in my decision and I left that day with a 2002 certified pre-owned I 35. He also stayed long after the dealership closed that night to make sure I understood the car's features before I left. That type of personal service, professionalism, and caring makes an impression.
Fast forward 14 years. I'm ready to trade in the I 35 and I'm perusing the lot at Infiniti of Bridgewater. On a car's dashboard I see a paper with Tom Horan's name on it. Of course I had to go in and found the exact same considerate and thoughtful person. The rest is history, Tom, again, provided extraordinary assistance, guidance, and consideration for all my many questions and concerns. He goes the extra mile... even to checking that my I 35 was completely emptied... and discovered I neglected to remove my EZPass. Before I left with the new care, he again spent considerable time explaining many of the new features, which I admit, fried my brain but I can return anytime with my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. This was a really enjoyable experience ... thanks to him. Thank you Tom Horan!!!

A Pleasant Experience From Beginning to End - WMD
We visited Holman Infiniti to look at some of the late model, low mileage, precertified Q50s they had advertised online. Upon arriving, we were impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have Anderson Douglas show us the car we were primarily interested in and answer all of our questions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about not only the Q50 but the other, non-Infinity models we were considering as well. When it came time to discuss price they were very fair, the internet price was honored (plus tax, tags, and registration fees, as expected), there were no additional, made up fees thrown in to artificially inflate the price of the car above the asking price. I have found myself sitting in many different car dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can remember.
We picked up the car on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Upon arriving home we noticed that there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I called Anderson and brought this to his attention and he told me it would be in the mail first thing Monday morning. I was hoping to get it by the end of the week. Tuesday morning the owners manual was delivered to my house followed by a call from Anderson on Wednesday just to make sure I received it. Anderson is a man of his word and a terrific guy to do business with.

My son and I stopped by Douglas Infinity to look at the Q60 Coupe, and while we were looking over the cars in the showroom, Carey Jackson introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions that we had. Before we realized it, we were sitting in his office going over their inventory of Q60’s, and it felt as if we had known Carey for years already! He was just so down to earth and easy going; I can actually say that at no time during the two hours we spent with him, did we ever feel any pressure whatsoever!
What we came to realize is that Carey is truly a consummate gentleman and professional. He went far beyond our expectations in locating a Q60 that not only fit within our budget, but had the color and options that we wanted! We could not have asked for a more pleasurable car buying experience! Douglas Infinity and Carey Jackson are top notch, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painless, enjoyable car buying experience!

I wondered why the customer experience had declined so much since Brian left. After multiple errors and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who was honest and shared with me that they are no longer an Infinite dealership. They are not legally allowed to do warranty repair work on your Infiniti dealership. So very sad things have deteriorated so much. Steer clear.
