Appointment was so oil change and tire warming lite. Arrived on time and quickly processed and truck was taken in for service with estimate of about 1 1/2 time for work to be done. Bell & Bell has waiting room with TV, coffee and clean rest room for customers while their vehicle is under going service. I my case the job was done on time, plus additional full service check. I was on my way as a very satisfied customer.

I went to this dealership as they had a specific vehicle I was looking for used. The sales associate, Johnathan Martin was kind, courteous, and responsive. It was a warm day so he invited us into his office and gave us some cold bottled water. This was a no pressure sale and I did my homework before purchasing. I told him what I wanted to pay and after a little haggling he and the sales manager agreed. When I picked up the car, it was detailed and gassed up. Thanks again for an easy and friendly buying experience. Overall experience was excellent.

I live a 3 hour drive away from the dealer...I have a physical problem that makes a drive like that almost impossible. James Cristos was willing to drive the car I wanted TO ME! I wanted a new GMC Denali 1500. ( my second one from Pro). Pro didn’t have one onsite but found it while I was there. A few days later I was in the perfect truck. Worst service ever seen from a dealership - Boatyard92
Brought my vehicle in twice for the same reason. Was told it was fixed the first time and they did nothing at all and they told me it was fixed. Brought the vehicle in the next day I had available to have them fix it again. Two days later now I have the same issue I had before. Then was quoted $1500 on a brake job! Talk about price gauging. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Service advisor said there was nothing he could do. Will never go back to McElveen!!

Recently purchased a new Escalade and was thrilled with the service. Today I brought it in for a car wash. I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took my keys and showed me to the very nice lounge. I was offered water and a coffee. While waiting on my car, the General Manager, AJ and Sales Associate, Cliff who I worked with two months ago, both saw me sitting and waiting. Despite both being with other customers, they made the effort to come by and check-in on how I was enjoying my new car. Highly recommended for sales and service.

Bad at honoring Appointment made at least 30 days in advance for car repairs or Maintenance. I have waited for 60 days after 2 appointments were dropped due to The front desk Secretary's not calling to confirm online appointment and appointment made in person to repair radio wiring.

I can recommend this dealership for service only, they do a satisfactory job; not exactly the best, and sometimes take too long to get the job done. If you have a good relationship with them, you can get away with most aftermarket modifications on the vehicle without any problems of refused warranty work. Sales on the other hand, they are too uptight on the pricing and the salespersons do not do a good job to make you feel important enough to call you once a vehicle is available, etc. I ended up buying my car from a dealership about an hour away because I could actually haggle a price on it.

Got a quote online from Nicki Moore...Gave me a great price, told him I would submit an online credit application. Emailed me back 30 minutes later with a great deal - good rate, low payments - took in a trade that I was way upside down on. Came into the dealership at 5pm and was gone with my new truck by 5:38pm.

Wakefield Automotive was great to deal! Jay Wakefield and his staff are tremendously friendly. They were able to locate the exact truck that I was looking for and we negotiated over the phone. I did not step foot in the dealership until I picked up the vehicle. Jay was quick to return phone calls or would even text me to say that he would call me back soon.
There were no processing fees and they gave me the best price out of all the dealers in the upstate SC area.
They didn't push any "extra" packages on me. I have even had some followup conversations with them after the sale.
You can't go wrong in dealing with Wakefield Buick GMC. They were highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
