I bought a certified preowned 2022 Chevy Equinox Premier from salesman Bill Mann at Schumacher Chevrolet and couldn't be happier. Bill did not pressure me, and he spent a long time with me searching the inventory for the right car. I ended up looking at numerous other cars at competing dealerships and ended up going back to Schumacher and Bill Mann after all was said and done to buy the vehicle I originally looked at there. Bill Mann was recommended to me by a family friend, and he more than lived up to the recommendation. I would highly recommend Bill Mann and Schumacher Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car. Cristian and Shemar helped us tremendously while figuring out which VW to bring home as our new car! The first person that greeted us almost immediately was Cristian. He made us feel incredibly comfortable and worked so fast to get us cars to test drive. There was absolutely no pressure with him and we didn’t feel like we were with someone that “just wanted to sell us something.”He would constantly check on us and see if we were okay and needed anything as he would bring out different models for us to test out. Cristian stayed after closing to make sure that we were all set up, gave us his contact info so that we can still ask questions even after we left the lot. If you walk into this dealership, please look for him! Shemar also worked tirelessly with such kindness and laughter throughout the process. He and Christian were a great team and helped us get the most affordable deal in our price range. Though we wanted a certain model, Shemar suggested we look at another and that was the exact one that we ended up driving home the same day. Even while we were deciding, Shemar allowed us to take it off the lot for a few hours. We went back and forth a little, but by the end, we came to a priced that worked out best for our family. We are so grateful for their kindness, hard work, and dedication to making us feel heard and seen throughout the day.

Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased.
