Great experience at Keffer Mazda! Everyone from the initial phone call in internet sales to the finance department when signing paperwork was very friendly and helpful. Jason in sales was amazing, very knowledgeable, informative and low pressure while I test drove the different SUV's and the finance manager worked hard to get me an excellent interest rate. I highly recommend!

I worked with Chad and had a great experience. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and articulate. My new car was delivered to my home, and Flow picked up my trade-in, too. Chad made it clear that they would not be undersold and he stood by the sale, even sending a driver from Greensboro to the Raleigh area a second time to deliver my owner's manual and a few other items. My local dealer saw the price I got from Flow, admitted they couldn't get close, and told me that if I got that deal from Flow then I should take it. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Flow Mazda.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I WOULD! This is by far the BEST place to go when you are looking for a vehicle! I was having a difficult time finding the car I wanted, and Kevin & Ms. Frankie WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! They stayed several nights past closing with me, made phone calls to the banks, and they were honest with me every step of the way! I went into the dealership inexperienced, and a young woman who did not know much about financing a vehicle. Ms. Frankie sat down with me, explained all the different options, and let me know what she thought would be my best option. Their focus was not on getting me a car that would put more money in their pockets, but what was my best option considering the value, price, interest rate, and refinancing... and making sure I left out the door feeling happy and comfortable with my purchase.
It is very difficult to trust a salesman, when you know the ultimate goal is to make a sale, but these people are GOOD TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! If I lived out of town, I would travel in the future just to deal with them, as that is how comfortable I feel with them. I would recommend anyone I know to go see KEVIN and MS. FRANKIE!!! I had a few issues and concerns, and they did not have to help me but they did! I had already purchased the vehicle, and noticed a few things that had me concerned. Instead of telling me they couldn't do anything about it since I had already purchased the vehicle, they looked it over, agreed with me, and offered to fix everything! I would like to stress, they did not have to do this, as I already made the purchase, but it is clear that they value their customers and uphold the standards of the vehicles that they sell!! Ms. Frankie stated her ultimate goal was to have me and my husband happy with what we got, and she not only said that, but put it into action! They gave me a loaner vehicle while the vehicle I purchased was being repaired. If they were trying to scam me, they very well could have, however they did the right thing and allowed for me to pick a different vehicle or give them the chance to fix everything I was wanting fixed. Like I stated, I had already purchased the vehicle and didn't realize a few things until after the fact (that they were also unaware of), and they were extremely respectful and willing to help!
I had an issue with one of the tires, and Kevin met me well after they closed on the side of the road to help me change a tire, and then they ordered me all new tires because of the inconvenience. I was SHOCKED at that act of kindness I was not expecting! I don't know any other car salesman you could call at 8:45pm at night and they come meet you to help you put a spare tire on your vehicle, after spending hours with you at the dealership already.
It is truly amazing and unbelievable at how great of an experience I had, I could not say enough great things about this dealership and the people that work there. If you question the validity of anything I have stated, I am not related to anyone here, just met them last week, and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions on my experience!!!

We just took delivery of a 2021 CX-30 and I could not have been happier with the sales process and customer service we received. Jason McLean took us through the entire purchase process and located the exact vehicle we were looking for. We never felt pressured and he was patient, working with Frankie Waters to put together the perfect finance package that fit our budget. We did most of the paperwork online, and Frankie walked us through everything, step by step. Finally, a big shout out to Kevin Garces and his wife for delivering the car and teaching us how to set up all the safety and technology features of the car.

Please I beg you NO NOT buy your car here. After I bought my car they didn’t detail or clean my car. I was never showed how to use any features in the car. For my first car service and oil change they left grease on my white interior, on the hood and steering wheel. I was so upset at the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I want everyone who reads this to please buy from someone else.

They told my daughter that she needed a brake fluid flush, so we did it. After their service department did the brake fluid flush and also inspected my daughter's car with a 100% pass. Me daughter got into a serious car accident do to "you guessed it, BRAKE FAILURE" the Police report wrote it up as no ones fault because they saw it was a brake failuer. Her car only has 12,000 miles on it. We called the dealer and asked them what they would do about it and they say nothing. They tried to tell me that brake bad failure had nothing to do with a brake line fluid flush. I did not get into argument with them because quite frankly they are xxxxxxx. The Emergency brake works perfectly. And if you know anything about mechanics, you'd know that emergencybrake is hooked up to the brake pads and thus if the emergency brake work, SO DO THE BRAKE PADS! Also if these xxxxxxx knew anything about the Mazda 3 (which they are supposed to since they are a Mazda Service and dealer, they would also know that the Mazda 3 has a very special braking system, it is called a split system. A split system is designed so that if you had brake failure DO TO A BLOW OUT OF A BRAKE LINE you would only lose 50% of your braking power! So with this said, THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN HAVE TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE LIKE THIS IS IF SOME xxxxxxx DID NOT BLEED THE BRAKE LINES PROPERLY OR DID NOT FILL THE BRAKE FLUID TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE!!!! dmv KNOWS ABOUT THIS AND SO DOES MY lAWYER. I gave these rejects the opportunity to fix the problem, but they are so arogant and think only they know cars. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'll be taking them to court. Not because I am trying to sue them. Only because my daughter could have been decapitaed in an accident do to their complete incompetance. And so could anyone who puts their faith in this lousy dealership.

I just finished leasing my 8th vehicle from Frema Mazda, and once again, they excelled in all aspects! My salesman, Mike Dubois, was awesome as always, and Frankie was able to give us an incredible deal on a new vehicle. I was especially pleased by the fact that they were able to work with me without requiring me to visit the dealership, including bringing the papers to me to sign and delivering the vehicle. I will continue going straight to Frema for all of my future vehicle needs!

Manager or loan finance person won't return promised callbacks. Purchased a new car. Bank says that they are an approved dealer. 5 days later, loan officer says that they aren't approved dealer. Talked with Manager, and he says that he will see to it. No return calls. Now Bank is sending me paperwork saying that its for a used car! ( It isn't)
Momentum Mazda and Toyota of Gastonia are sharing services while Mazda showroom is being remodeled. Apparently, Toyota doesn't know that Mazda is a preferred dealer status with Bank of A.

We were recently looking for a cargo van. Decent ones are virtually impossible to find. However, through a search for certified used, we found one at Medlin Mazda. We live 3 hours away, but figured why not give it a shot. I reached out and they were very helpful from the beginning. They answered all questions over the phone and were very helpful. I was able to do an electronic credit app and they had the financing worked out in no time. With their expertise, we even managed to get a great interest rate on the loan, which is hard to get on cargo vans. We made the drive down the next day and our great experience continued. Our salesman and our finance manager were both just awesome people. If they ever had another vehicle we were in the market for, I would not hesitate to go back and buy it. They made it worth our 3 hour drive each way!

I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. So in March I purchased a Saturn Sky from this place. The day after I drove it off the lot my tire was flat the rim had rusted out and was allowing air in. I have to replace the rims and that tire. In April my brakes went out and the rotor how is this possible? Another event in April my insurance cards were sent in the mail as my renewal was scheduled, guess what? I didn't even have insurance on my new car????? the day I made the purchase when I asked about the the vin number and other particulars the salesperson said he had already talked to my insurance and I was good to go..... NOT ! I went back to the dealership and everyone treated me like "what's the big deal?" I tried calling the general manger and the owner not one return call. This car has caused me more money in 10 months than I spent on my 2000 Toyota Celica which I drove for over 10 years. thank God I still have it or I would be taking the bus. I am soooo disappointed in the way they have treated me and the fact that I now have a basically useless car. It looks good but it has one problem after the next. I have to have over $600 dollars worth of work done next weekend and that brings the grand total to $2500 in 10 months of repairing a lemon. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. People ask me about this car everyday because it's a beautiful car and I am more than happy to share the whole pathetic story with them . Trust me I talk to a lot of people and I hope people know that you can and should have any car you are thinking about buying inspected by an independent party. MY BAD
