I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade luxury truck from them a few years ago and I have had problems with my truck from the beginning I have had it to the dealership over and over again they have had my truck for weeks at a time I just was there a few weeks ago they told me that they would get me out of my truck and put me in a better one with no down the because of the problems I have had and nothing has been done about it I have a warranty but all lies no ones reaching out to me I spoke to some lady there about these problems she said she was so sorry and would pass it on to her boss still haven’t gotten anything from anyone I plan to see if I can get some help from the man himself I wonder how he will feel about how his supposed good name is not so good in his business is treating customers that spend a lot of money with his business and some are treated well and some are overlooked and not given the same good treatment as some. CRecently, I was due to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It was to be transported to another state. I communicated with the salesman(Noah Prine) through out the process. He in return communicated with the sales manager (Paul Streaman). We had reached a agreement, insurance was paid to transport the vehicle, it was due to arrive on Feb. 10, 2020 between 3:00-4:00 pm. Spoke with them the evening before due date. All was well, we sealed the time slot for delivery and my husband took off from work to be present at delivery. Then, I texted Noah day of delivery in which he texted me back. The vehicle was sold! they sold it that morning of delivery. How fraudulent could that be? I was told on Friday, the vehicle was taken off the floor. On the following Tuesday its sold? This has been a expense on my family, and no one at the dealership has tried to call me. Mr. Geffert the General Manager of the dealership sent me a text asking for my availability to discuss the matter. I responded and he still did not call. This is extremely disappointing!!!!

Awesome is overused these days, but its a word that fits Hadwin-White Subaru. Sales Manger Dan Fleming, Sales Associates Tyler Martin and Dan Colbert as well as Business Manager Tim Colbert assisted us with professionalism and friendliness. They were all totally at ease when explaining important information about the pre-owned Impreza we chose, and the process involved. Credit approval took less than 10 minutes! Interest rates can't be promised (credit score matters, after all) but the low interest rate mentioned at first as possible, was delivered.
This dealership should be a template for anyone who wants to open a store.

The service department is second to none. I had a major issue come up with my vehicle just outside of warranty. Johnson Motor Company was able to repair my truck the same day I brought it in even though the part required was on national back order. The best part, they were able to convince GM to cover the repair even though my vehicle was 7,000 miles outside of my preowned warranty. Very impressed!

I can recommend this dealership for service only, they do a satisfactory job; not exactly the best, and sometimes take too long to get the job done. If you have a good relationship with them, you can get away with most aftermarket modifications on the vehicle without any problems of refused warranty work. Sales on the other hand, they are too uptight on the pricing and the salespersons do not do a good job to make you feel important enough to call you once a vehicle is available, etc. I ended up buying my car from a dealership about an hour away because I could actually haggle a price on it.

Saw a used 2013 GMC truck online and called on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 , just before closing). Thad Kennedy answered the phone and gave me a COMPLETE run down on the vehicle. It was very refreshing to speak with a car salesman that seemed to be up front and honest. The dealership was open Saturday from 8:00-12:00 so I told him I would see him then. We drove from Charleston, SC to Manning and were treated like family. No pressure and very informative as to the history and condition of vehicle. When we sat down to purchase, there was not alot of standard back and forth as we already had our information ready and agreed to a fair price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Thad for your next GMC, Chevrolet or Buick. We may even trade in our current Buick with him as he has won our trust!

Wakefield Automotive was great to deal! Jay Wakefield and his staff are tremendously friendly. They were able to locate the exact truck that I was looking for and we negotiated over the phone. I did not step foot in the dealership until I picked up the vehicle. Jay was quick to return phone calls or would even text me to say that he would call me back soon.
There were no processing fees and they gave me the best price out of all the dealers in the upstate SC area.
They didn't push any "extra" packages on me. I have even had some followup conversations with them after the sale.
You can't go wrong in dealing with Wakefield Buick GMC. They were highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
