Fast, efficient and transparent - Jack Vang
Shopping for a new car can be a very frustrating experience especially when dealerships are not transparent about the condition of their vehicles, practices and fees. After having the run around from a number of dealerships I decided to give Capital Mazda a try despite being 6 hours away and man am I glad I did. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, courteous and professional. The internet sales manager, John Manley, handled all of my online inquiries expeditiously while Omar in finance was detailed and transparent with all of the numbers prior to the trip. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as described and there were zero games throughout the entire process. Our sales rep Rob Forsyth was extremely knowledgeable and he graciously took his time to go over the car and every feature in person and Omar got me in and out of finance swiftly. All three of these gentleman went out of their way to really make us feel as comfortable as possible with our purchase and we wholeheartedly appreciate it. I wish every dealership experience was as extraordinary and straightforward as this one. These guys are setting the bar. Thank you.

I’ve bought 2 cars from here and both of them from George in the sales department. Both times everything was super easy and no BS, they gave me a great price from the start so we didn’t have to play games. Everyone at the dealership is very nice and very professional!
Amazing Experience - bhowell
I just finished leasing my 8th vehicle from Frema Mazda, and once again, they excelled in all aspects! My salesman, Mike Dubois, was awesome as always, and Frankie was able to give us an incredible deal on a new vehicle. I was especially pleased by the fact that they were able to work with me without requiring me to visit the dealership, including bringing the papers to me to sign and delivering the vehicle. I will continue going straight to Frema for all of my future vehicle needs!

10/10 Low-Pressure Experience - MorganS
I went into Flow knowing exactly what I wanted in a new CX-5 and the staff completely accommodated my preferences. My salesman, John Jarrett, the sales managers, Sal and Chad, and the financial manager, Michael, were so helpful and didn't pressure me at all to upgrade or pay for things I didn't want/need. It was the best first car buying experience I could've asked for. John Ware and Lamar were incredibly helpful in showing me how to use all of my car's features before they let me drive away with it. I trust these guys 100% and felt as though they wanted me to make the most beneficial decisions with my car purchase. I would definitely recommend visiting Flow if you're in the Greensboro area and looking for an experience where you know the staff isn't trying to take advantage of you (which seems to be increasingly rare in the auto-sales industry).
Worst service department of any dealership i have had... - Warrior
Worst service department of any dealership i have had experience with. They service so many cars you may wait days just to get an appointment and your car might sit there untouched for a few more days. Everytime you call you have to leave a message as no one who can give you an update answers their phone or calls you to let you know. They also do their best to keep from repairing anything covered under warranty.
I had narrowed my search to another Mazda 6 and a Hyundai... - george
I had narrowed my search to another Mazda 6 and a Hyundai Sonata. When I first reached out by e-mail I received a call from the sales person, JR. when I returned his call he said that he was with another client and would call back. He did not return my call until I sent another e-mail asking to work with a different person. That was my first impression of Fields Mazda.
As there were no other Mazda 6's in the immediate area I went to Fields Mazda to see and test drive a 2020 Mazda 6. When I went to the dealership to test drive the car, JR was my sales person. I found him to be very pushy (almost aggressive), very high pressure, and he kept pushing the fact that the current offers and incentives would expire at midnight and that if I did not but that day I might lose a good deal. Additionally, he kept putting down the Hyundai as being a great car but horrible depreciation. It just seemed that his only concern was to sell the car, not help me determine if the Mazda 6 was the right car.

The worst dealership I have ever been at. Brand new 3500 ram, new trans, brakes, battery and been towed to the dealer. My last experience was that what was happening to the truck was my fault. I have them on tape saying they don’t care about the customer, it’s all about the Money!!!! Beware!!!!
Worst Buying Experience - justinbpoole77
These people do everything in their power to "take" from their customers. I attempted to purchase a car from them and they kept requesting that I put money down because the finance company would not finance the amount. Well I agreed and went back into the finance office to sign all the forms, I was offered a comprehensive warranty that cost $2000. It's funny how they said that the bank would not finance the car with no money down, but are willing to finance you with $2,000 of extended warranty.

After asking multiple sales people over the phone to wash the vehicle from the video they sent me the day before I drove over an hour to get there and got a babysitter also confirmed before I left that the vehicle had been washed and was told yes it was washed all to get there and find out they point blank lied to me the first sales person was somewhat apologetic saying all they did was tell him to vacuume I specifically asked for the outside to be washed I didn’t care about the inside being cleaned at this point then he went and got the manager who came out and was entirely rude to me even though his family owned loving business point blank lied to me and wasted my time I will never do business with them even if they gave me the vehicle they must not have wanted my 50,000 in cash.

10 days later, loan still screwed up - b506
Manager or loan finance person won't return promised callbacks. Purchased a new car. Bank says that they are an approved dealer. 5 days later, loan officer says that they aren't approved dealer. Talked with Manager, and he says that he will see to it. No return calls. Now Bank is sending me paperwork saying that its for a used car! ( It isn't)
Momentum Mazda and Toyota of Gastonia are sharing services while Mazda showroom is being remodeled. Apparently, Toyota doesn't know that Mazda is a preferred dealer status with Bank of A.
What should have been a smooth transaction has been F$%^ up since purchase.
Stay away from this dealership!!!

Initial interaction on the phone and email great. Sales person completed all negotiations, asked for documents to be sent ahead of time so paperwork could be prepared before visit and made an appoint for 2 days letter to complete purchase. Arrived at 2:45 for 3 pm appointment. Was directed to sit in lounge area ( chairs definitely not 6 feet apart) and they would be with us shortly. Left at 4:50 pm not having even started the purchase. Spoke with Patrick Gomes- some kind of manager, at 1 hour and 30 minutes after our appointment time and told him to either get our paperwork signed or return our deposit. He told his sales person " to return their deposit because he did not want to do business with us". This after I sat patiently for 90 minutes past the appointment time. Do not go here. Purchased the same vehicle at a better price the following day from Keffer Mazda in Huntersville. 5 STAR experience there!!!!
waiting 4 repair 9 weeks & counting - FIXMYKIA!
Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??
Outstanding service - mazdaman
I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. Keep up the good work Dick Shirley Mazda Service department!!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY - Tnisamartin
So in March I purchased a Saturn Sky from this place. The day after I drove it off the lot my tire was flat the rim had rusted out and was allowing air in. I have to replace the rims and that tire. In April my brakes went out and the rotor how is this possible? Another event in April my insurance cards were sent in the mail as my renewal was scheduled, guess what? I didn't even have insurance on my new car????? the day I made the purchase when I asked about the the vin number and other particulars the salesperson said he had already talked to my insurance and I was good to go..... NOT ! I went back to the dealership and everyone treated me like "what's the big deal?" I tried calling the general manger and the owner not one return call. This car has caused me more money in 10 months than I spent on my 2000 Toyota Celica which I drove for over 10 years. thank God I still have it or I would be taking the bus. I am soooo disappointed in the way they have treated me and the fact that I now have a basically useless car. It looks good but it has one problem after the next. I have to have over $600 dollars worth of work done next weekend and that brings the grand total to $2500 in 10 months of repairing a lemon. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. People ask me about this car everyday because it's a beautiful car and I am more than happy to share the whole pathetic story with them . Trust me I talk to a lot of people and I hope people know that you can and should have any car you are thinking about buying inspected by an independent party. MY BAD
