We would like to sincerely thank the great folks at the Jim Shorkey Chrysler Repair department for rescuing us on our road trip from Washington, DC to Michigan for the summer! Our vintage PT Cruiser Woody (which we consider to be part of the family 😍) had a problem on the highway and, luckily for us, we were able to barely drive it over to Jim Shorkey’s Chrysler dealership. We were familiar with their quality repair work, having accessed it a few years ago. They did a wonderful job repairing our car and everyone was so nice. From Dave, who kindly coordinated the entire process, to the skilled technician who fixed our car, to the lovely gentleman who cleaned the car and made it look beautiful (and even cleaned and shined the chrome wheels!!) they were all really great! While we certainly hope to avoid future car trouble, we are happy to know that such an outstanding place exists and we thank everyone sincerely for your help. In a world where these days we hear so much about people who are not so nice it was great to experience the kindness of the service department folks at Jim Shorkey! Best, Bille and Sue

I had service performed at Mike Castrucci CDJR of Cincinnati, OH on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 2-door that I had purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln in Alexandria, KY on 08/24/2024. The vehicle was transferred from Alexandria to Cincinnati for Air Conditioner service. Sammy Castrucci keep me informed on the progress of all the repairs that were being performed. when the service was completed Sammy Castrucci had the vehicle delivered to my home in Indiana. I want to commend Sammy and all of the service department staff for going above and beyond, great customer service!!

They provided a loaner fixed the issue in a timely manner and had me back in my favorite truck. This is how it should be at all automotive stores. Performance is my store of choice.

I took my car to get an axle that they recently fixed looked at yesterday. Today, my car has a mass air flow malfunction. Ive had this car since july 2022 and have had multiple issues. Not really sure whats going on in the service department but it really is aggravating putting your trust into the place you purchased your vehicle from only to continue to run into obstacles. This should not be happening considering I havent even had the car for a year.

I took my Ram truck in for a failed manifold gasket. They did a good job repairing it for me. They are always friendly and helpful . The stars are 4 and not 5 because of the price charged. I've been to them twice and both times the cost was at the very high end of the cost spectrum. Near 600.00 in labor alone . It's not an easy gasket to replace but all over the internet the cost to repair is 300 to 500.00. I'm not unhappy with their work , it's just that they leave you feeling that they got every last dime out of you.
