What a wonderful experience I’ve had at Hudiburg. I would like to thank all of those involved. After taking my vehicle to my usual shop and a different dealership Hudiburg staff did everything that I asked them to do without question. My sincere appreciation to Liz for co-ordinating my issue which involved pre-ordering a part from another state and having it there when my appointment for service was made. Kudos to service for ram rodding my repair and the technician for the expeditious service. My vehicle is running like it just rolled off the assembly line. Thank you for LISTENING to the customer instead of talking down to them. Did I mention the price? A quarter of what the other places were quoting because they knew what the problem was and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Well I guess I did because my vehicle is running like a top. Thank you Hudiburg Chevrolet!

We was told by our sales man that is no longer there. That our truck was bumper to bumper warranty on it for life of truck. We found out it’s a lie just to get us to buy. Our dep tank mess up and they said a mouse chew on wire. We didn’t expect you to pay for wiring but the tank we did. Than we have 2 other warranty that we paid for and they are a joke. But we can’t get our money back on them. So we are out 940.00 dollars on a 2018 truck.

After a wreck our insurance company suggested Bill Knight collision repair as it was one of their "preferred" shops. Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle.

Several weeks ago, Ryan assisted on a teleconference call with me and a prospective auto warranty policy company. I wanted opinion and confirmation that Ryan's service center did work with this company. Also, looking for feedback on any adverse issues. Ryan handled very well, he had to juggle conversation with me and with the company at the same time. Ryan was calm and forthright; I do appreciate that. It helped me with my decision during warranty shopping.

Brought car in for hail damage repair in July. Still cannot get any answer when I can get my vehicle back. Going into 4 months now for $7,000 repair-something is seriously wrong with this horrible shop. This has created an untenable hardship on me to not have my vehicle for this long. I have been a Rick Jones customer since 1991. I and my family have purchased over 20 vehicles from Rick, both new and used. We have ALWAYS been treated extremely well during the purchase process, when service was required, and at any time we called or were at the dealership. Rick and his entire staff never fail to go the extra mile for their customers. Over the years, I have referred friends to Rick Jones and I can think of several that are also current Rick Jones customers. My family currently owns and drives five Rick Jones automobiles and we will continue to be Rick Jones customers for as long as he is in business.

We took my daughter's car to Janzen for repairs. It died while she was driving. They first replaced the starter, then the flywheel, then the timing belt (the only thing that actually made sense) and then the water pump. The car had never over heated, leaked any fluid, or had the check engine light on. They kept the car for over a month and charged $1923 for the repairs. When we finally were able to pick the car up, the check engine light came on while driving home. We were told to bring it back. The next day they said it was minor, but they had to order the part. Over the next few days, the car was not driving well, the idle was very high and we discovered it was leaking some fluid. I called Janzen and let them know about the leak and the issues with the idle. I took it to another mechanic who stated there was a valve installed improperly causing the idle problem. They repositioned it and that problem was fixed. They couldn't find the leak and put dye in the engine to watch for an oil leak. A few more days goes by and the car dies and will not start. It was completely out of transmission fluid. The mechanic said he put five quarts of transmission fluid in it and it just ran back out. He quoted $600 to take out the transmission and fix the leak. This car was not taken to Janzen for transmission issues and had never leaked before. They will not do anything to assist us. The manager said all the "good" mechanics went to make more money in the oilfield. I would not take anything to Janzen. Poor customer service and mechanics don't know what they are doing. I had to buy my daughter a new car. I certainly didn't buy it from them.
