Have used this dealership for years and there's a reason. I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of! Fair, honest and informative with repair issues and they don't get offended when my husband does the repair. When buying new, they've gone beyond expectations when it comes to finding exactly what I want......and making suggestions I never thought of which ended up saving me money.
If you get a salesman that you don't quite hit it off with ~ GET A DIFFERENT ONE! Not all personalities match. Picking the right Mathews salesman for you is important.

First of all, I do not write reviews but my service experience was just unacceptable. My F150 has a chatter upon a cold start (a known issue with 3.5 EcoBoost Fords). I wrote on my drop off ticket to "check upon cold start". The service associate called and advised they would check it and after 2 calls to them, they finally admitted that they could not replicate the noise because a lot tech had already moved it. I asked for a rental since they would need to keep it longer and was advised they had none, due to the COVID issue.
I proceeded to pickup my truck and when waiting on them to pull it around, I was presented with a 2019 F150 Ranch model (Not My Truck).I told the employee that it was not my truck and he said "OK" and walked away leaving it running. I finally had to go find someone, since everyone was leaving at 06:00 p.m. very promptly. This apparent supervisor was clearly upset and confused by this action. He stated, "Its a good thing I was still here". He offered me a weak apology before disappearing into the dealership.
I went to Germain Ford and had a correct diagnosis and was issued a rental vehicle until my truck was completed. I recommend Germain Ford for any service related issues to all of you.

Condescending and incompetent! I took my car in for a $2000 repair and asked if they could look at the AC because if it needed a compressor then I wanted to do it while the engine was tore down to save on labor costs. The service manager said "you better let us diagnose it before we just throw in a compressor". I agreed with having them diagnose the problem first but then they called to tell me it would be $400 to replace a $10 valve. I agreed to the repair because they were going to charge me $395 for the diagnosis anyway but after I got the car home it still did not work! I took the car back in and they gave me some BS about how the system being properly charged caused a leak at the condenser and it would be $877 to replace it! I never even received an apology or an offer to make things right so I have been a loyal customer for years but I will not be using this dealer for even an oil change in future!

So I had my rims done, cost around $1,000.00. When the rims got there they realized that it was missing the cap for the lug-nuts. the cap itself cost $100 each and we couldn't order them because it was on strike. They told us it would take about 3 to 4 hours to put on the rims. Well, 5 o'clock rolls around and we didn't receive a single call, so we decide to call them back. They told us they were keeping it overnight. The next day they forgot that my car was even there!
