I recently purchased a new INFINITI QX65 Sport from Ramsey INFINITI, and I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the buying experience. I had been shopping several luxury SUVs and spent quite a bit of time comparing different models, pricing, features, and financing options. I ultimately chose the QX65 Sport because it offered the combination I was looking for—great styling, a premium interior, strong technology and features, and a comfortable but sporty driving experience. The QX65 really stood out to me once I had the opportunity to see and drive it in person. Just as important as the vehicle was finding the right dealership. I spoke with and visited other dealerships during my search, and what stood out about Ramsey INFINITI was how much more straightforward and professional the experience felt. I was looking for a competitive deal, but I also wanted transparency and to feel like I was dealing with people who valued my business rather than simply trying to close a sale. Daniel Marte was a huge part of what made this experience so positive. From the first conversation, Daniel was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to walk me through the QX65 Sport, answer all of my questions, and work with me throughout the pricing and negotiation process. There was no high-pressure sales approach, and I always felt like Daniel was working with me rather than against me. That made a big difference, especially after shopping around. Jose, the Sales Manager, also deserves a lot of credit. He was straightforward and professional during the negotiation and made a real effort to put together a deal that made sense for me. I appreciated that he was willing to have a direct conversation about the numbers rather than playing the typical back-and-forth dealership games. The final deal was competitive, and I felt good about the value I received. The biggest difference between Ramsey INFINITI and some of the other dealerships I considered was the overall experience. From the initial conversation, through the negotiation, and ultimately taking delivery of the QX65 Sport, I felt respected and valued as a customer. That's not something I take for granted when buying a new vehicle. If you're shopping for a QX65—or any INFINITI—I would absolutely recommend giving Ramsey INFINITI a chance. I would specifically recommend asking for Daniel Marte and working with Jose. They made the difference between simply buying a car and actually having a great car-buying experience. I'm extremely happy with my QX65 Sport and very glad I chose Ramsey INFINITI. Five stars all around!

Terrible service. They were not honest about the severity of the problem with my Infiniti QX60 and overcharged me for repairs. My husband caught the technician charging $700 more than what he quoted. Thank god we caught that. If they had been honest, I would have considered buying a new or pre-owned vehicle, which would have been much more lucrative for the dealership. Now I will never purchase from or recommend this dealer to anyone again. We originally bought from them before Ciocca took over. Since then, the dealership has been poorly run and isn't interested in keeping customers. I do want to buy another Infiniti, but definitely not from Ciocca Infiniti of Flemington.

Alie Lopez was my sales person, she was very accommodating and knowledgeable with the vehicles, was able to give me a good deal and made it a pleasure once again to continue dealing with Ray Catena Dealerships.
