Outstanding dealership, purchased my 2024 911 two years ago from them. Had it in for normal service several time since purchase. Treated me like a king, took care of my car and washed it. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and kind from the sales department, the service department and parts department. Top notch dealership.

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of - mgoldberg

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of Southampton. They are incompetent and do not know the first thing about customer service. My car was towed on Wendnesday with a flat. I was told they didn't have a tire in stock, would try to get it by Saturday (but admitted it likely couldn't be delivered even in 3 days), and I should try back on Tuesday (because they are closed Sunday and Monday). What car would I use for those five days? "We don't have a loaner, so you're on your own. Figure it out. See you Tuesday." What dealership doesn't stock its own tires and can't get them for days? Not a dealership you should use. And Dermot and Frank need some customer service lessons. STEAR CLEAR!
