My wife and I had been thinking about buying a commuter car for some time and had eyed the Mazda 3 before walking into Southern States. We worked with Michael Campbell and had a great experience. Michael is engaging, knowledgeable and was not overbearing or pushy during our deliberations and test drive. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the Mazda 3 and, while it was a very busy Labor Day weekend at the dealership, my loan application, detailing, and other paperwork was handled quickly.
The first drive home in the new car was wonderful...and doubly so because Michael made the process pleasant and smooth.

My sales person reached out to me personally. After filing chapter 7 I received several letters in the mail asking me to visit the various dealers. When I looked on the mazda web site Seth Smith reached out to me via messenger by asking how are you today ms Belinda. I was so impressed that he actually took the time out for me. The staff was also friendly. Seth was very professional as well as down to earth. Well anyway I have a new mazda 6 that I love with very affordable monthly payments. I had a sunroof issue with my Mazda CX9. We are vacationing from Canada. The drainage lines needed to be cleaned out in the sunroof area and in the sunroof drainage lines. Howard at the front desk was polite, accommodating and professional. The mechanics rectified the situation and cleaned the lines out and the BCM in our car. Great job gentlemen!

I did a lot of research prior to visiting Flow Mazda. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful everyone was. David, my salesman, was sweet and very patient when explaining all the tech features in my new car. Angela, the finance manager was just awesome. I had some tricky issues with my trade-in, but she was helpful and explained what she needed to do every step of the way. Everyone was sweet with my goldendoodle, Gracie who came with me and needed to be entertained while waiting. Thanks to everyone. Gracie and I love our new car!

On Nov 19, 2018, I telephoned this dealership and spoke with Chris Hurst who warmly invited my husband and me to come to the dealership to see the 2010 Ford Ranger Truck they had for sale that I was inquiring about. Chris H. had the truck already out front waiting for us, and quickly, after a test drive, we decided to purchase the truck. After the preliminaries with Chris H., we were directed to the Finance dept to meet with Chris Motrynczak, and he was WONDERFUL to work with. After being advised I wanted the truck titled first in my husband's name, Chris M. patiently redid 'ALL" of the paperwork he had started on just prior to us coming to his office. Chris M. also, in great detail, educated us on the extended warranty program this dealership offered. We made decisions about the VPS and Chris M. was very professional throughout the process. We lost both of our current cars in a house fire and were looking for something reliable at a good price to replace them. We found a car we liked, test drove it and talked to the salesman about price. We couldn't stay long and had to leave. The dealership was going to continue to see what they could do on the price of the car. We leave about 11:30am. About 3pm the salesman calls us back with an offer. We accept and were told to wait a couple of hours before we comeback, so they can clean up the car. We get back to the dealership about 4:20 that afternoon to sign the papers, and are told they sold the car to someone else. We had been having a great experience up to that point. We live thirty minutes from the dealership, and it rained all day. They could have called us and let us know they sold the car. saved us a trip. We will never look at a car from this dealership again. If you cant trust them to keep their word, how can you trust the quality of the cars they are selling.

My experience at Asheboro Dodge was THE best car buying experience ever. My salesperson, Cory Dowless, was very professional and never pressured me into making any decisions. When I offered up different offers and comparisons, Corey was patient and answered every question I had. Sales Manager Bill Bradshaw was very genuine when discussing ideas, and he made several suggestions without creating a stressful environment. It felt like I was talking with my friends or neighbor. I have great credit and even through I secured financing before my purchase, Bill offered to check additional interest rates to see if I qualified for a better rate...and I did! Saved .5% that will translate into a $1,000 savings over the life of the loan. Great team at Asheboro Dodge.

I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. Keep up the good work Dick Shirley Mazda Service department!!!!!
waiting 4 repair 9 weeks & counting - FIXMYKIA!
Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??

So in March I purchased a Saturn Sky from this place. The day after I drove it off the lot my tire was flat the rim had rusted out and was allowing air in. I have to replace the rims and that tire. In April my brakes went out and the rotor how is this possible? Another event in April my insurance cards were sent in the mail as my renewal was scheduled, guess what? I didn't even have insurance on my new car????? the day I made the purchase when I asked about the the vin number and other particulars the salesperson said he had already talked to my insurance and I was good to go..... NOT ! I went back to the dealership and everyone treated me like "what's the big deal?" I tried calling the general manger and the owner not one return call. This car has caused me more money in 10 months than I spent on my 2000 Toyota Celica which I drove for over 10 years. thank God I still have it or I would be taking the bus. I am soooo disappointed in the way they have treated me and the fact that I now have a basically useless car. It looks good but it has one problem after the next. I have to have over $600 dollars worth of work done next weekend and that brings the grand total to $2500 in 10 months of repairing a lemon. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. People ask me about this car everyday because it's a beautiful car and I am more than happy to share the whole pathetic story with them . Trust me I talk to a lot of people and I hope people know that you can and should have any car you are thinking about buying inspected by an independent party. MY BAD
