First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town.
Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there.
So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!

We have been doing service with Riverhead Ford for 30 years. Purchased 3 cars from them. Purchased a Lincoln in 2019 because we liked the pick up delivery/car wash but its very difficult to get that service ( you need at least 3 weeks in advance notice) and when I do wind up dropping off my car because I could not get pick up it still does not get washed. I get a coupon for a wash but that's not the same. A little disappointing especially since you pay more for Lincoln service than Ford.

This review is for the service center. I have used them for 5 years, and it was fine. I spent thousands on maintenance and repairs on my F150 (expected repairs). Within 9 months I had the front and back brakes replaced and the rotors resurfaced. The front rotors warped after 6,000 miles. I had to have new rotors installed for $421 on top of the earlier bill of $370. Then I had the back pads replaced and rotors resurfaced. The rotors warped after 9,000 miles. They quoted replacing the rotors for approximately $600 after I paid close to $400 already for resurfacing/new pads. Why would they suggested resurfacing the rotors if it is not going to last for very long (this is all with 9 months). The Service guy acted aloof when I asked the question. For both sets to warp that quickly seems fishy. I have resurfaced other vehicles in the past with no issues. The truck is no used commercially and does not tow anything. They have lost a longtime customer and probably don't care.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I was running errands Sunday afternoon, and my car died in the CVS parking lot. Called my dealer but they were closed, so I walked down to the Arlington garage hoping they could help. Adam dropped everything , drove me back to my car, and jump-started it. Then I brought it to the garage where they tested and replaced the battery. I was back running errands in less than an hour total!
