I had visited another Honda dealership just five minutes from my house, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all—rushed, impersonal, and honestly discouraging. I left feeling frustrated and decided to take a chance by driving 30 minutes to Conicelli Honda instead. I’m so glad I did. I originally went just to test the waters. I knew I’d need a new car soon, but I didn’t plan on buying anything that day. Right away, some of the salesmen were what I expected—pushy and sales-driven, the kind of experience most people dread at a dealership. Then I met David Cobb, and everything changed. Dave was exceptional. He was patient, professional, and kind. He didn’t pressure me at all—he made me feel completely at ease and truly listened to what I wanted. While we were out on the test drive, I even told him, “Even if I don’t buy a car today, when I do, it’ll be from you.” I meant it, not realizing that “when” would turn out to be that same day. Coming from a 2003 Honda, the new technology felt overwhelming at first—push-to-start, backup camera, and other modern features I wasn’t used to. But Dave was incredibly patient. He never made me feel silly for asking questions, no matter how small they were. He walked me through everything, answered every question with a smile, and even took the time to help me practice using the backup camera until I felt completely comfortable. That kind of support made all the difference. As I sat at Dave’s desk while he stepped away to talk to his managers and run some numbers, I overheard other salesmen speaking with their customers. I honestly thought to myself, If I had gotten one of them, I probably would’ve just walked out. I was beyond grateful I had Dave. He made the entire process feel calm, respectful, and easy. If more car salespeople were like Dave, dealerships would sell a lot more cars. He completely changed my experience for the better. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Honda CR-V EX-L, and I couldn’t be happier with it. If I could give him a 20 out of 10, I absolutely would—but since I can’t, I’ll just give him 10s across the board. I love my new car, and I’m so thankful that Dave made it happen. I’ll be telling all my friends and family who are looking for a car to go to Conicelli Honda and make sure they ask for Dave Cobb.

Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

I bought a 2025 Rav 4 from Chris Capone (with the help of Ryan). They both were very helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. Both of them personally called me after the purchase to see how I liked he car and asked if I had any questions. They were the friendliest salesmen that I have ever had when buying a new car. I will certainly buy another car from Chris (or Ryan) if I ever decide to get another one. I am sure the one I just bought will probably last me for a long time.

Tom had all paperwork ready before our appointment time and isn't pushy when it comes to the extra packages they try to sell you. My family and I were treated with the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had by far! Do not go to this dealership. I went to the dealership couple years ago and traded in a car for a 2019 Kia Sorento which I loved but was trading it in for something smaller and I went back to the dealership after having the Sorrento for 4 years I traded in 4 2023 Kia Forte and did not realize the extras that were added on like the extended warranties that I did not need but was told I needed and now I am stuck with this car until I get the balance paid down more and I don't like this car there's nothing wrong with it I like the color I like that it's good on gas but it's too small for me and I regret purchasing it I even went back to them a couple weeks ago to see about trading it in and there was nothing naked really do to accommodate me except tell me that I had to put like $9,000 down to get into a newer car I did see another dealership and showed them my paperwork cuz I was interested in a car at that dealership and they said with the amount that I owe is too high so the only thing I could do is keep the car and pay it down some more which is not what I want to do they told me the other dealership took advantage of me and there's nothing that they can do to help me now I am stuck with this smaller car that I do not want I miss having the Sorrento or even the Sportage would be fine but something that has a little more room. I gave this dealership a one-star review because I had to put at least one in or I would have not given them a reading at all I felt pressured to buy this car I told him that I was not be able to afford it I was paying $400 a month on the Sorrento told him I wanted to stay just about the same if not a little bit more I ended up getting a payment of $6003 which is a $200 difference more and my insurance went up some too I said I felt I was pressured and buying this car I told them I can't do that what can you do this no I can't do it I just felt like I was pressured I really was I even called them on my way home and told him that I can't afford it I got to take it back and they said no

Our car was in for a warranty repair today. Initially, the appointment was moved from one evening to the next day, requiring me to take a day off work. I got a call partway through the day saying they did not actually have the part for the warranty repair and to bring it in next week. Today, the repair was completed but they did unauthorized work on my vehicle and would not return my keys without payment. Absolute scam artists. Would never return. Will be driving to Harrisburg to car shop for my wife and daughter.

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.

I came in with an idea of what this issue was. The service dept did a diagnostic check and found out it was something completely different. They fixed the issues and told me to drive it for 300 miles to clear the codes so it could pass inspection. While driving it after the mileage, the check engine light started coming back on periodically for a few days at a time and then went out again. I finally got it back in for the inspection and they found out it is the turbocharger that is bad also and have those parts on order in order to fix that issue. I am pleased with the service I received but wish I didn't need to keep coming back to get the issue resolved. They told me it was covered but would need to keep the car a couple/few days to fix the turbocharger

Do not purchase from this dealership. I went to buy a vehicle from this dealership, but the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) listed it as overpriced by nearly $5,100.00. I asked them to come down $ 3,000.00, and they had a story to tell me about how they use different appraisals, other than the Kelly Blue Book, and how my bank isn't in tune with them. They had the nerve to get upset when the bank would authorize them for the amount they were asking. They were difficult to negotiate with and do business with. When I asked them to come down, they only released 497 and claimed it was a military discount. Then I struggled with them to come up with another $ 200.00.
