Another great experience with Porsche Gold Coast! We recently purchased a pre-owned 2024 Porsche Macan GTS, and once again, the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. This is our third vehicle from this location, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The level of service has consistently exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Anton, Wade, and Nicole, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. They are professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely make you feel valued as a returning customer. After three purchases and three great experiences, Porsche Gold Coast has definitely earned our loyalty. I’ll be back when it’s time for my 911! 😉

We had an excellent experience at Porsche South Shore from beginning to end. Vincent was fantastic to work with. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help us understand the Porsche Cayenne. He gave us a long, unrushed test drive, which allowed us to really experience the car, and thoroughly explained its features and answered all of our questions. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He even gave us some Porsche goodies to take home, which was a very nice touch and made us feel valued as customers. The entire experience at Porsche South Shore was professional, welcoming, and high-end — exactly what we hoped for and expected from a Porsche dealership. We would absolutely recommend Porsche South Shore to anyone considering a Porsche!

Outstanding dealership, purchased my 2024 911 two years ago from them. Had it in for normal service several time since purchase. Treated me like a king, took care of my car and washed it. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and kind from the sales department, the service department and parts department. Top notch dealership.

Denied service under CPO warranty and was treated as if I didn't belong there. Went down the thruway a few exits and was treated with respect and repair was covered under CPO like it should have been to begin with.

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of - mgoldberg

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of Southampton. They are incompetent and do not know the first thing about customer service. My car was towed on Wendnesday with a flat. I was told they didn't have a tire in stock, would try to get it by Saturday (but admitted it likely couldn't be delivered even in 3 days), and I should try back on Tuesday (because they are closed Sunday and Monday). What car would I use for those five days? "We don't have a loaner, so you're on your own. Figure it out. See you Tuesday." What dealership doesn't stock its own tires and can't get them for days? Not a dealership you should use. And Dermot and Frank need some customer service lessons. STEAR CLEAR!
