Love My New Mazda 3 - KRT
My wife and I had been thinking about buying a commuter car for some time and had eyed the Mazda 3 before walking into Southern States. We worked with Michael Campbell and had a great experience. Michael is engaging, knowledgeable and was not overbearing or pushy during our deliberations and test drive. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the Mazda 3 and, while it was a very busy Labor Day weekend at the dealership, my loan application, detailing, and other paperwork was handled quickly.
The first drive home in the new car was wonderful...and doubly so because Michael made the process pleasant and smooth.

Third car from Capital - Apex Charlie
This is the third car we have purchased from Capital. Our 2014 CX 5 which was serviced exclusively by Capital was totaled in an accident. We replaced it with a 2028 CX 5 with a higher trim level. After looking at comparable cars from both Mazda and other manufactures, we chose to stay with them since I did not want to haggle for a price. We were able to stay with the salesman who we had worked with when purchasing our 2014 model. We received good information with no pressure and no gimmicks. I asked for and received a turn key price. The process was pleasant and efficient. We also had experienced excellent service on our 2014 model which encouraged us to stick with Capital.

I had a sunroof issue with my Mazda CX9. We are vacationing from Canada. The drainage lines needed to be cleaned out in the sunroof area and in the sunroof drainage lines. Howard at the front desk was polite, accommodating and professional. The mechanics rectified the situation and cleaned the lines out and the BCM in our car. Great job gentlemen!

Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman but also a true professional. His approach was relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Thanks to him I got my Chevy sonic and Nate made it possible for the deal to work on my favor and I couldn’t have asked for more than that. Contacted the Asheboro Crysler Dodge Jeep RAM Mazda dealer through their website to confirm availability for this car on 8/29/2018, and after taking my personal information, they offered to contacted me. Waited one day, and their internet sales guy called me, asking the same questions again. On 8/31/18 at 7:30 PM contacted them again through their internet chat person, and only assistance was to be called later on.
On Saturday 9/1/2018 in the early morning hours, I received their call confirming that it was in their lot, and asking me to come down to see it and set up an appointment for that evening. After requesting to let me know by text just in case the car was being sold, to avoid traveling 1 hour to them. Left work and drove to the dealer, once there I was told that the car was not in their lot, and paper work was being done to sell it. I asked to just see it, and the manager wanted me to see other cars that he had already prepared for me to see. I decline his offer until seeing the this car. His story changed to "it is sold already, and the customer is gone with the car. Then he raised his voice saying that I was accusing him a lie. Furiously asked me to leave "his" dealer.
Carfax with this VIN 3N1AB7AP7FY240506 can prove if this car was sold on 9/01/2018 or not.
I found out that the Asheboro Honda BDC representative emailed me the same VIN number for a car that was "sold" previously with them a week before.
This car ad was posted on the Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram the previous week.

I have a Mazda CX-5. Bought brand new from this dealership. I have always taken my vehicle to their service department for maintenance. Marshall and crew are outstanding. He always explains the work to me and gets me in and out in a timely manner. My neighbor has a Mazda that was bought in Greensboro and they hate taking their car in for service because, even with an appointment, they are sitting there for hours and the service department is always trying to get them to fix something that does not need fixing. waiting 4 repair 9 weeks & counting - FIXMYKIA!
Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??

So in March I purchased a Saturn Sky from this place. The day after I drove it off the lot my tire was flat the rim had rusted out and was allowing air in. I have to replace the rims and that tire. In April my brakes went out and the rotor how is this possible? Another event in April my insurance cards were sent in the mail as my renewal was scheduled, guess what? I didn't even have insurance on my new car????? the day I made the purchase when I asked about the the vin number and other particulars the salesperson said he had already talked to my insurance and I was good to go..... NOT ! I went back to the dealership and everyone treated me like "what's the big deal?" I tried calling the general manger and the owner not one return call. This car has caused me more money in 10 months than I spent on my 2000 Toyota Celica which I drove for over 10 years. thank God I still have it or I would be taking the bus. I am soooo disappointed in the way they have treated me and the fact that I now have a basically useless car. It looks good but it has one problem after the next. I have to have over $600 dollars worth of work done next weekend and that brings the grand total to $2500 in 10 months of repairing a lemon. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. People ask me about this car everyday because it's a beautiful car and I am more than happy to share the whole pathetic story with them . Trust me I talk to a lot of people and I hope people know that you can and should have any car you are thinking about buying inspected by an independent party. MY BAD
