I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had! From the salesmen Al to the Finance Manager Jade the customer service was unbelievable! This was the first time I had to finance a car on my own after getting in a car accident and I was dreading it. Then I decided on a whim to go into this dealership and it was truly a great experience. Al is not pushy or "sales-y" at all and he really listened to me and helped me decide what my needs were and ultimately helped me make my decision so easily. Jade I can't say enough good things about him, he's so caring and good at explaining everything, he is truly a one of a kind finance guy and I can't thank him enough for making the process a smooth one!

Non-communicative. Internet sales passes to car sales and no one responds. You call and speak to a salesman to clarify what your seeing on line and they do nothing. You ask for pictures they do nothing. I suppose if you buying from out of state there doesn’t have to be any customer service at this dealership. I hope it is better for the folks who buy and live locally. As a manager of a large team in my business I would have a serious come to “do you still want a job” discussion with this sales team.

The service department is second to none. I had a major issue come up with my vehicle just outside of warranty. Johnson Motor Company was able to repair my truck the same day I brought it in even though the part required was on national back order. The best part, they were able to convince GM to cover the repair even though my vehicle was 7,000 miles outside of my preowned warranty. Very impressed!

I purchased a Subaru Outback in May 2022. Immediately stared having problems with the car not starting! I had to bother others to get a jump off. In July spent $200 to put a new battery in the car. Oh well it still needs a jump start. The new battery totally drained. So back to Hadwin-White who charged up the battery and said there is nothing wrong with the car. If that is true then why the dead battery. Now I have found out there is a Class Action law suite against Subaru!
I purchased from the dealership Hadwin-White Subaru. They should not have sold me this car until the problem resolved! I don’t feel I can trust the Subaru Outback. Hadwin -White should do right by me and take the car back and offer me another car. I don’t need a larger payment for more years. Guess I will be reporting this mess to the BBB! I will continue to make my complaints on the media until Hadwin-White Subaru comes up with a solution I can accept. If u see an old lady walking on her walker carrying a sign to make the public aware of how Hadwin-White Subaru will treat you after the purchase, give the old lady a “Shout” because that old lady will be ME!

I can recommend this dealership for service only, they do a satisfactory job; not exactly the best, and sometimes take too long to get the job done. If you have a good relationship with them, you can get away with most aftermarket modifications on the vehicle without any problems of refused warranty work. Sales on the other hand, they are too uptight on the pricing and the salespersons do not do a good job to make you feel important enough to call you once a vehicle is available, etc. I ended up buying my car from a dealership about an hour away because I could actually haggle a price on it.

Wakefield Automotive was great to deal! Jay Wakefield and his staff are tremendously friendly. They were able to locate the exact truck that I was looking for and we negotiated over the phone. I did not step foot in the dealership until I picked up the vehicle. Jay was quick to return phone calls or would even text me to say that he would call me back soon.
There were no processing fees and they gave me the best price out of all the dealers in the upstate SC area.
They didn't push any "extra" packages on me. I have even had some followup conversations with them after the sale.
You can't go wrong in dealing with Wakefield Buick GMC. They were highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
