I just want to reiterate again that everyone at this deal ship is so helpful. From the sales rep to the sales manager to the finance manager and everyone in between everyone greeted me with a smile shook my hand and offered to help. Now this is not uncommon at dealerships but what makes this one different is they actually followed through on their promises. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was handled and I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other dealer. They truely are a family business and I felt like I was with family the second I met them all. The service was wonderful and would recommend them over and over again to anyone I know. He knew the parameters for the type of car I was looking to buy for several months and didn’t pressure me into buying. Once he had a used car available that met my requirements, he let me know and we scheduled a test drive. Trevor was informative and went about the sales process aiming to educate, rather than pressure. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he took the time to find out. I’m an infrequent car buyer—I drove my last car for 10 years, and I intend to drive this one for at least that length of time. His genuine demeanor and apt for approaching car sales with the heart of a teacher will carry him far and—I expect—win him loyalty over the long term from customers like me. Keep up the great work!
