Dave is a wealth of knowledge, extremely polite, considerate and no pressure. A lot of times at the dealership, it feels like a game of poker with the sales staff, but not with Dave. His knowledge, honesty, and transparency make working with him as stress free as possible. He also takes personal initiative during the process, which is very uncommon in car sales. Once the vehicle comes in, everything is ready for you and you head home. I would never go to another Ford Dealership. Fran Adellizi, Geoff Heap and Albert T are the best to deal with. Gabriel and Kevin are the best!! They spent all the time with me that I wanted, which was hours. I drove in and drove out with my 2014 Cadillac CT’s Luxury. I LOVE THIS CAR!! These two gentlemen are the absolute best. They are so professional and helpful. They showed me everything I mean everything on the car inside and out. They were honest, I needed a vehicle and it had to be something to get me to work and back. The dealership has need kind enough to let me know the shortcomings of the truck as well as even sweeten the deal a little bit by lowering the actual price a little, for all in all it was a good solid foundation ran good no other issues other than the brake cable which I can definitely replace and I'm happy with it. The entire process from looking at it to signing the papers was less than an hour and I was out within 2 hours driving the vehicle home. For those that Wonder they put paper plates on so you can leave right away once you add it to your insurance and then they'll mail you your real place in a few days to a week pretty good.

AJ was my salesman. He was very patient, he wasn't pushy, and took his time with me. I went to a few other dealerships before going to Route 4 Auto Exchange, and everywhere else, I had to walk around the lot by myself until someone finally decided I might be worth their time - or they were so pushy that I left. Anyway, I decided on a car and Alex helped me get a loan I could afford. I even told of my experience to a coworker and they bought a car from them as well.
