($2500) and for the second time in two years when i picked up my truck my registration and insurance were missing and i did not have a new inspection sticker even though i paid for it. Also. this time after a few weeks i opened the hood to my truck and the oil fill cap is missing. The people were extremely rude, and the service was horrible.

I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. Purchased a new vehicle from Tri-Star Chevrolet. Absolutely love the vehicle. Don't love the deception and lying that went with it. Sales Manager tells me the car had a nano coating on the paint installed at the dealership and that it will cost extra since it's already on the car. I agree. Sales Manager and sales rep both let slip that the car is having the coating put on while I'm on the way to pick it up. I call them out on it during a phone call after the sale. Sales Manager denies that's what happened. When we are done he doesn't hang up his phone and I get to listen to him for the next 10 minutes tell someone else at the dealership how he lied to me because they wanted to make more on the car. During the call he tells his co-worker the General Manager, and I presume owner(he used their names) wanted to make more on the car and "what was he supposed to do". Confront Sales Manager and he eventually concedes he lied to me. Speak with General Manager and he tries to justify it before also conceding I was mistreated and lied to. No resolution beyond that. Be very careful if you choose to purchase from them.

Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

This place is nothing but bunch of thieves. They lie straight in my face, and the manager threathen me, and implies that he is ready if I want to take legal actions. I drive 2022 Chevy tahoe z71 5.3l V8. Bought from them new. I brought my vehicle to fix 2 issues: First issue is the Roaring noise coming from the wheel when turning left or right. Second issue is the vehicle shuts-off itself all the time and don't turn back on even with jumpstarter. There is a service dealer named Mike who made me garantied to fix my issues by performing these services after diagnosing the vehicle: Replacing alternator and belt, Flash the Differential fluid (Which I told him that it was done before about a month ago), replacing all 4 tires, Replacing the brake pads and rotors (that was needed), totalling $4030.51. Alter they have done, the wheel noise was still there at the time I was pulling out from their parking lot. I stopped and went back to notify but there were all gone for the day already. It was over 6pm. I notified the guy who stayed to give me the key of my vehicle. The next day the vehicle shut-off problem happen again. I called the service they transfer the call to Mike and he never answer the call. I texted he never replied. It kept going to voice mail over and over everytime then after. I had to call the receptionist to make a new appointment. The shut-off problem became worse and would happen now more than twice a day. The shut-off happened while on my way to their shop, 2 min away from them, the day of my appointment. My vehicle shuted off at a stop sign by brown daub volvo. I called them and they sent me a mechanic who brought boosters. Unable to restart the engine, He left and told me to call a towing truck to tow the vehicle to their shop. I spend $100 to tow the vehicle to them. After few hours of whatever, Mike told me that the Starter of my vehicle is out and will cost me $950 to replace it. Think twice Before taking your vehicle to these guys.

I love my car. It is Kakai green. The color I wanted! I was a little upset however when my car was delivered to me on Friday. When I purchased it, it only had 8 miles on it. We did not take it home on Saturday the day we purchased it, because we wanted it undercoated and mud flaps put on. We arranged to pick it up around 2:30 on Wednesday. When we got there we were told it wasn’t ready. They got the wrong mud flaps. So it was delivered on Friday. We were schocked to see our new car now has 95 miles on it. We only live 20/miles away. Don’t know why. Wish we could have brought it home ourselves

Nick the service manager handled the issues o had with my Suburban High Country. I bought the truck back home near Tampa Florida and proceeded to take it on a work trip. I have a project here in Meadville. The truck demonstrated some electrical and software issues. Nick arranged for a truck for me to use while I am here working and has been dielegently working with thw Chevy engineers to resolve my issues. NEVER have I worked with a more dedicated and driven service person. He is moving heaven and earth to get my truck back in perfect working order. I highly recommend Community Chevy and especially Nivk to any GM owner in the entire state! I wish we had him in Florida!

Stocker wanted to charge me excessive fees above and beyond my extended warranty. $500 fee for "handling the transmission when it got delivered", "credit card fee because warranty company was paying them by credit card", and additional fees for labor. all totaling in excess of $2300. Ultimately I had the vehicle towed back home to the chevy dealer i bought the car from. Stocker service staff were nice, but I simply could not accept all the extra billings. Had they simply honored my warranty (like my dealer) they would have got the job and made $$$ in the long run. Stocker- suggest you reconsider your policy on fees!

I found a 2025 new car online at this dealership's website. Car on the lot. I called sales on phone to purchase. Confirmed trade in price with the salesman who checked with his manager that all was good. They even gave me the trade in price, and I gave new VIN to my insurance. Told salesman (A) that i would also be putting down $5,000 cash. We set a time and meeting day. I called to confirm our meeting the night prior and was told they had taken a deposit from a woman and I can have a very similar car to the one I had chosen. They never reached out, they never asked for a deposit (I offered as I was putting cash down), they tried to blame a new employee for being inept even though manager was involved. All in all a shady and DECEPTIVE dealership. I would avoid at all costs as there are so many other Chevy dealers in this area!

I bought a truck here and a lifetime power train warranty. When I needed the warranty work done, the dealership refused to honor my warranty because the old ownership was the one who sold me the truck. They also refuse to honor the lifetime free oil changes I was promised, as well. I would have purchased my truck elsewhere if I had known they would refuse to honor their warranty that I purchased. Do not trust this dealership! When you buy a business, you should buy ALL of the business, not just the parts that benefit the new owner. Very poor customer service. They didn’t even offer to schedule an appointment for my truck. I’m very disappointed.
